FFrankHotel is great! Has a lot of water bottles. However if you’re travelling with someone you’re not familiar with, be vary of the bathroom situation. You’d grow very close to your travelling party. 😏

NNetcafeacc1337If you are getting off near West Qingdao station, this is your hotel to go. It was the best hotel I stayed in Qingdao. Huge spacious very clean high-tech room, polite staff, good service. The hotel felt like it was totally new and it was the biggest room I stayed for a cheap price during my stay in Qingdao. If you need a place around West Qingdao station, this is your hotel to go.

One of the hotel’s strongest advantages is its location. Being situated close to Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport makes it an ideal choice for transit passengers or those with early departures or late arrivals. The transfer process was straightforward, and the proximity significantly reduced travel-related stress.
The Deluxe Queen Room itself was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well-maintained, with clean linens, a tidy bathroom, and adequate amenities. The layout felt functional rather than overly luxurious, but it delivered exactly what one would expect from an airport hotel in this category. Sound insulation was reasonably effective; despite the airport location, noise levels were minimal and did not disrupt rest.
Service throughout the stay was professional and efficient, with a level of attentiveness that stood out in the smaller details. In particular, the duty manager, Ali, made a strong impression through his proactive hospitality. As a welcome gesture, he personally brought a selection of local Shandong and Qingdao soft drinks to my room, which was a thoughtful and culturally considerate touch. This small act added a personal dimension to the stay and reflected a genuine commitment to guest experience beyond standard service expectations.
Facilities appeared comprehensive, though my stay was brief and primarily focused on rest rather than exploring all offerings. The lobby and common areas were well presented, creating a calm and organised first impression. Dining options were convenient, and while not exceptional, they were satisfactory in quality and variety for a short stay.
In terms of value, the hotel performs strongly. It delivers reliability, cleanliness, and comfort without unnecessary extravagance. For travelers prioritising practicality, convenience, and a good night’s sleep before or after a flight, it is a solid choice.
Overall, the Grand Barony Qingdao Airport Hotel provides a balanced blend of efficiency, comfort, and accessibility. The attentive service, highlighted by small but meaningful gestures from staff such as Ali, elevates the experience and reinforces the hotel’s reputation as a high-quality and dependable airport accommodation option.

La camera non era molto pulita all'arrivo e la puliscono a malapena dopo l'arrivo (non è un problema, ma è la prima volta che vedo il letto non rifatto). Avevo una camera senza finestre e faceva piuttosto caldo nonostante l'aria condizionata accesa. Il personale mi ha fatto sapere che al momento non avevano l'aria condizionata accesa, ma che avrebbero potuto portarmi un ventilatore se necessario.

Sshy_yangRecentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Lanuo e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza. Il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole e ha offerto un grande servizio durante il mio soggiorno. La posizione è ideale, si trova vicino alle attrazioni chiave e ai trasporti pubblici. Le opzioni per la colazione erano diverse e deliziose, con qualcosa per ogni gusto. L'unica questione minore è stata il rumore del traffico vicino, ma non ha influito in modo significativo sul mio soggiorno. In generale, l'Hotel Lanuo è una scelta fantastica per una comoda e comoda via di cammino.

The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered.
In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room.
Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room.
Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests.
Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning.
The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired.
On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

RRara MomijiLa posizione è grande perché la nostra intenzione era di essere nel distretto di Laoshan. Forse non sarebbe facile se la maggior parte dei vostri piani fossero nelle aree turistiche come il Museo della birra di Tsingtao. C'è comunque la metropolitana (metro sotterraneo) che ci ha aiutato a dire che se volessimo guardare al centro città. L'hotel è a 10 minuti a piedi da Haiyou o stazioni Haichuan nella Linea 2.
Non siamo molto affascinanti di cibo cinese per colazione, quindi il colazione gratis non era affascinante per noi.
C'è un ascensore per portare o bagagli tutto il viaggio verso i nostri piani. E la stanza era pulita e pulita, e la puliscono ogni volta che usciamo.

Le camere sono grandi e spaziali con tutto quello che ti serve , il personale è sempre lì per aiutarti con tutto quello che ti serve , sicuramente tornerà a rimanere qui !
