Hotel 4 stelle a El Nido

La villa V superava completamente le nostre aspettative. Dalla nostra arrivo, tutto si sentiva elegante, moderno e molto premio. L'intera proprietà è ben progettata e le camere sono di grande nuovo, spaziose, senza spot e estremamente comode. Si sente più come un hotel a cinque stelle che come un soggiorno tipico a El Nido. La piscina al tetto è certamente una delle più grandi evidenze, la vista è sorprendente, soprattutto intorno al sole, e l'intera zona al tetto è così rilassante e di lusso. È il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo aver passato il giorno a esplorare El Nido. La posizione è anche eccellente e molto conveniente per andare in giro, mentre la proprietà stessa si sente ancora tranquilla e privata. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto speciale, il nostro ospite, il direttore di Rio, era assolutamente eccellente e si è assicurato che ci fosse stato curato bene per tutta la nostra permanenza. Era molto accogliente, attento e veramente utile. Il resto della squadra era altrettanto amichevole e professionale, e si può davvero sentire che si preoccupano di dare agli ospiti una grande esperienza. Le camere sono belle, una splendida piscina al tetto, una grande posizione e un servizio eccellente. Villa V si sente facilmente come uno dei migliori nuovi posti per soggiornare a El Nido. Abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza e sicuramente ritorneremmo.

* Upon arrival, the air conditioning unit in our villa was not properly maintained. The filter was extremely dirty and clogged, causing excessive noise and poor performance. We had to clean it ourselves in order to use it. * There is little to no mobile signal in the area, and the WiFi connection has been unreliable due to ongoing maintenance, making it very difficult to stay connected. * There has been significant noise disturbance from construction work directly behind our villa, including the use of loud power tools throughout most of the day over several days. * We were only informed about a wedding taking place upon check-in. As a result, we were unable to use the sunbeds located outside our villa and had to relocate further away. Also due to the wedding taking place, the hotel had to make many soundchecks during the day before, playing very loud music which made it hard to relax on the beach. The wedding guests (80+ people) were allowed to use the villa next to us, as their designated toilet, which caused a lot of back and forth from the weddings guests right by our villa. This made it difficult to relax. * Additionally, we find that the restaurant prices are quite high compared to the quality of the food. For example, breakfast at 800 PHP did not meet basic expectations, as even simple items such as cheese and ham for bread were missing. I’m also sorry to say that the chicken adobo is tasteless, and on the menu it says the menu has been created by a Michelin chef. My mango daquiri tasted only of alcohol, so I had to ask for one with less alcohol. As a certified bartender, that is unacceptable. Even the French fries were not done properly as they needed more time in the oven (I think that’s what they used to make them at least, I would prefer if they were fried in oil though). However, very good mango shakes. * We would also like to mention that the access roads leading to the property are in very poor condition. The roads consist mainly of uneven gravel and are full of deep potholes, which make driving quite difficult and uncomfortable. In some areas, it is only possible to drive at around 10 km/h due to the condition of the road. We believe that the roads would greatly benefit from proper maintenance or being paved with cement, as this would significantly improve accessibility and the overall guest experience. We understand that some of these issues may be temporary or unforeseen, but taken together they have had a significant impact on our stay. However I would really like to highlight Hazel from the reception at the Nacpan Beach Villas. She was really sweet and thorough when we had any questions and went the extra mile for us. She deserves a raise. Please let her know we were really happy with her and really appreciated her.

The first words of the staff is “welcome to paradise” and we can only say it was truly experiencing paradise. From the first second at lounge arrival to the last second of departure there was an amazing, friendly and personalized customer care! The hotel environment , the room, the food, the complementary boat trips all was excellent and gave us an incredible experience to never forget and … to return back to☺️

Il migliore di El Nido, senza dubbio. La vista è da morire. Naturalmente le ville sono sul fianco di una collina piuttosto in alto. Quindi nessun tuk locale di Tulsa può arrivare fin lì. Quindi vuoi chiamare l'interfono dall'ingresso e loro ti vengono a prendere. E guidare fino a lì. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 ed è stato fantastico.

We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

From the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

L'hotel è ben situato e tranquillo. La camera offre abbastanza spazio, circa 25m2. Un terribile ”prospettiva” dalla finestra a una parete dal lavastoviglie/sala di personale è semplicemente peggio. Il bagno è purtroppo estremamente piccolo e non offre una superficie di deposizione per un necessitatario o lavastoviglie. Si trova una piscina pulita e bella sul tetto. Da lì si dispone di una splendida vista. Il colazione non è in alcun caso adeguato al prezzo elevato delle camere. Non ha praticamente nessuna scelta di frutta, i ”succhi” sono una merda chimica e poco divertente. Non c'è pane vero, solo il solito brindisi.

Molto bello luogo con sorprendente sorgente solare. L'hotel glambling è nuovo e stanno ancora finindo di costruirlo, quindi ci sono stati alcuni problemi sia con le camere (sala chiusa senza una carta adeguata ma una chiave molto dura e strana, il faucet del bagno instabile e l'acqua calda nel doccia con un molto insolito Il personale che ha chiesto più volte se avessimo già pagato la stanza con Trip e chiesto prova di pagamento. Offriamo un servizio di navetta gratuito per la città, ma si deve aspettare un po' di solito. In alternativa, quando tornerai all'hotel avrai bisogno di camminare fino a un po' di strada, perché il camion camion non sarà in grado di venire tutto il cammino, ma non è troppo male) Prestano anche un asciugamano gratuito che si può portare con voi ad altre spiagge. Non pulivano la stanza ogni giorno e hanno detto che il servizio doveva essere richiesto perché non entrerebbero in camera senza il permesso. Inoltre la ricezione non è aperta 24 ore, che è un po' inconveniente e chiederebbero di fare un testo su cosa. Per il prezzo pagato e considerato quanto costoso fosse per le Filippine, avrei aspettato meno questioni, ma lo consiglierei ancora per un piacevole soggiorno in el nido.

Ora Beach needs an update, the hotel is large and the rooms large. But all the facilities, gym, aircons, TV are old and outdated. It's on a stretch of beach in a little Cove with a beautiful view , the food is... ok. But it's close to some great restaurants elsewhere. The shower was poor but the toilet worked.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per qualche giorno. La proprietà è ancora in parte in costruzione, soprattutto la zona ristorante, che influisce sull'esperienza generale. La colazione è servita sulla veranda o sulla spiaggia. Il mio amico e io lavoramo nell'industria della ricerca e della ricerca e atteniamo ai dettagli, il personale è stato costantemente amichevole e utile, il che è un punto positivo. La colazione deve essere ordinata la sera prima; una mattina, con una risveglia alle 6 per un viaggio, purtroppo non c'era acqua nella stanza. Dopo due notti, siamo stati trasferiti in un altro locale, e nella prima stanza non si era fatto il mantenimento per due giorni consecutivi, e nella nuova stanza il controllore non funzionava bene. La posizione è molto lontana, circa un giro scooter 40-minute dalla città di El Nido, dove tutte le escursioni parteno. In generale, il soggiorno è stato equo, grazie soprattutto alla gentilezza del personale, con spazio per il miglioramento una volta completata la costruzione e le operazioni sono state raffinate.
