LLanting（Alice）Le strutture dell'hotel sono complete, igiene pulita, ambiente bellissimo, arte e servizio caldo e attento.Ho soggiornato nella stanza con balcone, il panorama fuori dalla finestra è molto bello, gli alberi sono moltiplicati, l'acqua del lago è verde, e si può camminare.L'ambiente dell'hotel è bello per viaggiare e rilassarsi.

UUtente ospiteThis was our first time at The Waterfront Beach Resort, and will be our new go to when in the area. We were treated so kindly by everyone we came into contact with. Upon check in, we were upgraded to a suite for my husbands bday. What a treat! Comfy beds, inviting area. We were here in Dec a few weeks before Christmas and it was so pretty! Fun events for the kids (didn’t travel with ours this time) but they had Santa and the Grinch to take pics with. Good food at Cabo Wabo for both dinner one night and the weekend breakfast buffet one morning. Parking was a little pricey ($50 per night), that ended up adding a bit to our stay, but seems pretty normal in California. Steps from the beach and beautiful ocean view from the room. 5/5 stars for us!

Ttimlo83Service was good as expected and location is great, walking distance from the theme parks. But there is some communication problem between trip.com and the hotel. I booked a 2 queen beds bedroom and mentioned in my booking that we are a family of 3. But the hotel said they could not see the info from trip.com and so they only gave us a 1 king bed room. They offered us a rolling bed for free, but that was not exactly what we booked and expected.

UUtente ospiteI would like to commend the excellent customer service of the front desk staff especially Nike, Marilyn and the assistant manager, I believe his name is Tommy. They are very caring and went above and beyond just checking me in. Nike assisted us with our printing issues which helped us tremendously in preparing for our association’s event the following day. Tommy, helped me gather my stuff when I transferred to another room the next day due to fire alarm lights that wouldn’t turn off. That’s the only negative experience of my stay. There was a fire drill at 3am. The flashing light didn’t go off after the sound was turned off. The maintenance people had to work on the issue so I got transferred to another room. Tommy’s assistance during the move is much appreciated.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is right between the source and residential area so there's no self parking. If you park overnight at the source, you might risk being towed. The only option is valet parking for $25 a night, which isn't bad compared to the places in LA we were going to. They give you a ticket with a QR on it and every morning, you just have to scan it 5-10 minutes before going downstairs and that gives them ample of time to pull it up from their garage. The lobby smells weird but the rooms smell just fine. My parents really enjoyed the the king size bed with pool view and our room worked out just fine. I wish we had the time to swim in the pool though. We were just so tired from our itinerary during the day. Every night we returned to our room, the sheets were changed and we got new towels. One day they came at 8am when we were still sleeping in so they were super on top of it. We ran out of conditioner and that was never refilled but I also never told them what I specifically needed. The check out process was super swift. They just end up deducting the valet fee from the deposit, which is $75 a night.

UUtente ospitePosizione: di fronte c'è una fermata dell'autobus che porta a Disneyland. Il pass per 1 giorno per adulto costa 6 USD. Un po' di cibo in giro per l'hotel.
Camera: la dimensione è buona per 4, 2 adulti e 2 bambini. 2 vasche da bagno nella toilette. Buono per la famiglia. Il rumore dell'aria condizionata è un po' rumoroso. Altrimenti va tutto bene
Colazione: non molta scelta ma abbastanza buona. I bambini adorano fare i waffle a forma di Topolino.
Nel complesso, un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo per noi.

UUtente ospiteLocation is great, safe neighborhood. Traveled for a concert at the Honda center and was able to get there in 5 minutes with little traffic or difficulties. Hotel has great atmosphere, want to keep booking there. Cleanliness of room was not the best. Side table had pen doodles. Fixture in bathroom was broken. There was trash in different areas from previous visitors. Pee stains on bathroom wall and other stains around the furniture.

The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. We were very pleased, and my friend was also very satisfied.
