Hotel 4 stelle a Samarcanda

È stato magnifico! Dall'imponente facciata al taxi dall'aeroporto. La camera era fantastica! Pulita! Pulizia eccellente! Letti comodi! La camera era molto luminosa, con tanti specchi! Tutto funzionava. Colazione eccellente! Un ringraziamento speciale per l'estensione. Auguro all'hotel di continuare a prosperare. Continuate così! Personale molto gentile e disponibile, calorosa ospitalità. Una magica storia di Samarcanda!

Очень понравился отель! Он новый !!везде вкусно пахнет,современно все.В номере отличный с/у.Есть зуб щетка и паста ,косметич набор,завтраки отличные :ягоды,фрукты,овощи,каши,яичница,мясо,гречка,запеканка,выпечка,сосиськи ,кофе ,соки.На территории басик открытый(раб до 22).до регистана минт30 пешком или 10 мин на такси,оно копейки стоит.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!

Pros… * Location: 15 mins walkable distance to Registan square and a couple other attractions * Breakfast: a great variety of options ~ hot & cold + few options of fruits and pastries / desserts * Room: it was ok apart from the AC… which was dripping water once turned on.. hot water available for shower which was great! Beddings were good, a fridge, iron board, iron, a keep safe box, bath robes, 2 bottles of water available in room. Amenities: hairdryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, tooth brush, tooth paste and cotton buds were provided Cons… * Breakfast: starts at 8am and ends at 10am. It starts kind of late especially when some people of early start * Fitness center: only cardio machine available. Lights are never on, AC not on… also starts 8-8pm just really isn’t ideal timing especially during summer where people may wanna use the gym first thing before they have breakfast/ explore then come back for the gym.. hence I never got chance to use at all… it also looks like it’s never open… it gives a very off putting vibe. The swimming pool looks nice though.

За свои деньги достойный отель, но есть нюансы. 1. Полотенца с запахом сырости ( хотелось бы после душа пахнуть гелем для душа, а не полотенцем) 2. В номере пахнет запахом готовки (внизу ресторан)

Hotel Staff super helpful, Vaziza provided with a clear guidance of the installation, while I arrived 1hour early than standard Chexk-In time, she provided with an available room and helped to fix the reservation. Great hotel, good restaurants, fresh coffee... it really felt like ”back home”. Great experience, I will definitely be back to this hotel.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole all'Hilton Garden Inn Samarkand Sogd. L'hotel è moderno, pulito e molto confortevole, esattamente ciò che ci si aspetta da un hotel Hilton. Le camere erano spaziose, silenziose e ben tenute, con tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è leggermente decentrata rispetto al centro storico, ma si trova in una zona tranquilla e nuova, vicino alla zona turistica della Via della Seta, e spostarsi in taxi è facile ed economico. Nel complesso, questo hotel offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo a Samarcanda: una scelta perfetta se si preferisce il comfort moderno e la pulizia al soggiorno nel caotico centro storico. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti in questo hotel e non posso aiutare, ma condividere le mie impressioni! Da quando siamo arrivati, siamo stati saluti con caldo e sorriso, e il personale della reception era incredibilmente amichevole e professionale. Non solo ci hanno controllato rapidamente, ma anche hanno risposto alle nostre domande, soprattutto Dildora, che ci ha aiutato a scegliere escursioni e posti per cena. La loro attenzione al dettaglio e la volontà di aiutare rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Le camere dell'hotel sono spaziose e accoglienti, e le viste dal balcone sono semplicemente divertenti. Ci sono stati tutti i momenti che ci sono stati. Grazie a tutti i membri del personale, in particolare alla squadra di ricezione, per il loro servizio e la cura impeccabile. Hai fatto la nostra vacanza davvero speciale! Ci ritroveremo certamente!

It bit far from the main sights of Samarkand but a nice quiet hotel with all the amenities and service expected for a Hilton. Reception was polite and offered a voucher to use for checking in later. A bit smelly near the toilet at check in but overall good value and happy with the place.

Отличный отель, адекватный персонал, красивый пейзаж на бассейн, красивый живописный сад. Скудный выбор еды на завтраках, не много еды для европейцев. Вид из окна достался не очень на какие-то пальмы. Возможно из-за того, сто указал при оплате комнату потише. На пляже конкретная помойка, что даёт огромный минус отелю. Разве нельзя убрать пляж возле своей территории!!! Это не так займет много времени, чтоб поддерживать чистоту. Ещё минус месторасположение! 1,5-2 часа добираться на такси до города. Если хотите посетить достопримечательности, то лучше брать отель в городе. Если хотите тихий и спокойный отдых, без передвижения по городу, то этот отель прекрасно подойдёт вам
