Hotel 4 stelle a Glasgow

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious and the beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Seriously- wow. The bathroom was fine and the shower was amazing. Some dust and little dirt here and there but overall ok. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but did go to the champagne bar and absolutely loved it. The drinks, staff and view- spectacular.The staff at reception were so bubbly too: The only thing I would change would be the coffee in the room as it was terribly weak. Overall great experience.

Il personale di Moxy era molto amichevole e utile con ottime maniere, una menzione speciale di Ellie (da Grecia) che era più utile e ai barman che erano grandi creatori di bevande e che controllavano cibo per la mia allergia al pomodoro. L'unica denuncia che abbiamo trovato era la nostra stanza molto calda, anche con la finestra aperta. Un fan del tetto sarebbe stato perfetto! Grazie, squadra!

We enjoyed our stay at the Maldron and felt it was great value overall. The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance but also slightly away from the main high street so it was nice and peaceful at night. There were also loads of excellent restaurants and coffee shops within a few hundred meters of the hotel, offering loads of cuisine choices. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When we arrived, I realised I had accidentally booked one of our rooms as a double room when we needed a twin. After just a quick call to reception the staff found us a twin room within minutes, and were even mindful of keeping our families on the same floor for convenience which we hugely appreciated. The rooms themselves were very clean, modern and spacious enough for the two of us and our suitcases. The sound proofing was pretty decent too, and there was minimal noise from the corridor/outside apart from a few doors banging in the morning as guests left. Other highlights include: a very good shower where you can switch between a rainfall + handheld head, plugs on both sides of the bed (an essential these days!) and a comfortable bed. The TV system is a little dated in my opinion, however it does allow casting which was a bonus. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for a mid-low budget stay.

State qui per una notte e aveva una grande esperienza. L'hotel è in una posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Glasgow, rendendolo molto conveniente per viaggiare intorno alla città. La stanza era pulita, confortevole e sorprendentemente tranquilla, nonostante fosse così vicino alla stazione, e il personale era amichevole e utile per tutta la mia permanenza, e il check-in era veloce e facile. Io rimasi solo per un po', ma tutto era esattamente quello che mi serviva.

Hotel carino in una posizione fantastica. Il personale era amichevole e il parcheggio auto proprio in basso non ci ha avuto problemi. La stanza era spaziosa e moderna. Il colazione era delizioso e saremmo sicuramente rimasti qui.

While I can’t say I fully enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton, that may partly be because we had just come from a really lovely hotel in Aberdeen, so my expectations were quite high, particularly regarding the housekeeping standards, given the hotel’s reputation and heritage. Unfortunately, the cleaning service and general room upkeep felt somewhat lacking during our stay. That said, it was still a good stay overall. The reception staff were fantastic, very professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was decent as well, although we were unable to try many of the buffet options due to personal preferences and faith-based dietary restrictions. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Glasgow.

Il Dakota è un hotel assolutamente magnifico e un'ottima posizione con facile accesso dalla stazione Queen St. Quando arrivarono i bagagli, ci fu portato nella nostra stanza e ci fu mostrato alla nostra tavola del bar. Anche se arrivammo dopo la chiusura della cucina, potevamo ordinare il cibo in anticipo e era delizioso! La camera si sentiva lussuosa e il colazione cucinato fatto per ordinare era molto delizioso. Tutti i membri del personale ci hanno fatto sentire benvenuti e non possiamo aspettare di rimanere di nuovo

I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC on 13 February for a gig over at the OVO Hydro. From the moment I stepped into the hotel I was impressed. A special mention has to go to Sarah in Reception who made my stay extra special with a drink voucher and upgrade to a corner room which I was delighted about. The hotel is ideally located for those attending events at the OVO Hydro and SEC venues - it’s literally across the road and a 2-5 minute walk! The room overlooked both the OVO Hydro and the world-famous crane, a Glasgow icon. It was clean, well-presented and I liked the extra touch of having a hairdryer in-room as well as an ice bucket for bubbles, and the obligatory tea/coffee. The bed was comfortable and I had a rested sleep in it, and the shower works really well. I will 100% return to this hotel and hopefully will be treated like a well-valued guest again!

L'Hotel Marriott ha aggiornato le camere a buon livello. Tuttavia, la camera da bagno non è stata aggiornata e era molto povera con diverse aree sporche. (Vedere foto). Anche lo schermo della doccia non ha significato vicino che non si gettavano molta acqua sul pavimento quando si faceva una doccia. Una delle toletta da bagno nella stanza aveva un buco in essa. Altre piccole cose sono che nella stanza c'è solo una sedia, il che significa che mia moglie doveva sedersi sul letto. Anche una sola tazza di tè nella stanza. Non mi aspettavo questo da un Marriott Hotel!
