Hotel 4 stelle a Honolulu

Definitely come back again ! The location is amazing walk down to beach and the hotel staff member is so friendly. Upgraded our room to ensure our stay. Beautiful view from the room.

Hotel personnel and services were friendly and prompt. The hotel was kept very clean, including the two rooms we booked. Our rooms had beautiful views of the beach, and you could walk on beach right out of hotel, very nice!  There are many great restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Another plus, Starbucks is located on the hotel premises. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would love to stay here on another trip except we did not anticipate the $60 a day valet parking because parking is very limited in Waikiki.  Maybe other hotels have limited parking - I don't know; however, hopefully, others will find free or cheaper parking options when staying at this hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 29 ottobre al 4 novembre. In generale, il personale era gentile e la stanza era pulita quotidianamente con asciugamani freschi forniti che apprezzavamo. Tuttavia, diversi problemi hanno influito significativamente sulla nostra esperienza. In primo luogo, il bagno accessibile che abbiamo prenotato non corrispondeva alle foto, non c'era una testa doccia a mano, che era importante per noi. In secondo luogo, lo specchio nella hall era notevolmente sporco all'arrivo, con strisce visibili da un vestito bagnato piuttosto sgradevole per un hotel di questo livello. Ho anche segnalato che il vassoio nel bacino si spruzzava dappertutto, soffocava il tetto e il pavimento, e mi è stato detto che la questione sarebbe stata controllata, ma non c'era nulla che risolva per tutta la nostra permanenza. Il sistema a due facce usato per regolare l'acqua nel bagno era anche molto scomodo, e abbiamo avuto costantemente problemi con la pressione instabile dell'acqua calda. Un'importante questione distinta è stata la parcheggio, ho prepagato e prenotato il parcheggio per 5 giorni, ma alla seconda sera tutti i posti sono stati presi, e mi è stato ordinato di parcheggiare in un edificio diverso vicino. Questo è stato estremamente inconveniente dover portare le cose dal terzo piano di un'altra struttura di parcheggio e sprecare tempo supplementare.È emerso che anche se si paga in anticipo, il vostro parcheggio non è garantito nessuno dall'esterno può prenderlo. Quindi pagate, ma finite senza il servizio che vi è stato promesso. In generale, il personale ha cercato di fornire un buon servizio, ma le questioni organizzative, i problemi di manutenzione e il sistema di parcheggio mal gestito hanno gravemente ridotto il nostro conforto. Purtroppo, dopo questa esperienza, non posso raccomandare questo hotel.

Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno piacevole e lo consiglio! La camera era delle giuste dimensioni, il letto era davvero comodo e abbastanza ben attrezzata. Avrei gradito qualche comfort aggiuntivo e un bollitore, ma me lo hanno fatto portare in camera dopo una rapida richiesta alla reception. Le immediate vicinanze dell'hotel offrono tutto ciò che si può desiderare, un sacco di supermercati e ristoranti, e non sono troppo rumorose. Sarebbe stato un soggiorno perfetto se non fosse stato per i lavori in corso che impedivano la vista sull'oceano (nessun problema di rumore maggiore, nel caso qualcuno si preoccupasse). Oh, anche la palestra presente in loco era molto più attrezzata di quanto mi aspettassi e dovrebbe essere sufficiente per il tipico frequentatore di palestra per allenarsi un po' prima di andare in spiaggia (non abbastanza per una sessione impegnativa, ovviamente).

L'hotel si trova nel centro di Waikiki. Nelle vicinanze si trovano numerosi negozi e ristoranti. Le spiagge sono a 100 metri di distanza. I famosi hotel Moana Surfrider e Hyatt Regency si trovano dall'altra parte della strada. Il Royal Waikiki Center è un bellissimo centro commerciale nelle vicinanze. Ci sono molti negozi di lusso e ristoranti al suo interno.

Renovated room was nice, featuring exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. The location is excellent, right next to a bus stop, and complimentary benefits like reusable water bottles with cold refill stations and free beach chairs/umbrellas from a partner hotel add great value. Minor quirks exist (e.g., outlet placement, sticky door), but the overall experience is highly recommended, especially considering the competitive price.

뷰 하나는 진짜 끝내줍니다 이거 때문에 간다 할 정도로 다이아몬드 헤드와 오션뷰가 난리납니다 4성급에 이 정도 없습니다 하지만 아쉬웠던건 하우스 키핑이 이틀에 한번 해주고 수건은 새로 채워주는데 이불을 갈아주지 않는것같습니다. 나가기전에 얼룩이 있는걸 확인했는데 하우스 키핑후에 들어왔을때 정리되어있는 이불을 뵜는데 같은 위치에 얼룩이 있는걸 확인했습니다. 주차는 5일해서 290불 정도 줬고 발렛이라 차 찾을땐 팁도 줘야해서 부담되시는 분들을 주변 무료주차 찾아서 하세요 저는 귀찮아서 그냥 발렛 주차 했습니다. 와이키키 도보 10분 안쪽이고 직원들은 대부분 착했습니다.

1) The escalator leading from the lobby to the mezzanine level was out of order. Given the makeshift barrier on the mezzanine level, it looked like the escalator had been out of commission for some time. Quite a shame from a convenience standpoint. 2) I had checked into the hotel after midnight because of a flight delay so I was pretty exhausted and fell asleep quickly after taking a shower, brushing my teeth, etc. I woke up in the middle of my first night's stay noticing a foul odor. After walking around the room and initially thinking it was coming from the A/C vent, I pinpointed the origin of the bad smell to the linens: the pillowcases, sheets, blanket. It smelled like a dirty wet sponge or clothes that never dried completely but were put back in the dresser drawer. I pulled all of the linens off the bed and left a note for housekeeping to replace them because of a foul odor. They did and it was fine the rest of my stay, but the point is I never should have had to do that. 3) Upon returning from my uncle's funeral Saturday night, to my dismay I found 20-30 cars that had been double-parked by the valets in the hotel parking lot. After circling the lot several times in the hopes of catching someone leaving but having no success, I decided to look into valet parking, figuring that since I was a hotel guest they would have something worked out. When the valet told me the valet fee was $49 even for hotel guests I was flabbergasted and declined. He instructed me to go back to the parking garage and speak to the parking attendant to ask about my parking options. When I got there, the parking attendant initially refused to come out of his booth to help me so I had to enter the garage, go all the way around to the exit and talk to him so that he didn't have to leave his booth. He pointed at a white car parked outside and told me to look for parking ”around there.” I asked him if that was assigned to the hotel, because I did not want to wake up tomorrow morning to discover that my rental car had been towed or impounded. He did not convince me that this was not a possibility so I parked the car where he instructed me to, took photos of the area, and went to the hotel registration desk to look further into the parking situation. The signage was also not clear. When I got to the registration desk, I was helped by an employee who seemed to have a French accent. He was definitely European, with very short hair. I explained what had just happened with the parking and he told me that the hotel did not have ”jurisdiction” over that parking area and he could not guarantee me that my car would not be towed. There happened to be another employee, a local guy, just finishing a transaction with a hotel guest so I moved one station over and asked him the same question. He clarified the situation and explained that that outside parking area (in the middle, under the ramp) was overflow parking for the hotel, and, as long as my hotel parking pass was clearly displayed, my car could remain there for the duration of my stay.

Not recommended for families, not a typical family hotel. It is small and boutique as advertised. Only one lift working during our visit and used by everyone including household staff, long waits and usually full. They appear to have strict rules and did not feel comfortable walking freely around the hotel, always felt like we were being watched. I would not stay here again and would not recommend the hotel to people with young kids.

L'hotel è a 1 isolato dalla spiaggia. Tutto era accessibile a piedi. La stanza era pulita e abbastanza grande. Ho soggiornato in una stanza di vista parziale sull'oceano e è stato piacevole guardare Diamond Head e Sunset dalla stanza. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti, ma non c'era nessun servizio di manutenzione di casa durante il nostro soggiorno. Ma potremmo chiedere asciugamani e toletta extra quando necessario. Buono valore per i soldi.
