Fantastico
NNikolay GvozdevskiySono stato molto impressionato di rimanere qui. È un posto meraviglioso e un servizio perfetto. Il nose all'aperto è sorprendente, io e il mio amico eravamo gli unici a trovare la gente, sia la sera che la mattina. Il pranzo e il colazione erano deliziosi. E' tutto amorevole.

There was some confusion with my booking through Trip.com. I had already paid Trip.com for accommodation and breakfast, and I did not realise at first that this was only a prepayment to Trip.com to secure the booking, and that I would still need to pay the hotel directly at the front desk, with a refund to come later from Trip.com.
Your front desk team were very patient and professional in helping me contact Trip.com and clarify the situation so that I could understand why another payment at the hotel was required. I really appreciate their kindness and excellent service.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel staff were friendly and helpful, they provided an extra pillow when we requested. There is a microwave on level 2 which you can use to heat up your convenience store food items after.However, we had some issues with the room. 1. The aircon green light is very bright and shines down on your face through the night, would be good to cover it with something. 2. The window blinds are right behind your head and have big gaps allowing large amounts of light to come through in the morning. The toilet was also quite small with limited hanging space.

UUtente anonimoNot sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.

UUtente ospiteLocation is great as it is practically adjacent to the Sannomiya train station. However, there is a major scale construction going on now, right exactly in front of the hotel and if you are not observant, it could easily slip your sight. Also note there are two Tokyu Rei hotels nearby each other and if you are taking a taxi from Shin Kobe station, remember to clearly specify the destination is Sannomiya Tokyu Rei and not the nearby one in Moto Machi which the driver brought us to.
As is typical of most hotels in Japan, even though we had a twin room, space was rather limited and we barely had enough to even open up a medium size luggage bag let alone two.
A big plus point was food options were everywhere and all within walking distance, with many eateries just directly behind the hotel and more as you walk down the main road leading to a row of various restaurants and various eateries for all budgets.
Check-in was of the touch machine kind which is typical of Japan now and staff were at hand to help and guide along.
They were also especially helpful providing useful information as to where to go for a good meal and how to get to other places of interests.
Given the proximity to train station, the food options around and the price we paid, Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei is a good choice for a stay in Kobe.

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel è particolarmente adatto ai viaggiatori solitari che hanno già visitato il Giappone innumerevoli volte. Inizialmente avevo prenotato una camera singola, ma non mi aspettavo che la sorpresa arrivasse così all'improvviso. È stato davvero appagante esplorare la vita quotidiana della gente del posto. A pochi minuti a piedi si trovano una biblioteca e innumerevoli case a conduzione familiare, una cooperativa vicino alla stazione JR e delle sorgenti termali. Le strade qui nascondono la piccola e bella vita di una piccola città.

Ужин кайсеки красивый и вкусный, моя мечта попробовать его исполнилась :)
Завтрак обычный завтрак шведский стол, с японскими и европейскими блюдами
Также при въезде можно выбрать юкату, выбор широкий, одежда очень симпатичная.
Большое спасибо персоналу за помощь и особенно персоналу ресторана, мне очень помогли (у меня сломан палец и было неудобно есть палочкам и накладывать еду) и отнеслись максимально дружелюбно.

AAlgerdОтличный лав-отель: японское *****************, все косметические принадлежности, в том числе презервативы, прокладки, маска для лица, уходовые средства. Неплохой завтрак приносят в номер в назначенное время. На ресепшене без проблем обменяли номер для курящих на номер для некурящих. Бесконтактное выселение. Из минусов - при выходе из номера нельзя его закрыть, закрывается только изнутри

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è davvero grande e pulita. L'onsen pubblico al 5° piano e la pulizia all'interno sono così così. Ci sono ristoranti nelle vicinanze e chiudono un po' presto! Prezzo molto buono e sicuramente ci tornerò!

MmharsnMi piaceva la stanza. Ha un buon layout e tutto quello che dovevo essere confortevole. Il letto e la cottura erano buoni, e la velocità di Internet era buona. Tuttavia, il desk e tutto quello che c’era era coperto di polvere. Si trova tra le due stazioni principali, ma vicino a nessuno.
Quando ho controllato, ho chiesto di lasciare le mie borse con ricezione per 2 ore mentre sono andato a colazione, ma mi è stato detto che solo l'iscrizione degli ospiti può controllare le loro borse ☹️. Tuttavia, sono riuscito a lasciarle nel lobby. La costruzione si sta facendo proprio vicino alla porta, quindi è stato un po' rumore durante il giorno.
Potenzialmente è un bel hotel, ma ha bisogno di un miglioramento della pulizia e della cortesia del personale.
