These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. 5) There is one complimentary parking space available per unit. Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. The Topaz Suite is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 2) a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach.Also available for monthly rental. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability. All utilities included in monthly rent Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot. We do not have designed street parking - additional parking can be found at the beach access across the street. Beach chairs are available. Bedroom 1: The bedroom has a queen size bed There is no ramp or elevator in this house. There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi. The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed. House Rules: For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. A $500 fine will be applied if this policy is violated. We kindly ask that there are no parties or events. Gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy will need to be discontinued unless previously approved by the host. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onwards, as this is a multi-unit, family-friendly property. Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM. We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs or cats. Please ensure pets are not on the beds. If you need to leave your pet alone in the unit, kindly use a crate. If you don't have a crate, please keep all bedroom and bathroom doors closed. Please note that a $75/pet fee will apply to help cover additional cleaning needed. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets while outdoors. Linens & Care At Sojourn, we provide luxury linens of the highest quality for your comfort. We kindly ask that you help us care for them by following these guidelines. Do not use towels or bedding for cleaning, makeup removal, hair dye or any other activities that could permanently stain the linens. If linens are found to be permanently stained or damaged, we will request reimbursement for the cost of replacement. No Fireworks For your safety and to comply with local regulations, fireworks—including sparklers—are strictly prohibited at all Sojourn properties..
