BBitsbyaureliaAmore delle strutture e varietà di attività gratuite fornite. Siamo letteralmente solo rimasti in hotel per unire quanto più attività possibile. I bambini hanno avuto molto divertimento al club dei bambini, noi genitori ci sono uniti alla classe d'arte di lattice, yoga aerea. Anche i nonni hanno goduto il soggiorno, mia madre & io sono riuscito a unirsi alla classe di fioritura, le madri finalmente hanno avuto divertimento anche 🥰

UUtente ospiteDi recente ho trascorso un soggiorno delizioso all'Hotel Tentrem di Semarang e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente. Fin dal nostro arrivo, il personale ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti e la sua attenzione ha davvero arricchito la nostra esperienza.
La pulizia delle camere e dei bagni era impeccabile, il che è sempre una priorità assoluta per me quando viaggio. I servizi dell'hotel, inclusa la palestra, erano eccellenti e ci fornivano tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.
Uno dei punti forti per me è stata la deliziosa colazione. La varietà era fantastica e la qualità del cibo eccezionale. Voglio anche fare un ringraziamento speciale a Ibuk Elfi per la sua calorosa ospitalità durante la colazione. Il suo atteggiamento allegro ha reso le nostre mattine ancora più piacevoli.
Da amante del caffè, sono rimasto particolarmente colpito dalle capacità di Mas Arafi, il barista. Ho apprezzato moltissimo il cappuccino, il mocaccino e il caffellatte che ha preparato; ogni tazza era una vera delizia. La sua conoscenza del caffè traspare davvero in ogni sorso.
Nel complesso, la mia esperienza all'Hotel Tentrem è stata meravigliosa e non vedo l'ora di tornarci ogni anno. Grazie a tutto il team per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così speciale.

DDr. Ong SoetantoThis was my first time staying at Khas Semarang. I arrived around 12 pm and the hotel was very crowded because there was an event that day. The staff told me check-in was only at 2 pm, which is fine, but the problem was there were basically no seats available in the lobby to wait.
They suggested I sit in the restaurant instead. Honestly that felt a bit strange since it’s Ramadan and people are fasting. Anyway, as a local I didn’t really mind, so I just went to Paragon Mall which is about 10 minutes away to kill some time.
The room itself was quite clean and had all the basic amenities, so no issue there.
For sahur, I requested breakfast to be delivered at 3 am. It only arrived around 3:30 am. When I asked the staff why it was late, they said they had to deliver to more than 20 rooms first. That made me wonder why they don’t just open a simple sahur buffet to make things easier for everyone. The soto was actually nice, but unfortunately it was already cold by the time it arrived.
Food overall was decent.
One thing I like about this hotel is the location. There are quite a few nice cafés around and many of them are open 24 hours, so it’s easy to find somewhere to hang out late at night if you want.

The only downside is that the hotel feels a little bit old in some areas, but overall it was still a comfortable and pleasant experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations, making for one of the most enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences I've had in a long time.
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does.
Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay.
What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress.
Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience.
In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

GGaryDLarge room and bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge provided. Water dispensers on every floor. Plenty of storage. Good aircon and decent WiFi. Rooms are similar to an Ibis design. Good location, close to shopping malls and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. It's on a main road so it was noisy at times.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was already disappointing. I asked the staff for a prayer mat and they told me the hotel had them available, but no one ever came back to provide one. If a hotel confirms that something is available, it should be delivered to the guest properly. Small things like this reflect the level of professionalism and attention to guests.
Another issue was during sahur or the early breakfast. I came down to level 5 around 3.30 am and many items were already almost finished, including the rice. I informed the service staff that the rice had run out and needed to be refilled, but nothing was done. Eventually I just took other items such as nasi goreng and whatever was left. The breakfast selection itself was also very basic with very limited variation.
Considering that it is the Ramadan month, I believe the hotel should prepare much better for sahur service. Guests wake up very early specifically for this meal, so food availability and proper staffing are important. During that time I only saw one staff member handling everything, which made the situation even more difficult.
The location of the hotel is actually quite good. It is within walking distance of many trendy cafes and there are plenty of street food options around that stay open late into the night. For guests who enjoy exploring the food scene or hanging out in nearby cafes, the area is convenient.
The front desk service was acceptable, but overall the hospitality experience felt quite standard. Personally, it did not reflect the warm and attentive hospitality that people usually associate with Java.
I did not take any photos during my stay because honestly my mood was not very good after experiencing these issues.
I hope the hotel management can take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of service, especially during Ramadan when guest needs are quite specific. Thank you.

Pelayan mengantar dan menunjukan lokasi kamar, beberapa kali terlihat petugas membukakan pintu saat tamu masuk/keluar hotel
Kamarnya juga cukup luas
Cuma kekurangannya ... Palkiran yang kurang memadai, lebih enak palkir diluar samping hotel, biar mudah keluar masuk, kalo palkir didalam kadang susah keluar karena tertutup mobil
Semoga kedepannya, tempat palkir bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi, biar tamu lebih nyaman
