Hotel 4 stelle a Honolulu

Hotel personnel and services were friendly and prompt. The hotel was kept very clean, including the two rooms we booked. Our rooms had beautiful views of the beach, and you could walk on beach right out of hotel, very nice!  There are many great restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Another plus, Starbucks is located on the hotel premises. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would love to stay here on another trip except we did not anticipate the $60 a day valet parking because parking is very limited in Waikiki.  Maybe other hotels have limited parking - I don't know; however, hopefully, others will find free or cheaper parking options when staying at this hotel.

The pools were clean and inviting, the fitness center was modern and well-maintained, and the spa offered truly relaxing treatments. Dining on-site was a delight—the breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, and the beachfront restaurants made every meal feel like a special occasion. What really stood out was the warm aloha spirit from the staff. Every team member I met was friendly, attentive, and eager to make my stay perfect. This resort combines luxury, comfort, and the magic of Hawaii in the best possible way. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy this slice of paradise again!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una vacanza io e mio marito per 3 giorni e l'hotel era bellissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo ottenere uno sconto sul parcheggio e sulla tariffa dell'hotel perché siamo Kamaaina ma hanno detto di no perché dovevo prenotarlo prima sotto Kamaaina. Sono rimasto piuttosto deluso dal fatto di aver vissuto qui tutta la mia vita.

Tutto il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Durante la notte è scattato il salvavita, ma hanno gestito la situazione senza mostrare alcun segno di disappunto, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. È stato fantastico avere la spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi e un supermercato ABC Store all'interno dell'edificio.

Renovated room was nice, featuring exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. The location is excellent, right next to a bus stop, and complimentary benefits like reusable water bottles with cold refill stations and free beach chairs/umbrellas from a partner hotel add great value. Minor quirks exist (e.g., outlet placement, sticky door), but the overall experience is highly recommended, especially considering the competitive price.

Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno piacevole e lo consiglio! La camera era delle giuste dimensioni, il letto era davvero comodo e abbastanza ben attrezzata. Avrei gradito qualche comfort aggiuntivo e un bollitore, ma me lo hanno fatto portare in camera dopo una rapida richiesta alla reception. Le immediate vicinanze dell'hotel offrono tutto ciò che si può desiderare, un sacco di supermercati e ristoranti, e non sono troppo rumorose. Sarebbe stato un soggiorno perfetto se non fosse stato per i lavori in corso che impedivano la vista sull'oceano (nessun problema di rumore maggiore, nel caso qualcuno si preoccupasse). Oh, anche la palestra presente in loco era molto più attrezzata di quanto mi aspettassi e dovrebbe essere sufficiente per il tipico frequentatore di palestra per allenarsi un po' prima di andare in spiaggia (non abbastanza per una sessione impegnativa, ovviamente).

1) The escalator leading from the lobby to the mezzanine level was out of order. Given the makeshift barrier on the mezzanine level, it looked like the escalator had been out of commission for some time. Quite a shame from a convenience standpoint. 2) I had checked into the hotel after midnight because of a flight delay so I was pretty exhausted and fell asleep quickly after taking a shower, brushing my teeth, etc. I woke up in the middle of my first night's stay noticing a foul odor. After walking around the room and initially thinking it was coming from the A/C vent, I pinpointed the origin of the bad smell to the linens: the pillowcases, sheets, blanket. It smelled like a dirty wet sponge or clothes that never dried completely but were put back in the dresser drawer. I pulled all of the linens off the bed and left a note for housekeeping to replace them because of a foul odor. They did and it was fine the rest of my stay, but the point is I never should have had to do that. 3) Upon returning from my uncle's funeral Saturday night, to my dismay I found 20-30 cars that had been double-parked by the valets in the hotel parking lot. After circling the lot several times in the hopes of catching someone leaving but having no success, I decided to look into valet parking, figuring that since I was a hotel guest they would have something worked out. When the valet told me the valet fee was $49 even for hotel guests I was flabbergasted and declined. He instructed me to go back to the parking garage and speak to the parking attendant to ask about my parking options. When I got there, the parking attendant initially refused to come out of his booth to help me so I had to enter the garage, go all the way around to the exit and talk to him so that he didn't have to leave his booth. He pointed at a white car parked outside and told me to look for parking ”around there.” I asked him if that was assigned to the hotel, because I did not want to wake up tomorrow morning to discover that my rental car had been towed or impounded. He did not convince me that this was not a possibility so I parked the car where he instructed me to, took photos of the area, and went to the hotel registration desk to look further into the parking situation. The signage was also not clear. When I got to the registration desk, I was helped by an employee who seemed to have a French accent. He was definitely European, with very short hair. I explained what had just happened with the parking and he told me that the hotel did not have ”jurisdiction” over that parking area and he could not guarantee me that my car would not be towed. There happened to be another employee, a local guy, just finishing a transaction with a hotel guest so I moved one station over and asked him the same question. He clarified the situation and explained that that outside parking area (in the middle, under the ramp) was overflow parking for the hotel, and, as long as my hotel parking pass was clearly displayed, my car could remain there for the duration of my stay.

L'hotel è stato ristrutturato negli ultimi anni da nuovi proprietari. La zona della piscina è ora meglio mantenuta e ha personale dedicato che sono presenti in qualsiasi momento. La piscina è grande e ben situata. Il punto di differenza è l'ombra fornita da numerosi ombrelli e alcuni alberi ombra. Ci sono anche bar e servizio alimentare per il tuo sedile. Le camere sono di dimensioni medie, adatto per due persone e hanno una buona dimensione lanai. Le letti sono confortevoli con molte piastrelle. Il bagno è compatto con doccia sopra il bagno. L'illuminazione della stanza è disgustosa e caldaia disponibile su richiesta. Un cassaforte è fornito. Una critica sarebbe il piccolo frigo, sei cucchiai, un latte e un paio di yogurt, che è il miglior hotel di fine giornata a Waikiki, ma purtroppo il bilancio non è ancora economico in questi giorni. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno con la squadra di piscina è il ghiaccio sul torto.

Отель нам очень понравился. Прекрасные виды на город с 30-х этажей. Номер состоит из 2 комнат, есть кухня с большим холодильником и плитой. Практически, как квартира. Я бы здесь с удовольствием пожила подольше. У отеля есть парковка за отдельную плату, но можно бесплатно парковаться на соседних улицах. В качестве подарка дали бусы из ракушек и карту на прокат видео в автомате внизу. Бассейном отеля не пользовались. Воды в бутылках в отеле даже при заселении не было. Если ищете экономный вариант в Гонолулу – рекомендую.
