Hotel con parcheggio a Semarang

Amore delle strutture e varietà di attività gratuite fornite. Siamo letteralmente solo rimasti in hotel per unire quanto più attività possibile. I bambini hanno avuto molto divertimento al club dei bambini, noi genitori ci sono uniti alla classe d'arte di lattice, yoga aerea. Anche i nonni hanno goduto il soggiorno, mia madre & io sono riuscito a unirsi alla classe di fioritura, le madri finalmente hanno avuto divertimento anche 🥰

Khas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was really clean! The architecture is beautiful with it's black and white combination of color and it's minimalist elegant structure. The service was amazing! The staffs are also very kind and helpful! I can confidently say it's one of the best 4 star in semarang, and deserved to be in the list of 4 star select!

L'hotel è situato all'interno del DP Mall. La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa. Ho sentito il suono della televisione dalla stanza accanto a me (chiaramente, ho quasi potuto seguire le notizie che guardavano). Non mi ha davvero turbato. Offrono bevande di benvenuto 24-hour (solo bevande calde come caffè e tè mi aspettavo caffè ghiaccio). La stanza è dotata di una TV intelligente, quindi si può godere dei vostri spettacoli preferiti su Netflix, Disney+ e altro ancora. Il personale è caldo e amichevole. Al check-in, dovrai scaricare un app per ottenere la chiave della tua stanza, e un OTP sarà inviato al tuo smartphone tramite SMS per conferma. Ero un po' frustrato dal fatto che il mio telefono giornaliero usa un numero straniero (che non poteva ricevere SMS in quel momento). Fortunatamente, ho avuto il mio telefono secondario con un numero indonesiano (anche se ha una terribile salute della batteria). Non sapevo se forniscono una chiave fisica o no (non ho chiesto). In generale, mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno lì. Fornire una chiave fisica (uno di legno, forse, per corrispondere al tema ecologico).

This is my first time to stay here. The hotel is amazing, the location, the breakfast, the room. One thing probably to be improved, during the day the air cond a lil bit hot. But overall I definitely would love to stay again.

As mentioned on my previous review the hotel tomorrow and provides a really good however aging amenities and hotel experience. The stay was good the food was amazing however I do have to say that in the four star hotel class in central samarang there are a lot of other choices so feel free to take a look at those first but do not leave novotel entirely out of your list.

Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

Personale utile a Obsidian che ha aiutato a ricaldare il nostro cibo, anche se acquistato dall'esterno 🙏👍 La posizione è strategica - vicino alla centro commerciale e a piedi, l'attrazione turistica della città vecchia. Sotto: I pulsanti dell’ascensore senza toccare erano troppo sensibili. L’ascensore in tutti i piani si accostava quando la mano si avvicinava. Ha causato il rallentamento a causa di fermarsi in ogni piano e ha prolungato il tempo di attesa, soprattutto durante le ore di picco. La prova sonora non è stata efficace - il rumore del traffico, la musica danza da esercizio da piazza vicina è stata davvero disturbante durante la notte e la mattina. Il ristorante è molto piccolo. È difficile trovare un posto durante il colazione.

Large room and bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge provided. Water dispensers on every floor. Plenty of storage. Good aircon and decent WiFi. Rooms are similar to an Ibis design. Good location, close to shopping malls and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. It's on a main road so it was noisy at times.

Dari lokasi cukup strategis, pelayanan cukup bagus, Pelayan mengantar dan menunjukan lokasi kamar, beberapa kali terlihat petugas membukakan pintu saat tamu masuk/keluar hotel Kamarnya juga cukup luas Cuma kekurangannya ... Palkiran yang kurang memadai, lebih enak palkir diluar samping hotel, biar mudah keluar masuk, kalo palkir didalam kadang susah keluar karena tertutup mobil Semoga kedepannya, tempat palkir bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi, biar tamu lebih nyaman
