BBitsbyaureliaLoving the facilities and varieties of free activities provided. We literally just stay in the hotel to join as much activities as we can. The kids had lots of fun at kids club, we parents joined latte art class, aerial yoga. Even grandparents enjoyed the stay, my mum & I managed to join the flower arranging class, mums finally got to have fun too 🥰

DDr. Ong SoetantoThis was my first time staying at Khas Semarang. I arrived around 12 pm and the hotel was very crowded because there was an event that day. The staff told me check-in was only at 2 pm, which is fine, but the problem was there were basically no seats available in the lobby to wait.
They suggested I sit in the restaurant instead. Honestly that felt a bit strange since it’s Ramadan and people are fasting. Anyway, as a local I didn’t really mind, so I just went to Paragon Mall which is about 10 minutes away to kill some time.
The room itself was quite clean and had all the basic amenities, so no issue there.
For sahur, I requested breakfast to be delivered at 3 am. It only arrived around 3:30 am. When I asked the staff why it was late, they said they had to deliver to more than 20 rooms first. That made me wonder why they don’t just open a simple sahur buffet to make things easier for everyone. The soto was actually nice, but unfortunately it was already cold by the time it arrived.
Food overall was decent.
One thing I like about this hotel is the location. There are quite a few nice cafés around and many of them are open 24 hours, so it’s easy to find somewhere to hang out late at night if you want.

OOn the earthIl centro di Dublino è stato un hotel aperto a tutti i posti di lavoro, che è stato un hotel aperto a tutti i posti di lavoro. Tuttavia, è un po' sfortunato che l'hotel comincia a mostrare la sua età. Alcuni impianti sembrano un po' vecchio rispetto a prima.
La notte scorsa è stata un po' difficile perché c'era un rumore di ventilatore o di macchina che veniva dall'esterno, che lo rendeva un po' difficile dormire. Spero che l'hotel possa controllare questo problema perché potrebbe influenzare gli ospiti che soggiornano nelle camere vicine.
Oltre a questa piccola inconvenienza, il mio soggiorno era in generale soddisfacente, il personale era gentile come al solito e il servizio era affidabile. Apprezzo ancora il comfort e i ricordi che ho avuto qui negli anni e spero che l'hotel continuerà a mantenere e a migliorare le sue strutture in futuro.

UUtente anonimoIl mio hotel preferito per il soggiorno a Semarang, ma questa volta non è la mia bella esperienza. La prima stanza che ho ottenuto ha svuotato l'aria condizionata, si è gocciata ogni secondo, così hanno offerto una nuova stanza. In una nuova stanza, l'aria condizionata non funzionava bene, ma non volevo più lamentarmi, perché non volevo cambiare la stanza di nuovo e di nuovo.
Prenotato con colazione ma hanno detto che è troppo pochi ospiti quel giorno, quindi mi lasceranno scegliere il mio colazione dal menu. Solo un menu per ogni ospite. Non mi piaceva questo perché la stanza non ha una tavola appropriata da mangiare. Anche ci sono solo una sedia. Quindi sì, non la mia migliore esperienza.
Ma forse lo farò un'altra prova. Questo hotel di solito ha offerto un buon servizio. Forse solo un momento sbagliato e la situazione per me.

GGaryDLarge room and bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge provided. Water dispensers on every floor. Plenty of storage. Good aircon and decent WiFi. Rooms are similar to an Ibis design. Good location, close to shopping malls and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. It's on a main road so it was noisy at times.

I had a lovely experience staying at this hotel right in the center of town. The service was truly five-star—professional, warm, and attentive. The entire property was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay.
The breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. Honestly, what more could you ask for? Everything was simply perfect.
