Hotel 4 stelle a Zagabria

This was a 5-star stay for me. I spent 2 nights. Oliver was friendly and very responsive. The room was perfect. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, and instant coffee/tea was provided, as well as 2 bottles of water. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is just about a 5 minute walk to the Zagreb Kolodvor (bus station) and about a 30-minute walk to old town. It's located on a quiet street with few cars driving by. Free wifi. Grocery store, Konzum, was a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel molto bello. Molto moderno e pulito, con un'ampia scelta per la colazione. La camera era grande e pulita e il personale è stato fantastico. Facile raggiungere il centro città e comodo anche per andare e tornare dall'aeroporto.

The hotel itself is nice, but the room was very dirty. And I’m not talking about minor surface dirt - it was clear that proper cleaning had not been done for a long time. There were layers of dust, a dirty carpet, stained doors, etc. We also booked parking, but no one explained where exactly we should go or how to enter. When we called the hotel from the parking area, no one opened the gate. We had to go to the hotel in person and ask again. These are things hotel staff should explain proactively and clearly, rather than guests having to chase this information themselves. Overall, the hotel itself is not bad, but the dirt and the passivity of the staff completely spoil the experience.

L'ambiente è molto gradevole e l'hotel è estremamente pulito e confortevole. Ci è stata assegnata una camera comunicante, il che ha reso molto comodo il soggiorno con gli amici. È stato tutto fantastico. Se dovessi tornare in questa città, prenoterei di nuovo qui.

The apartment was nice enough for a couple of nights. Large bedroom but uncomfortable pillows, modern bathroom, very small kitchen and living room. The downside to our stay was that we didn’t receive check-in instructions from the property. I tried to contact them on three separate occasions, but to no avail. In the end, my daughter, who was already staying there, managed to speak with someone. Also, the address listed on Trip.com is incorrect, and once again, we were able to access the building and the apartment thanks to my daughter—I don’t know what we would have done otherwise. We never received a response from the manager, the owner, or whoever was in charge of check-in.

Consigliavo molto questo hotel, un incredibile interno moderno, uno dei più eccellenti colazione che abbia mai avuto.Il bagno aveva un incredibile cosmetici corpo.Buona posizione - vicino all'autostrada, in modo che si possa rapidamente uscire dalla città.Il centro è 5-6 km da. Hanno un grande parcheggio sotterraneo. Non si rimpiangerà di rimanere qui!!!

Ottima colazione salata, con verdure cotte e crude, uova, carne, salumi, formaggi, ecc. La parte dolce è un po' carente. Parcheggio privato gratuito. Camera ampia. Il soffione della doccia non può essere appeso al muro. Il lavandino poggia su un ripiano troppo profondo, il che rende difficile l'utilizzo per le persone non alte.

*************Excellent studio apartment...BUT the issue is the noise ******** Throughout the night from traffic and rubbish trucks. It was sadly relentless and despite having double windows the glass is not double glazing. Due to the noise I would not stay here again sadly. The apartment and service was flawless but even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione comoda, soprattutto se si viaggia in auto. Quando sono arrivato, mentre facevo la doccia, mi sono accorto che lo scarico della vasca era intasato e ho dovuto pulirlo io stesso (dato che ero già bagnato fradicio). Ovviamente, pulire i capelli degli altri non era la mia idea di un bagno ben tenuto in un hotel a 4 stelle, quindi mi sono lamentato alla reception. Si sono scusati, ma era un po' troppo tardi. In generale, la doccia avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione, dato che anche il porta-oggetti all'interno non era pulito (aveva un po' di muffa). A parte questo, la camera era adeguata e la posizione dell'hotel permette di dormire bene, anche con le finestre aperte, essendo abbastanza lontano dalle strade trafficate. La colazione era mediocre: i croissant erano semi-cotti, quasi crudi all'interno e sicuramente appena sfornati e congelati (non appena fatti nella pasticceria dell'hotel). La selezione di cibo era mediocre, ma non era orribile.
