Hotel con parcheggio a Semarang

11/10 Servizio eccezionale da Relazioni Ospiti, Dita e Zhafira. La piscina era fantastica. Il buffet per colazione era divino. Benvenuto Gelato è stato un bonus. La stanza era perfetta. Il servizio di tutti i dipendenti è stato in generale impeccabile e innocente. La sorpresa extra per il nostro compleanno e il compleanno delle figlie è stata la più dolce!

Khas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

have stayed at this hotel quite often and have always been satisfied with the overall experience. However, during this visit, perhaps due to the holiday season, the hotel was fully booked and noticeably more crowded than usual. Unfortunately, I could clearly hear the TV and conversations from the neighboring room, which made it difficult for me to get a good night’s sleep. I understand that noise can be a structural issue and not entirely within the hotel’s control, but it was still disappointing as rest is a key part of any stay. I hope the hotel can take extra measures to minimize noise disturbances, especially during peak periods. Aside from this issue, my stay was generally pleasant, but this experience left me a bit let down.

Rezt Hotel Semarang is a great budget-friendly stay in a strategic location. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, perfect for a short trip. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s close to food spots and easy to access from the city center. A solid choice for travelers looking for a simple, clean, and affordable place in Semarang.

As mentioned on my previous review the hotel tomorrow and provides a really good however aging amenities and hotel experience. The stay was good the food was amazing however I do have to say that in the four star hotel class in central samarang there are a lot of other choices so feel free to take a look at those first but do not leave novotel entirely out of your list.

My fav hotel for staycation in Semarang but this time it’s not my lovely experience. First room I got has leaked aircon, it dripped every second so they offered a new room. In new room, the aircon didn’t work properly but I didn’t want to complain anymore as I didn’t want to change room again and again. Booked with breakfast but they said it’s too few guests on that day so they will just let me choose my breakfast from the menu. Only one menu for each guest. I didn’t like this because the room has no proper table to eat. Even there’s only one chair. So yeah, not my best experience. But maybe I’ll give it another try. This hotel usually offered good service. Maybe just wrong timing and situation for me.

Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

Molto buon hotel! Tornerei. Grande posizione, e grande servizio. Il colazione mattina offre anche varie opzioni. La camera era grande con comodo letto e cuscini. Tuttavia, non è perfetto. Suggerisco alla gestione dell'hotel di lavarsi profondamente e chimicamente i bagni. Il mio bagno appare grigio e la grotta era giallo e sporco. È necessario un'attenzione migliore. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, sicuramente in una buona posizione. Tuttavia, non è un hotel alto con solo 5 livelli. Pertanto, potrete sentire i suoni dalla strada, così come chiamate alle preghiere (prima delle 4:00). Inoltre, l'hotel è vicino a un grande campo, e ospitava alcuni eventi. A 6:00, ospitavano un gruppo di esercizi e il loro microfono era alto. Non era un buon sonno notturno. Suggerimento per l'hotel di aggiornare e isolatare le finestre. In generale, però, ritornerò, spero di vedere molte miglioramenti in futuro.

Large room and bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge provided. Water dispensers on every floor. Plenty of storage. Good aircon and decent WiFi. Rooms are similar to an Ibis design. Good location, close to shopping malls and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. It's on a main road so it was noisy at times.

Dari lokasi cukup strategis, pelayanan cukup bagus, Pelayan mengantar dan menunjukan lokasi kamar, beberapa kali terlihat petugas membukakan pintu saat tamu masuk/keluar hotel Kamarnya juga cukup luas Cuma kekurangannya ... Palkiran yang kurang memadai, lebih enak palkir diluar samping hotel, biar mudah keluar masuk, kalo palkir didalam kadang susah keluar karena tertutup mobil Semoga kedepannya, tempat palkir bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi, biar tamu lebih nyaman
