Hotel 4 stelle a Kōbe

Molto buona esperienza di soggiorno, ogni casa di legno è indipendente, ha caratteristiche, il personale è molto bello e utile, la casa è grande, molto pulita, tutte le strutture sono molto complete, il tempo è freddo e freddo in quel giorno, ma la casa è molto calda, purtroppo abbiamo prenotato solo una notte, non siamo riusciti a goderci bene, Spero di avere l'opportunità di restare di nuovo.Due pecore sono troppo carine.

Abbiamo avuto un grande soggiorno di 1 notte in questo hotel! Questa è stata una bella esperienza! Anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte qui, perché questo era destinato a essere un fermo di notte tra le città durante il nostro viaggio stradale, questo ci ha lasciato un'impressione così buona che vorremmo tornare ad Akashi solo per rimanere in questo hotel. L'architettura e il design dell'hotel sono molto cool, 50's tipo di vibrazione, ma è nuovo, naturalmente. L'hotel dispone di un salone di club dove potremmo rilassarci dopo la guida con snack e bevande complimentari, compreso l'alcol, e tutto era gratuito e illimitato. La stanza era super spaziosa e ben progettata, con un enorme tubo caldo jacuzzi, e da quando abbiamo preso la stanza di vista oceanica, la vista che guardava l'oceano e il ponte era solo respirare 👌 Il colazione era proprio giusto, e hanno accolto completamente le mie richieste di pasto e hanno ottenuto un buon risultato ... Qui 5 stelle e vorrei tornare!

The hotel is right in the heart of Motomachi district in Kobe. It had nice amenities like free coffee and tea 3-10 pm, laundry, and overall was in a pretty central area for shopping and sightseeing. Cons: wifi was not available until our very last night , when we checked in the hotel staff they were sincerly apologetic but knowing after the fact that we booked a hotel for 4 nights, and the wifi was having connection issues and was only available in the lobby and this had been going on since early May was kind of a downer. We booked third-party using Trip so we were unaware of this however, the hotel did have the issue listed on their main website. Overall we got by!

About 15 mins’ walk from Shin Kobe JR. 10 mins’ walk to Sanomiya. Location was ok. The room was not too small. Clean environment, coffee machine and amenities available at lobby. Had problems with room WiFi the first night. Front desk didn’t have solution upon my phone inquiry. After reporting to CTrip, hours later, a Chinese speaking staff came to my door to help me. And problem solved. The next day, hotel sent a note asking for my feedback on the issue. Which was a professional and nice gesture. Breakfast was a chain fast food connected to the lobby. Front desk staff can communicate in English. Overall, good experience with this price. 离新神户JR站步行约二十分钟；三宫约十分钟，附近貌似没有地铁站；经济型酒店，房间不算很小，有浴缸； 首晚，下午发现房间Wi-Fi用不了；电话前台只会Sorry；跟携程说了后，晚上有中国员工上门，解决了问题；第二天，酒店还询问反馈；这点还是服务不错，毕竟是喜来登旗下，还是更专业；不像京都的Tokyu Stay Sanjo Karasuma三条乌丸，酒店设施有问题，装没事的。 设施一般，该有的都有；一楼有洗浴用品，调味包大小的一次性牙膏很方便；早晨就是大堂旁边的松屋，要另外买； 前台员工英语可以交流；第一天接待我的眼镜大叔，动作有一点慢，慢慢跟他说还是可以的。整体体验还不错，毕竟价格不贵。

Perfect quiet onsen resort to unwind and relax. The kaiseki dinner was a highlight and buffet breakfast offered a great variety. Onsen is not too big, not crowded during our stay but probably will if it gets busy. The room was a decent size with good air conditioning and being away from the busy streets made for a peaceful stay. The only downside was the bathtub leaked whenever we showered. Free parking is available, though it’s located underneath the property so it’s best to drop off your bags first if you have a lot of luggage.

L'hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla e sicura. La selezione del colazione è buona e mi piace il buon caffè e è stato un bonus perché hanno fornito una tazza di carta per poter consumare il caffè nel comfort della vostra stanza. Si consiglia ai suoi amici di soggiornare in questo bel hotel pulito.

First off, this location is a bit out of the way, if you intend to stay close to the downtown...you have to take the ”Portliner” a few stops. No issue for me, but did not realize this when I booked. I chose it because of the onsen / sauna, and I was very satisfied: this was the best sauna / cold tub I had in Japan (so far). Was hotter (and colder) than anything else. The actual hot-tub was good too, but I focus on sauna ＞ cold tub cycles more than anything. Rooms are new and look good, if not a bit small. As expected. Stay for a night if you are on the fence...use the onsen...have a coffee-milk afterwards. You'll feel great. Rooftoop bar / restaurant was nice as well and very friendly staff!

The hotel is fine, it just feels old. It was built in the late 80s and from the look of my room it hasn't been refurbished since. Some of the patches on the wallpaper had patches of their own. It smelt old too. On the plus side, the room was spacious, perfectly comfortable, and dark and quiet when I wanted to sleep. Wifi was slow enough to be effectively useless. The breakfast was excellent with a varied selection, but neither of the restaurants was open while I was there so I had to fend for myself. The front desk was friendly, quick and attentive. The hotel shares the main entrance with the Chamber of Commerce, which makes for an rather unique first impression of going into an office building.
