Il personale era amichevole e utile per tutta la nostra permanenza, ma il lavaggio del corpo era vuoto. Fortunatamente, avevamo portato il nostro. Potrebbe essere una buona idea per il personale di controllare che tutte le strutture della camera da bagno siano adeguatamente conservate prima che arrivano i prossimi ospiti. Abbiamo soggiornato di recente al Rydges World Square e nel complesso abbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica. La camera era grande e molto confortevole, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole. Le mie figlie l'hanno adorata, soprattutto per l'ampio spazio a disposizione per rilassarsi. Ciò che ho apprezzato di più è stata la disposizione con camere separate per genitori e figli: ci ha permesso di avere la nostra privacy pur rimanendo insieme come famiglia. Questa soluzione ha fatto la differenza e ha reso il soggiorno ancora più comodo e pratico. Tuttavia, il parcheggio è stato piuttosto difficile da trovare. Abbiamo dovuto percorrere diversi livelli e ci siamo trovati in difficoltà perché l'area era condivisa da diversi hotel. Una segnaletica o indicazioni più chiare sarebbero di grande aiuto per i futuri ospiti. L'unica altra nota dolente è stata il prezzo. Avevamo prenotato la camera a 584 dollari, ma in seguito abbiamo notato che il prezzo era sceso a 510 dollari. Sarebbe stato fantastico poter usufruire della tariffa più bassa. A parte questi piccoli inconvenienti, abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno e prenderemmo in considerazione l'idea di tornarci.

Excellent location. Close to everything. Friendly staff. Good size room. We booked superior room with two big bed. Easily fitted our family of two adult and two kids. Housekeeping could be improved. Overall room is clean but lacked attention to details. Eg some surfaces are dusty. Carpet can do with some attentive vacuuming. Used bathrobes could be hang up or folded. Not simply left on the chair unfolded.

The receptionist wanted to give a terrace room with no doors/privacy even for an expensive month long booking. Despite confirming that we will be provided with a proper one bedroom apartment with seperate living and bedroom area. The receptionist made unnecessary comments during check in process which were rude. On requesting to speak with the manager, later, a proper room was assigned. But he made sure to comment that the room being provided is only for their VIP guests. One would assume that, someone booking for a month long stay should automatically be given one of the best rooms. Overall, the check-in process was unprofessional and was only handled in that way because the receptionist thought they can get away with such behaviour. The property location is good and overall a decent stay otherwise. But one reception staff in particular needs a serious correction of behaviour.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Das Hotel befindet sich über dem Pub, der auch ab nachmittags sehr gut besucht ist. Es gibt dort sonntags auch Livemusik bis ca 21 Uhr abends. Alles vollkommen in Ordnung, wenn man nicht gerade Zimmer 10 neben der Waschmaschine/Trockner hat und neben der Lüftung schläft. Auch wenn ab 21 Uhr trocknen und waschen nicht erlaubt ist,störte es sehr. Die Hotelzimmer gehen nach hinten raus,so hat man morgens leider ebenso den Lärm der Ladezone vom Supermarkt. Positiv war,dass das Zimmer in einem modernen Zustand war und die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett waren. Der Strand ist fußläufig zehn Minuten entfernt.

We booked Marco Polo Motor Inn for 3 nights. The room was very clean and looked like it had been recently refurbished. Queen bed was very comfortable. There was also a 3 seater sofa. Towels were changed daily. TV channels worked fine. Aircon was cold without strange smells. There was a microwave, kettle, plates n bowls, cutlery,, cups n glasses. A mini fridge with freezer and even a cute single slice toaster! Coffee, tea bags n hot chocolate were provided. Parking was secure and ample. Will definitely be back if driving from Gold Coast to Sydney again. It is also walking distance to the train station. A great find! Signage was Marco Polo Motel though and we were slightly confused by it. Reception was great, friendly and helpful.

We had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!

My experienced wasn’t bad. Location is very close to the train station, for the price it’s okay. Shout out to the reception a guy who served me when I arrived. He offered me a can of drink because it was sunny and I was walking from station to the accomodation. Great customer service. One thing that I don’t like was the mini bar fridge it was damaged. One night I arrived into my room, I nearly slipped, there was water everywhere from the fridge all the way to the door. I rang up to discuss the issue no one answered. I decided to put all the towels in the floor to stop the water. My issue was HEALTH & SAFETY of the guest. Aside from that issue everything was good. Ildelyn Geelong vic
