Hotel 4 stelle a Como

The location is great - 3 minute walk from the Como Lago train station, and walking distance to the lakefront. Lots of nearby restaurants. Stefano is easy to communicate with, was always available and provided great service. The bathroom was huge!

My stay was overall average, but there were several aspects that were disappointing for a hotel of this standard. First, the check-in experience was not very welcoming. The staff member at the front desk seemed unfriendly and did not provide the warm hospitality I would normally expect. Second, the bed and pillows were too soft for my preference. I called housekeeping to request firmer pillows, but unfortunately they were never delivered. These issues may seem small, but for a hotel of this level, attention to guest comfort and service responsiveness is very important. It was quite disappointing that my request was not followed up. I hope the hotel can improve the service and responsiveness in the future.

Comfortable bed, clean room, good breakfast, excellent location. It’s just right next to the duomo and 5 minutes walk to the lakefront. There are 3 of us. So I booked a duplex room which has two floors. There’s a king bed on the upper floor and a sofa bed on the lower floor. But there’s only one toilet on the upper floor. So it’s quite inconvenient. It would be wonderful if there’s one more toilet and wash basin.

Grande soggiorno in questo hotel. Le camere erano ben dimensioni, pulite e ben attrezzate. Avevamo accesso diretto al giardino e una vista magnifica. Ciò che davvero separava questo hotel e rendeva molto piacevole il soggiorno era il personale. Tutti erano molto utili e amichevoli e sempre erano là per aiutarli quando ne avevamo bisogno. 10/10 servizio! Cerca di provare il colazione anche con le splendide viste!

Il mio soggiorno a The Vitrum è stato meraviglioso. La posizione è eccellente, la camera è grande e meraviglioso. Il vapore della bagno è sorprendente / l'abbiamo usato quotidianamente dopo lunghe passeggiate esplorando e shopping a Como. Sarò certamente lì l'anno prossimo quando visiterò il più bel lago Como

Отель просто очаровательный! Аутентичный маленький люкс с древней печью, комодом и платяным шкафом, мебель и вправду из прошлого века. Не смотря на это, все очень в хорошем состоянии. Ванные комнаты очень чистые, косметические принадлежности вкусно пахнут, белоснежные полотенца, постельное белье, все очень приличное. Первое впечатление немного обманчиво, погружаешься в атмосферу прошлого века, но потом постепенно влюбляешься в него, он абсолютно удачно расположен и имеет просто шикарный вид на озеро. Этот небольшой бутик отель заслуживает особого внимания благодаря заботливому персоналу. Хорошие завтраки, и приятные комплименты в лаунж-баре, как приятный бонус к нашему пребыванию.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, nice view. I highly recommend it. Jona was really kind, excellent in communication and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Ottima struttura, elegante location e posizione centralissima a bordo lago. Personale gentilissimo e attento. Colazione sia per location che per varietà ottima. purtroppo la camera non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative, letto matrimoniale ottenuto dall'unione di due letti singoli e bagno attrezzato per l'handicap piuttosto scomodo.

L'hotel gode di una posizione molto comoda e di facile accesso ai mezzi di trasporto. Anche i servizi delle camere sono nuovissimi e l'esperienza complessiva è eccellente. La colazione era molto abbondante, il che la distingue da molti altri hotel. Sono rimasto molto colpito.
