酒店前台工作人員辦理完入住，交待的很細緻。房間挺大，就是空調的噪音太大，像是國內的空調扇，調控起來比較複雜，有兩個晚上房間温度降不下來，後來又調整好了。

5박했는데 너무 맘에 들어서 3박 더 연장했습니다. ^-^
테라스가 있고 뷰가 정말 좋았습니다. 바로 옆에 건물들이 없다보니 뷰가 파노라마처럼 펼쳐졌어요. 주방 있는 스튜디오에 머물렀는데 왼쪽으로는 바다가 조금 보였고 앞으로는 공원과 건물들 오른쪽으로는 산이 보이고 운하가 살짝 보였어요. 선셋 때 아름다웠습니다.
가구들은 살짝 낡았지만 쓰기에 전혀 불편함 없었습니다.
주방은 깨끗하게 잘 정돈되어 있었고, 음식물분쇄기가 있어서 편리하게 요리해서 먹을 수 있었어요. 반찬통까지 구비되어 있더라는...
리조트피가 1박에 27달러인데 1박마다 1층에 있는 까페 피시훅에서 쓸 수 있는 10달러 쿠폰을 줍니다. 모아서 한번에 쓰실 수 있어요. 포케가 매우 신선했고, 상당히 맛있었어요. ^-^ 강추.
1층에 세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 빨래도 편하게 할 수 있었습니다.
프린터는 로비층 입구에 있습니다(제가 머물 땐 고장나 있어서 카운터 직원분들 도움 받아서 프린트했어요)
주차는 발레파킹만 가능하고 24시간에 35달러입니다. 체크인 체크아웃 때는 직원분께 말씀드려서 잠깐 앞에 댈 수 있었습니다.
(장기숙박하실 분은 할레코아 주차장 월주차 알아보셔도 될 거 같아요. 가깝습니다.)
수영장은 1층에 있는데 써본 적은 없네요.
직원분들이 매우 친절하셔서 도움 많이 받을 수 있었어요. 정말 정말 감사합니다.
단 하나 단점은 청소가 매일 되지는 않고(5박 중에 하루 가능하다고 했어요. ㅡ..ㅡ) 그것도 1일 전에 요청해야 했습니다. 타월 모자랄 때는 카운터에서 받아갔어요.
그렇지만 앞으로 하와이 다시 간다면 여기 또 머무를 거에요.

Easy access to the convenient stores. Staff are great, they are easy to approach. Cleanliness is the problem. I checked in with my two kids, 1 four years old and a 2 years old boy. The bed are kind of high so for safety and to avoid them from falling down while sleeping i decided to let them sleep on the floor. I put a sleeping mat in between of those two beds and let my other half to sleep with the kids on the floor. I was bothered the whole night because my wife keep sneezing everynow and then and she smell something coming from the bottom of the beds. When i checked it out, to my surprised it was full of “DUST” it was very dirty so i have to clean it so they can get a good sleep. The edges of the bed the one hold the mattress, those are the dirty parts, really “DUSTY”. Regardless of that, its all good.

Property was fantastic, it was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Pool was clean and they provided beach towels and Beach chair for free.
Yanni in Coerciege Tours and activities was very helpful in guiding us to experience the Hawaiian culture efficiently.
I will definitely stay again in this property in future. I recommend this to my friends and family

I really loved the hotel location. Close to everything we wanted to be close too. Beach and super nice restaurants. The lobby was fantastic and the staff have to be the most loveliest people in the world. And as world travellers this was huge! Now some of the hotel policies are weird. If you are staying 5 days you can have ur room cleaned once and if you want it more you have to pay for it. This is weird cause that should be built into your daily rate otherwise what are you paying for? The pillows, bed, and bedding were very dated so not hugely comfortable.
But once again, the staff at the front desk and concierge desk were top notch and the rest of the hotel is beautiful.
