這次入住文思特御景墅酒店體驗感超出預期，運氣很好，趕上酒店活動，預訂的露台大床房，免費升級成觀景大床房，視野直接拉滿！ 酒店區位很好，臨近海濱公園，順着酒店西門，沿河林蔭道路不到一公里就可以抵達海邊看日出日落，早晚出門散步看海十分便利。別墅內外環境精緻整潔，外景景緻優美，氛圍感十足。工作人員待人熱情周到，響應及時，服務細緻暖心，全程入住體驗舒適愜意，來海邊度假首選這家，下次出行還會再來！

A Truly Memorable Stay – Can’t Wait to Return! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. Tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area, it was the perfect escape from the usual hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings were simply breathtaking — the views alone made the trip unforgettable! The room and amenities were impeccably maintained, offering both comfort and convenience. Dining was a highlight — both the Japanese restaurant and the buffet served absolutely exquisite meals that we’re still talking about. What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Nancy, Kitty, and Aria for going above and beyond to make our experience the best ever. You made us feel truly welcome and cared for. My family and I are already planning our return — this time for a longer stay, and we hope to try out the water sports as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Vorrei parlare prima della conclusione. Penso che sia l'hotel di prima scelta per portare i bambini a Qingdao. Avevo scelto un hotel per molto tempo prima di venire a Qingdao e ho visitato MGM, Haitian, Shangri-La e Seaview Garden. Dato che ho dei bambini, alla fine ho voluto scegliere un hotel più vicino alla spiaggia. Inizialmente ho deciso per il Seaview Garden perché le recensioni online erano molto alte (ma non c'erano camere disponibili). avevo già soggiornato al Park Hyatt a Hangzhou e all'improvviso mi sono reso conto che sembravano essere un gruppo). Ho prenotato una camera con vista sul mare. La camera è relativamente grande, ma il pavimento è un po' basso (7° piano). . Scendendo al piano inferiore c'è la spiaggia, che è come la spiaggia privata dell'hotel, è più comodo far giocare i bambini nella sabbia. Anche la colazione è buona, ma potrebbe essere necessario fare la fila quando c'è molta gente. Tutto sommato, è altamente raccomandato se portate i vostri bambini. Penso che la posizione sia la migliore di Qingdao, con una vista ininterrotta sul mare. Puoi guardare l'alba quando scendi le scale la mattina🌅. I had a truly wonderful stay thanks to the excellent facilities and staff. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and I especially loved the large, luxurious bathroom! Every staff member was incredibly kind, but I want to give a special shout-out to Kylin. I arrived well before check-in time, and Kylin went above and beyond by allowing me to use the pool and sauna early. I was also touched by the adorable lion plushie gift! Kylin even recommended a great local hotpot restaurant and answered all my small questions with such sincerity—a level of service you don't find just anywhere. The rest of the team was also amazing, helping me with food delivery apps late at night and even bringing the food right to my room. This hotel made my trip so convenient and pleasant. I can't wait to visit Qingdao again just to stay here!

Ho avuto una bella esperienza di rimanere qui. La stanza era l'accento del mio soggiorno, molto comodo, ben progettato, e senza spot. Le strutture erano anche top-notch, offrendo tutto quello che mi serviva per rilassarmi. Il personale ha prestato un servizio eccellente e ha prestato molta attenzione.Mentre l'hotel è un po' lontano dalla comunità locale e dalle principali attrazioni, il loro servizio di navetta aeroportuale efficiente ha reso la logistica completamente senza stress. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per festeggiare il Capodanno e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti! Lo staff, in particolare Vivi, è stato eccezionale, rispondendo prontamente a ogni nostra richiesta e risolvendo rapidamente qualsiasi problema. La pulizia era impeccabile e ogni volta che avevamo bisogno di qualcosa in camera, ci veniva consegnato tempestivamente. Dato che il clima era secco, quando abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno, lo staff ci ha lasciato un bigliettino premuroso e ci ha fatto trovare ben 8 bottiglie d'acqua in camera! Un gesto davvero super premuroso!! La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro, comodissima per gli spostamenti. Proprio sotto l'hotel c'è il centro commerciale MixC e la zona è ben collegata, con la metro vicina. Anche il parcheggio sotterraneo è ben gestito, con molti addetti pronti ad aiutare e dare indicazioni, davvero un'attenzione ai dettagli incredibile. Un hotel che merita assolutamente di essere scelto!

Her attitude was genuinely friendly and patient, which immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. What impressed me the most was her kindness in offering me a complimentary room upgrade. It was such a pleasant surprise and truly made my stay even more enjoyable. The upgraded room was wonderful, and I truly appreciate this thoughtful gesture. It clearly shows her dedication to guest satisfaction and her strong commitment to delivering excellent service. Throughout my stay, Ms. Gao Xue was always helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Her positive attitude, efficiency, and professionalism reflect very well on the hotel as a whole. Thank you again, Ms. Gao Xue, for your outstanding hospitality. Non possiamo veramente mettere piede su ogni pezzo di terra, tenere per mano i bambini per vedere ogni scenario e ascoltare ognuno raccontare le proprie storie. Check in and check out was easy. Staff were helpful and found ways around the language barrier. I was in town for the half marathon so only had a light breakfast but there was plenty to eat. There was a slight smell of stale cigarette but it was not so much that it impacted on the stay. The room met my needs and was very comfortable. There is a great park to walk or run around very close. A taxi is necessary to get to town or find a wider range of food options. I ate at the mirage which was a hot pot restaurant and this was a pleasant experience.
