Absolutely loved my stay! The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the MRT, with countless food options and charming cafes right at your doorstep. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The café in the hotel was a real highlight—beautifully designed with a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Friendly staff, location is good and convenience , around 5min walk to Haeundae Beach. There is a lot of restaurant , cafe and the best is the Haeundae night market is just opposite the hotel . The room is clean , nice and bed is comfortable. Highly recommended and happy to stay.

Il contatore di check-in è piccolo, solo un contatore, e la linea accanto a lui è l'iscrizione per un altro fornitore. La signora che ha riparato il contatore per l'altro alloggio era molto brutta. La posizione era perfetta, era facile ottenere un K Ride. Siamo stati circondati da 7-11, negozi di comodità, cibo, olive giovani e molto altro. Siamo stati distrutti per le scelte. Situato tra la spiaggia di Gwangali e Haeundae, mi ha permesso di esplorare entrambi i campi senza prendere troppo.

ホテル自体、素晴らしいところでした。 新しくて、広くて、清潔、シャワーも扉があって、洗面室やトイレが水浸しになりません。 3人部屋に1人で泊まったので、ガウン、スリッパ、水は3人分用意されていました。 NetflixとDisney➕もありました。 とても快適でした。 困った点は駅から15分、緩い坂道を登るところと、夜ご飯を食べるところがホテルの近所にはないことです。 歩き疲れて夜遅くに最寄駅に着いても、食べるところは閉店後なので、駅の近くのコンビニで軽食を買って部屋で食べました。 ほぼ移動はUberタクシーを呼んで移動しました。 少しタクシー代はかかるけど、リーズナブルに綺麗で快適を優先する方にはおすすめです。

Situato in una posizione eccellente, proprio lungo una strada principale dalla spiaggia di Haeundae. L’iscrizione era in genere regolare, la stanza che era stata inizialmente assegnata aveva un odore cattivo proveniente dal bagno successivo, quindi abbiamo contattato il desk front, e fu data una stanza di sostituzione abbastanza presto. Non potevamo accedere al nuovo piano sul quale si trova la nostra sala di sostituzione, quindi non potevamo portare i bagagli direttamente al nuovo piano, e dovevamo portarli di nuovo al lobby per risolvere la questione della carta chiave, che è stato fatto abbastanza velocemente mentre siamo al lobby. Durante il nostro soggiorno, la temperatura all'aperto è stata generalmente più fredda nelle singole cifre fino a adolescenti bassi in gradi Celsius. L'aria condizionata non è stata attivata nelle camere degli ospiti, quindi l'hotel è stato in grado di fornire un ventilatore elettrico per il raffreddamento. Il desk front era responsivo e cortese. Il servizio di manutenzione è stato efficiente, amichevole e caldo. Forse il divano e la sedia possono essere puliti meglio.In generale, è ancora una piacevole permanenza.

La posizione è molto buona vicino alla metropolitana n ristorante/ shopping.. 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Le camere sono di base con spazio limitato, nessun gancio in bagno per tenere vestiti e nessuno spazio per tenere kit. L'acqua viene fornita ogni giorno.La custodia viene alle 1100. Controlla il tempo 1100 ore. Solo 1 plug per il caricamento.. La luce è limitata, può solo fare maquillaggio in bagno . L'Aircon auto si sposta in n, che rende le camere molto calde alla notte. Centralizzata, quindi non può fare nulla. In generale era ok!!

Non consiglio affatto questo hotel. Non sono riuscito a dormire per le mie 3 notti di soggiorno. Innanzitutto, la reception non capisce l'inglese. Non sapevano della mia prenotazione. Dopo 10 minuti, mi hanno dato le chiavi della mia stanza. La stanza era pulita, ma il problema è iniziato di notte. La luce usciva costantemente dalle persiane e dalle tende. Non so perché avessero delle persiane bianche e delle tende a maglie trasparenti. Ho chiamato la receptionist, ma non ha capito il mio messaggio. Il secondo giorno, mi sono lamentato con trip.com. Hanno chiamato l'hotel, ma la direzione ha mentito e ha detto che gli ospiti erano stati trasferiti in un'altra stanza. Nessuno ci ha contattato, ma hanno mentito costantemente a trip.com. Sono andato dalla receptionist e le ho chiesto di risolvere i problemi di luce. C'era anche molto rumore di lavori in corso ed ero davvero stanco dopo notti insonni. La receptionist ha detto che avrebbe riparato il problema il terzo giorno, ma anche questa era una bugia. Nessuno è venuto a risolvere il problema di luce. Non c'era il balcone come pubblicizzato. Mancavano le stoviglie. Il personale non capisce l'inglese semplice, come le posate. Nessuno è venuto a raccogliere la spazzatura o a dare acqua durante il mio soggiorno di 3 notti. L'hotel sembra elegante ma il servizio clienti è pessimo. Non consiglio di soggiornare in questo hotel, soprattutto se sei straniero. Ho scattato queste foto alle 6 del mattino quando ero sveglio a causa della luce del sole e del rumore dei lavori. Durante la notte, le luci della città si accendevano. Trip.com mi ha risarcito con 1500 monete, ma questo non ha placato le 3 notti insonni. Tutto il mio viaggio è stato scomodo a causa di questo hotel.

The hotel / apartment stay was very good. The rooms were clean and everything worked without problems  when we arrived the floor heating was already on in all rooms making it very hot. We turned it off for the rest of the trip and it was comfortable. The only issue we had was that our rubbish was not always collected outside the door, sometimes for 3 or 4 days (even after we asked downstairs for it to be taken away). It was Chinese New Year period, so that could have been factor. Good location and the staff friendly. Would recommend.

Ho richiesto in anticipo una camera con una bella vista sulla Busan Tower e mi hanno prenotato una camera al 18° piano. La vista era incredibile. La camera era anche pulitissima. Tuttavia, i servizi igienici erano un po' datati, quindi la carta igienica non scorreva nello scarico, e c'era un piccolo dislivello tra il bagno e la camera, il che era un po' un problema. Comunque, considerando il prezzo, la camera aveva un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La colazione era deliziosa e anche il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!
