Hotel sul mare a Contea di Orange

This was our first time at The Waterfront Beach Resort, and will be our new go to when in the area. We were treated so kindly by everyone we came into contact with. Upon check in, we were upgraded to a suite for my husbands bday. What a treat! Comfy beds, inviting area. We were here in Dec a few weeks before Christmas and it was so pretty! Fun events for the kids (didn’t travel with ours this time) but they had Santa and the Grinch to take pics with. Good food at Cabo Wabo for both dinner one night and the weekend breakfast buffet one morning. Parking was a little pricey ($50 per night), that ended up adding a bit to our stay, but seems pretty normal in California. Steps from the beach and beautiful ocean view from the room. 5/5 stars for us!

Controlla che l'hotel cerca di riscuotere una nuova tariffa per le attrazioni.Non è sufficiente comunicare il canale di comunicazione tra Trip.com e l'hotel?

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per viaggi di spiaggia e accesso aperto ai parchi di divertimento della zona. Ci siamo trasferiti con bambini piccoli e il personale era molto amichevole. Le camere erano pulite e i bagni e gli asciugamani erano ben forniti. Ho valutato un quarto per le strutture perché la stanza aveva un caffè ma non c’era un frigorifero o una microonde, il che rendeva un po’ difficile per i bambini di bere e snack. Il parcheggio era conveniente e facile per entrare e uscire dalla casa. Le strutture della piscina interna erano belle e ospitate con asciugamani, doccia e bagni con una stazione di cambio per bambini piccoli.

Staff was super-friendly every time that I interacted with them. They even provide you with a text number, so when towels were out at the pool, I didn't even have to walk to the office to request more! Facilities look as though they are recently upgraded. Don't expect ”real” high-end, but definitely classy if you look at it from a distance ;-) Bed was really comfy. With the A/C fan on (I like the white noise effect it makes at hotels), evenings were undisturbed and restful. I never heard people though the walls, and I know that they were sold out. Nice self-serve breakfast of breads, fruits, and HB eggs to get your day started. Pool was great (the mural over there is definitely worth a look). My *only* gripe was that there was no desk and chair in the room...but hey, maybe that's on purpose. After all, I wasn't able to work while on vacation....aw, boohoo! ;-)

Hotel was clean for the most part, except under the bed which was absolutely disgusting; but who goes under there anyway?  The front desk staff were nice, so no complaints there, or anywhere except for parking!!  Apparently there is a customer there that is “VIP” (which is what the front desk staff told me) and they are allowed to park their trailer and take up 5 spaces, even though the rest of us paid for our rooms too.  My family and I were here on vacation to Disneyland, so the second day we arrived later in the evening back at the lodge.  I understand we weren’t going to get our original spot, but there was NO parking.  My husband drove the entire lot twice and by pure luck someone had just left, otherwise where would my family and I have parked?  Location is great and the staff were friendly, but this experience alone would never allow me to book here again.

This is a small family running business. Everything was organized perfectly. Zero time waiting. All questions were answered. All calls replied immidiately. The room was small, but had everything a traveller needs There were a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a TV set, WiFi etc. The bed and mattress were very comfortable. The window had good shades. The bathroom was super clean. There were several white and soft towels. I took a very good overnight rest in the hotel. Give all the best scores to it.

Il colazione era OK (probabilmente migliore della media) con poche opzioni di caffè, succhi, cibo caldo, pancake, bagagli e pane. Ci sono poche cibo nelle vicinanze a 5-15 min passeggiata. Anche il piccolo Saigon e la città coreana sono un breve viaggio. La camera è un po' datata, ma è abbastanza grande e confortevole. Uno svantaggio è che non ci sono custodi o cambiamenti di asciugamani ogni giorno a meno che non lo chiedi. Un altro problema che ho incontrato è il debole segnale e copertura WiFi.

La posizione era buona. Non si può vedere l'oceano dall'hotel, ma se si guida, si può utilizzare il parcheggio spiaggia ($1.50/hour penso. Si consiglia di andare presto. Si sta occupando). Se il desk front è aperto, presumo che si possa prestare anche ciclisti regolari dall'hotel. Quando sono entrato nella stanza, la cintura e la decorazione della stanza erano bellissimi, e potevo dire che usavano una mattresse molto buona. C’era dura, ma c’era sabbia sul pavimento, che è comprensibile, perché è vicino alla spiaggia. Il pavimento non era stato pulito. Anche la stanza era piena di anatre. La porta del bagno era rotta, quindi non potevamo chiudere. Inoltre, la metà della porta del vetro della doccia era mancata, quindi l’acqua della doccia era fuoriuscita.

La posizione è sul mare, ma è in mezzo a due strade, e camminare fuori e mangiare è un po'difficile.La stanza è grande, due TV, ma le strutture sono antichi e il personale di servizio è buono.Due notti sono viventi, e' ancora una sensazione generale.

L'hotel era a posto, facevamo un viaggio di notte veloce per una gara vicina, e serviva il suo scopo. Abbiamo avuto un po' di paura quando un ospite vicino dal piano sotto ci ha messo a tacere alla porta al 515 dell'A.M., chiedendo di vedere chi eravamo e affermando di essere messi a tacere. Noi chiamiamo il divano, e José era il nostro cavaliere in armatura brillante, e non solo chiese all’ospite di tornare nella sua stanza, ma aspettando che uscisse, e ritornò a scortarci in sicurezza verso la nostra macchina prima della gara.
