RRobinMowatPer la nostra famiglia di 6, 3 adulti 3 bambini, un appartamento adatta alle nostre esigenze. Il complesso è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Busan con una passeggiata che collega entrambi. Ideale se arrivare con il treno come abbiamo fatto. Il check-in e l'accesso alla stanza, le porte e l'ascensore sono con codice QR dato al check-in online il giorno. Con le batterie telefoniche come sono, ho trovato l'ufficio di alloggio e ho ricevuto 2 carte fisiche e che funzionava bene. Il personale era molto amichevole. L'appartamento era al 38° piano. L'illuminazione lo fa sentire un po'di impresa clinica o stellare, con tutto il bianco brillante. L'appartamento è molto ben attrezzato con cucina, molte condizionamenti, 3 camere da letto, grande sala da letto, e manca di tutte le viste sul porto. Se volete una posizione conveniente alla stazione ferroviaria, una vista magnifica e un alloggio stile di vita, consiglio. L'arrivo a Busan e da e verso le attrazioni richiede un po', anche se ci sono solo 1 linea di metro che serve la stazione Busan, e Busan si diffonde in una vasta area.

MM I ParamitaThe hotel is just in front of the bus stop, and very close by to Metro Haeundae Exit 5 (lift) which is very convenient for those with large luggage to go in and out. You can also reach the hotel via Bus no 1001 from Busan Station for those who comes to Busan via HSR just that this bus not allows passengers to bring in large luggage into the bus since the walkway inside the bus is too narrow. There’s a round walkabout to enter the hotel and this was the tricky part as the direction given by Trip.com was to enter from the side entrance. There’s no logo of W Residences Hotel from the side entrance nor from the round walkabout. But from here you could see the name of the hotel out of the other few hotels mentioned. The biggest drawback was the hotel provides no free cleaning (must pay W20k to clean daily) and we must remember to put the trash outside our room as well as the dirty towels too in the morning then whatsapp the receptionist to clear. I am not so sure if it’s the culture of Korean hotels nowadays not to clean the room unless upon requests (pay or free) since all 3 hotels I stayed so far under Trip.com from Incheon, Seoul and Busan are all like this (but W Residences Hotel was the only one that charged the fees to clean). I am also pretty sure all 3 hotels would not change the bedsheets too. So better to stay max maybe just 2-3 days per hotel I guess for hygiene purposes since I prefer for my mattress to be cleaned daily actually, otherwise why would I pay so much only to have it like what I would’ve been doing at my own house? The service was quite good, the staff understands English quite well and very thorough and polite since day 1. They also gave hardcopy SOP for patrons to follow. Water and towels are available only upon requests from 9am-11pm as well, no staff around otherwise. They allow us to keep the luggage next to the reception table when we checkout before we leave Busan. There’s fridge, stove (can’t cook smelly food so I won’t even attempt this since there are plenty eateries outside and quite near to Haeundae Night Market), microwave, cutleries etc. No coffee nor tea provided here. Overall I would not mind staying in this hotel again if I go Busan but I may also want to try out other hotels in the same buildings since apparently there are quite number of them (building is designed like apartments).

AAleks_GIn termini di rapporto qualità-prezzo, l'hotel è discreto. Gli interni sono piacevoli e moderni; sembrano nuovi, ma non sono più perfettamente puliti. Nella mia camera, ad esempio, il copriwater era fissato con del nastro adesivo, c'erano schizzi sulle pareti in alcuni punti e macchie sul soffitto. Tuttavia, le camere sono pulite bene, gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno e, se si chiede di non essere disturbati, lasciano tutto il necessario in un cestino fuori dalla camera. L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto comoda per una breve visita a Busan (fino a 3-4 giorni), vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e tra le principali attrazioni (ci vuole più o meno lo stesso tempo per arrivare in entrambe le direzioni). I treni non si sentivano in camera e nel complesso l'hotel è abbastanza silenzioso. Avevo una camera spaziosa dove potevo aprire la valigia normalmente, ma non c'era ancora abbastanza spazio per riporre i bagagli (almeno servirebbero più grucce per i vestiti). Inoltre, non ci sono posate in camera, il che è un aspetto negativo. C'è una macchina per lo styling dei vestiti, una specie di cabina a vapore, che si è rivelata comoda, dato che non ho avuto bisogno del ferro da stiro. L'area piscina è rilassante, si possono scattare bellissime foto e l'acqua è calda. Non mi sono piaciute le colazioni. Nei giorni feriali vengono servite alla carta, la selezione è limitata e il caffè non è buono. Ci sono molte caffetterie e bar intorno all'hotel, quindi è meglio andarci. Sono rimasto molto sorpreso quando al momento del check-in mi hanno chiesto un deposito di 100.000 won (o una carta). In 10 anni di viaggi attivi, non mi è mai capitato in nessun hotel, soprattutto senza preavviso.

SShiJoanPosizione eccellente! Dalla stazione di Busan, un autobus diretto porta proprio davanti all'ingresso dell'hotel. Non è nemmeno necessario attraversare la strada dopo essere scesi, basta camminare 100 metri sulla destra e si è arrivati in hotel. L'ambiente interno è piuttosto pulito, e ci sono anche macchine per il cambio banconote e per il rimborso IVA, davvero comodo. Accanto all'hotel c'è anche un minimarket CU, quindi si può scendere in qualsiasi momento per comprare ciò che si desidera. Dista inoltre solo circa 500 metri a piedi dalla spiaggia di Haeundae. Un altro aspetto che ho molto apprezzato è che, anche se si tratta di una camera standard e non molto spaziosa, c'è una porta scorrevole che separa la camera da letto dalla zona lavandino e doccia. Questo evita situazioni imbarazzanti quando ci si cambia dopo la doccia. Punti negativi: Mancano pettine e spazzolino da denti, è necessario portarseli da casa.

LLekanischeL'hotel si trova in una posizione davvero unica, davvero sorprendente. Le camere sono spaziose e luminose. Il balcone offre una vista magnifica. Il bagno ha un water intelligente e una vasca da bagno di grandi dimensioni, ma non c'è la tenda della doccia: tutto si rovescia sul pavimento. Il soffione della doccia non è regolabile e, per qualche motivo, è fissato con delle fascette!... Gli asciugamani sono piccoli, ma in camera è disponibile un set di accappatoi in alternativa. Di notte, un sensore di movimento nel corridoio accende la luce quando si ha bisogno di usare il bagno, senza accendere l'illuminazione generale. L'accesso alla camera è tramite tessera, sebbene la serratura sia codificata. Il balcone si affaccia sul ponte e sul porto peschereccio. Ci sono sedie e un tavolo, quindi c'è molto spazio. Eravamo un po' preoccupati per la mancanza di copripiumini, solo un copriletto, ma non siamo schizzinosi e il clima è caldo, quindi non ci siamo preoccupati. I cuscini si sono rivelati gonfiabili, come quelli che si trovano quando ci si appoggia la testa. A proposito, non sono un fan di quei cuscini. Ma ci si abitua. La colazione è molto semplice, praticamente solo uno spuntino: yogurt, un uovo sodo, pane tostato con marmellata, una tazza di frutta, magari dei noodles istantanei, e il caffè non è un granché. Penso che sia meglio saltare del tutto la colazione, visto che non c'è molto da mangiare. Oppure aggiungete riso, una frittata o una zuppa di pesce con cipollotti, e allora l'uovo salterà davvero. Aggiungete kimchi e tteokbokki, per esempio. Nel complesso, ho lasciato la colazione affamato e non ci sono nemmeno andato. Vorrei anche dire ottime cose del personale. Sono molto gentili, accoglienti e disponibili. Sono sempre disposti ad aiutare, a dare consigli e a guidarvi durante la giornata. È chiaro che ci mettono il cuore. L'hotel si trova un po' lontano dalla metropolitana, a 15-20 minuti a piedi con una valigia, e la spiaggia è a 15 minuti. La spiaggia di Songdo è vicina; L'acqua è più calda di quella della spiaggia di Huande e una funivia collega la spiaggia al Parco Amnam. A proposito, ci sono molti gatti, quindi non dimenticate di portare loro un dolcetto. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa e i prezzi sono leggermente più bassi rispetto al centro città. Il Texas non è lontano; potete prendere un autobus. Inoltre, nelle vicinanze c'è un grande Lotte Mart, con una splendida terrazza panoramica gratuita sul tetto (un po' più in basso c'è Biff). L'hotel mi è piaciuto e vorrei tornarci, ma spero davvero che risolvano il problema della colazione.

CCathy_ChanLa camera ha una grande vasca da bagno, ma bisogna aspettare molto tempo prima che venga riempita d'acqua. Dopo essere andati in bagno, bisogna uscire per lavarsi le mani, il che è scomodo. Ma la posizione è molto buona, a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Busan e dalla stazione di Busan, comoda per gli spostamenti.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient. I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview. Whats disappointing: 1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change. 2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water, - bed not made, - floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and - toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

Located conveniently within the city, the hotel serves as a great base for travelers looking to explore Busan’s vibrant neighborhoods, beaches, and culinary spots. From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character. Check-in & First Impressions: Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel. Room: I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value. Amenities & Services: While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything. Location: This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night. Staff & Hospitality: Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected. Overall Impression: Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

마마갱전객실 오션뷰 연휴때 쉬게 되어서 급하게 예약했는데 가성비가 좋았어요 조식 무료인게 매력적임(하지만 한번도 먹지 못함) 해변열차 송정 정거장 도보 5분 이내 호텔 바로 앞으로 열차가 지나가서 9시반부터 볼 수 있음 28일 밤에서 3/1로 넘어갈때 밖에서 오토바이 소리가 크게 나서 잠을 잘 수가 없었음(호텔 탓은 아니니..) 침대는 딱딱한 편 객실은 깨끗했음 아이랑 지내기 좋았어요 송정해수욕장까지 도보 15분정도 거리감이 있지만 한적해서 좋았음 해수욕장쪽에 횟집 조개구이집 등이 있고 구덕포 방향에 음식점과 카페도 많이 있음 도심과 거리가 있지만 한적함을 원하는분 강추 아이랑 롯데월드 가려는 계획이 있다면 완전 강추(차로 10분 이내)
