Hotel con colazione a Glasgow

Una bella esperienza da parte del primo al secondo, i caffè di dimensioni eccessive è stato un grande toccamento, grazie per questo ☺️ e ho dovuto vedere la vista più unica intorno all'angolo, immagine, come per il lobby e l'hotel, una miscela di moderno, Art Deco e confortevole sedere giù. Avvertitevi che il letto era HUGE!!! Potrei adattare 3 cuscini di dimensioni piene, quindi non c'è pericolo di cadere fuori per me ☺️ Tornerò 👍

Grande posizione, check-in gratuito, prezzo eccellente per appartamento a due camere. Buona cucina - microonde, forno, tostapane, caldaia, caffè, lavastoviglie- e quantità ragionevoli di cucina, cucina, tumbler, bicchieri di vino, lavaggio liquido ecc. E' bello avere una zona separata con divano e TV. Dormivo abbastanza bene, ma i letti e soprattutto le mutandine erano molto fermi, di solito ho 3 mutandine, ma spesso 1 qui era sufficiente. Il principale negro era che avevamo una stanza accessibile, anche se non richiesto, ma comprendiamo che la politica dell'hotel è quella di assegnarle quando necessario e sentito anche qualcun altro che era deluso. Il problema è che se sei piedi alti la bassa altezza dello specchio del bagno, il bagno e le fisse rendono le cose difficile da gestire facilmente.

We enjoyed our stay at the Maldron and felt it was great value overall. The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance but also slightly away from the main high street so it was nice and peaceful at night. There were also loads of excellent restaurants and coffee shops within a few hundred meters of the hotel, offering loads of cuisine choices. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When we arrived, I realised I had accidentally booked one of our rooms as a double room when we needed a twin. After just a quick call to reception the staff found us a twin room within minutes, and were even mindful of keeping our families on the same floor for convenience which we hugely appreciated. The rooms themselves were very clean, modern and spacious enough for the two of us and our suitcases. The sound proofing was pretty decent too, and there was minimal noise from the corridor/outside apart from a few doors banging in the morning as guests left. Other highlights include: a very good shower where you can switch between a rainfall + handheld head, plugs on both sides of the bed (an essential these days!) and a comfortable bed. The TV system is a little dated in my opinion, however it does allow casting which was a bonus. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for a mid-low budget stay.

L'hotel e la camera sono buoni e la posizione è abbastanza comoda, ma non ci sono indicazioni per il percorso più breve. In realtà il cibo in cucina era davvero buono, tuttavia non è disponibile dopo le 20:00. Pertanto, dopo una lunga giornata di visite turistiche, ho dovuto uscire di nuovo per mangiare. Pertanto, suggerisco all'hotel di valutare la possibilità di prolungare l'orario di apertura della cucina per consentire a più persone di gustare il loro cibo.

La stanza era pulita. Ho avuto la stanza con letto da divano, ma non hanno riparato la letto per noi. Infine, dovevamo chiedergli di ottenere le foglie. Altrimenti era pulita. Piena di attrezzatura.Colazione era buona e calda. Torneremo

Posizione molto comoda nel centro di Glasgow, vicino a ristoranti e negozi e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Stanza piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario, ideale per un soggiorno di qualche notte. Colazione abbastanza varia. Possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente della postazione caffè/the posizionata in reception.

L'Hotel Marriott ha aggiornato le camere a buon livello. Tuttavia, la camera da bagno non è stata aggiornata e era molto povera con diverse aree sporche. (Vedere foto). Anche lo schermo della doccia non ha significato vicino che non si gettavano molta acqua sul pavimento quando si faceva una doccia. Una delle toletta da bagno nella stanza aveva un buco in essa. Altre piccole cose sono che nella stanza c'è solo una sedia, il che significa che mia moglie doveva sedersi sul letto. Anche una sola tazza di tè nella stanza. Non mi aspettavo questo da un Marriott Hotel!

Great location, super close to city centre and very convenient. Staff members are always helpful and super friendly. On my final night there was a storm in Scotland and staff was super helpful with trying to see if they can book me for one extra night just in case if trains don’t run the next day :) really happy with the service. Breakfast has good selection! Room is okay, the AC seemed a bit old and broken but still works, temperature in the room is fine!

Hampton by Hilton, Glasgow Central is located on West Campbell Street and this truly is right in the heart of the city centre! Located just around the corner from the bustling shopping street of Sauchiehall Street, you’ve got everything you need at your disposal within walking distance of this hotel! Even Glasgow’s Central station is just a short 10 minute walk away - ideal if you’re coming in from another such as Liverpool like I was! A double room in this hotel is a fair size. To maximise on the space, Hampton by Hilton have removed wardrobes and cupboards and have replaced them with walk-in spaces. It works - the L shaped room can feel a little cosy at first, but once you’ve passed through the corridor, the main area where the bed and TV is feels quite spacious. The breakfast provided - which is free for all guests - is to a great standard. Make sure you try out the fresh waffles which come as standard in Hampton by Hilton hotels. The breakfast area isn’t huge though, so if you come around 8.30/9am, space might be limited! There’s also a fitness suite in the hotel which has a good range of equipment available. No windows in there though! Some areas for improvement - the room could do with a bit of refurbishment as the furniture is looking quite tired in parts and there are a lot of scratches and dirty marks on the walls. The room is very functional rather than a luxurious stay. Having said that, Hampton by Hilton is not marketing itself as a luxury brand. It’s firmly in the budget hotel bracket, probably at a similar standard to Premier Inn - which certainly isn’t a bad thing! Another thing to note - if you stay here during the weekend, it could be noisy. There are three nightclubs right near the hotel and on a Saturday night, the noise didn’t stop until 2.30am and this meant we didn’t get much sleep one night. However, the staff were very helpful when we flagged it with them the next morning and gave a credit for a free night’s stay at any Hampton by Hilton! All in all, this hotel is a good base to stay whilst exploring Glasgow. It’s functional, it does the job and you’re going to be well fed during breakfast. True, there are areas for improvement, but this shouldn’t impact your overall experience too much!

Il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole e utile e ci ha prenotato un taxi all'aeroporto al mattino e ha controllato se le recenti opere stradali erano state completate. La stanza era grande e il ristorante aveva bellissimi pasti. Questo è un grande luogo per soggiornare a Glasgow.
