Hotel 4 stelle a Contea di Orange

Le strutture dell'hotel sono complete, igiene pulita, ambiente bellissimo, arte e servizio caldo e attento.Ho soggiornato nella stanza con balcone, il panorama fuori dalla finestra è molto bello, gli alberi sono moltiplicati, l'acqua del lago è verde, e si può camminare.L'ambiente dell'hotel è bello per viaggiare e rilassarsi.

Vorrei ringraziare il personale del front desk per l'eccellente servizio clienti, soprattutto Nike, Marilyn e il direttore aggiunto, credo che il suo nome sia Tommy. Nike ci ha aiutato con le nostre questioni di stampa che ci hanno aiutato in modo enorme a prepararci all’evento della nostra associazione il giorno successivo. Tommy, mi ha aiutato a raccogliere le mie cose quando mi sono trasferito in un altro locale il giorno dopo a causa di un allarme che non si spegnerebbe. Questa è l’unica esperienza negativa del mio soggiorno. C’era un pozzo di fuoco alle 3:00. La luce di flash non si è spenta dopo che il suono è stato spenta. La gente di manutenzione ha dovuto lavorare al problema, quindi sono stata trasferita in un'altra stanza. L'assistenza di Tommy durante il movimento è molto apprezzata.

Il tipo di camera è buono, appena decorato, più pulito, è che il parcheggio richiede 25 coltelli, o altri parcheggiano per te, a volte non è conveniente prendere qualcosa. Inoltre, la porta del bagno non ha una traccia di scivolo sul pavimento, e le porte di legno pesanti sono molto difficili da spostare sul pavimento.

This was our first time at The Waterfront Beach Resort, and will be our new go to when in the area. We were treated so kindly by everyone we came into contact with. Upon check in, we were upgraded to a suite for my husbands bday. What a treat! Comfy beds, inviting area. We were here in Dec a few weeks before Christmas and it was so pretty! Fun events for the kids (didn’t travel with ours this time) but they had Santa and the Grinch to take pics with. Good food at Cabo Wabo for both dinner one night and the weekend breakfast buffet one morning. Parking was a little pricey ($50 per night), that ended up adding a bit to our stay, but seems pretty normal in California. Steps from the beach and beautiful ocean view from the room. 5/5 stars for us!

Highly recommended for a Disney trip in Anaheim! I think this is one of the best hotels to stay at when visiting Disneyland in Anaheim. The room was very clean, the bathroom was easy to use, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming. I’ve stayed here three times, and so far I’ve never had a negative experience with the staff. One thing to note is that there is a fee to use the microwave. Also, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the park, so it may not be ideal for those who don’t like walking. However, I personally recommend walking because there are large drugstores like CVS along the way, which is very convenient for buying food and other essentials.

Il miglior servizio Internet è un buon posto, ma il peggiore. Se sei qualcuno che si preoccupa di Wi-Fi, non scegliere questo hotel. Prima di tutto c'è un supplemento per un wifi di alta qualità, che è quello che ho comprato. Ma durante una sessione online molto importante, la mia internet è stata disconnessa per nessun motivo. Ridicolo!

Disneyland Hotel is always a magical place to stay like all the other Disney Parks hotels my family has stayed at. Front Lobby staff always make things so easy and they’re always so welcoming and accommodating. One thing I wanted to point out was one staffer who clearly just works there expecting tips. Edward Chavez helped my family with their bags and not only was rude “I thought you guys were ready, but you’re there just taking pictures” and then expected a tip to the point that he provided his Venmo account to make sure he was compensated. What a blemish in what otherwise is typically a great experience at a Disney Parks hotel.

Location is great, safe neighborhood. Traveled for a concert at the Honda center and was able to get there in 5 minutes with little traffic or difficulties. Hotel has great atmosphere, want to keep booking there. Cleanliness of room was not the best. Side table had pen doodles. Fixture in bathroom was broken. There was trash in different areas from previous visitors. Pee stains on bathroom wall and other stains around the furniture.

First of all, I don't know what happened on the app but it listed the reservation for someone else other than myself. I called Comfort suites to correct the mistake but unfortunately, it cannot do anything because I have to course the request to trip.com which I did but it was rejected anyways by comfort suites . So when I got here in comfort , I have to explain again. Which they understood. Anyways, comfort suite is ok ..breakfast is ok...bacon in the am is bland and coffee is not that great either.the room is small but still ok . The tv on the wall is kinda crooked . Location is ok .

The hotel's location was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable.
