The room was pristine, the linens were fresh, and the common areas were immaculately maintained. Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff truly went above and beyond. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth and professionalism, making me feel incredibly welcome from check-in to check-out. Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfectly situated. Within easy walking distance of the beach, yet the room remained a quiet, peaceful retreat. The Only Catch: Amenities (⭐⭐⭐⭐) The only reason this review isn't a flawless five stars across the board is the amenities category, which I rated a 4/5. To be entirely fair, this isn't a fault of the hotel itself—it's simply because my schedule was so packed that I didn't actually get the chance to use them, but since I couldn't test them out firsthand, I can't quite give them a perfect score. Internet was having an overhaul so this was a bit shaky and not ideal when I needed to get some work done or nahe calls etc The Verdict: If you are looking for a spotless, perfectly located hotel with world-class service, book this place immediately.

We stayed at this hotel during a private trip - the overall experience was excellent. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and airy, with brand-new, user-friendly facilities and the soundproofing was also effective, ensuring an undisturbed sleep. The staff at all stations was great, but I would point out the two ladies at the reception desk who served us very professionally and courteously: Diane and Lydia who not only handle the check-in very smoothly but also went out of their way to help us arranging transportation for the evening to the beach! The location is convenient for getting around if you have a car or want to book a Didi, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making dining and shopping a breeze. The price was reasonable and the overall experience was excellent; I’ll definitely choose this hotel again the next time I’m on a trip to the West Coast.

A Truly Memorable Stay – Can’t Wait to Return! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. Tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area, it was the perfect escape from the usual hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings were simply breathtaking — the views alone made the trip unforgettable! The room and amenities were impeccably maintained, offering both comfort and convenience. Dining was a highlight — both the Japanese restaurant and the buffet served absolutely exquisite meals that we’re still talking about. What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Nancy, Kitty, and Aria for going above and beyond to make our experience the best ever. You made us feel truly welcome and cared for. My family and I are already planning our return — this time for a longer stay, and we hope to try out the water sports as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

L'aeroporto di Grand Barony Qingdao è incredibilmente conveniente con un corridoio interno che conduce direttamente al terminale dell'aeroporto, in modo da poter passare facilmente. Arrival at hotel was dull. Staff at check in counter was rude and seemed irritated at the fact that we were foreign guests. No one helped with our luggage or pointed us in the direction of our room. Arrived at room and it was spacious although the lights were difficult to navigate. Room only had one towel for us all. Breakfast was terrible and NOT Western at all as advertised. I wanted to get some juice for my daughter and was told off by some lady. Ended up with some pastry and watermelon. Second morning we had missed breakfast by a few minutes as I had thought breakfast closed at 10:30 instead of 10:00. There was one friendly lady who tried to accommodate us with some left over breakfast items, but all other staff seemed visibly irritated by the fact that we have arrived late and made no effort to hide it. They kept checking their watches with the visible irritated expression on their faces. We left with a cup of coffee and some juice with three slices of banana bread. Although it was my fault we missed breakfast, I believe it could have been handled a little better. Gym was nice and had everything you needed. The pool was great and we enjoyed that. Overall we got the sense that this hotel did not really want us there and staff seemed irritated at the fact that we were foreign guests. This hotel is affiliated with trip.com, of which I have been a member of for a very long time. VERY BIG LET DOWN!!

We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.
