Hotel 4 stelle a Birmingham

La stazione di New Street è a pochi minuti a piedi, ho avuto un treno tardi, quindi sono arrivato dopo il check in tempo, ma hanno mandato i dettagli di un'app per scaricare, hanno scritto la chiave e non ho problemi. L'appartamento era grande con letto, zona seduttiva, TV e cucina. Era molto tranquillo e ho avuto una bella notte di sonno. Molti ristoranti molto vicino (il posto di pizza di Rudy era grande) Molto consigliato come un luogo per soggiornare nel centro di Birmingham

Stai tranquillo a Birmingham. La posizione è molto centrale per la stazione/vendita/bar e ristoranti. Spazioso spazio con eccellenti impianti- utensili da cucina, microonde, forno, lavastoviglie & frigo. Asciugamani grassi e doccia adorabile con acqua calda. Le camere sono state tranquille - non sono state in grado di sentire nessun rumore di traffico esterno o altri ospiti dell'hotel. La zona del soggiorno è un'ottima selezione di cibo fresco per colazione. Perfetto soggiorno.Grazie 😊

Hotel was in great location for conference at millennium point. Easy access to city but nicely located in slightly quieter spot in Aston university campus. Room was nice and even could have a range of pillows . Bathroom nice , with good fluffy towels . I did think the products were likely watered down and the loo roll was the brown scratchy sort . I was on the second floor and only real complaint was that from 7am the main door slams, it’s like one of those sound cannons waking you up. Maybe a quiet shut be an easy fix. Otherwise the staff are all really polite and helpful. Free swim/ gym pass for the university pool is a real nice touch. All in all excellent . But a soft close on that door would be amazing .

It's a nice hotel but you have to remember that a lot of people book this hotel as a wedding venue. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and the first night was awful. There was a wedding going on and the music was so loud and didn't stop until 12.15am and then it took another half an hour for the very noisy, drunk guest to leave. On Saturday there was another wedding but this time the type of people were different and so there was no loud music and I hardly heard the people leaving. My room was a family room in the coach house. Sunday morning some builders started work in the coach house at 8 am which I was not happy about so I told them and they stopped. Another thing was the lift not working so my elderly Mum found it really hard walking up to the second floor. However, the hotel was able to give us a ground floor room which wasn't a family room but we managed to squeeze in a single bed. The staff were great and the breakfast was decent.

Tutto è buono, ma la vergogna è che l'hotel non fornisce pantaloncini per i clienti.Tutto è perfetto, divertimento, cinema e bowling a piedi.

With a very warm welcome at check-in at usual, we had a great weekend for 5 families booking 5 rooms together at a very reasonable early bid price; the pool, jacuzzi, steam room were all great; and the dinner was wonderful too!

Un soggiorno sorprendente come sempre il personale qui va sempre sopra e oltre per voi ha bisogno di una stanza leggermente più grande a causa del mio partner sulle ruote e ci hanno anche messo in una stanza che eravamo in precedenza! Queste strutture pulite mi e il mio partner si sentono davvero comodo e felice qui rimarranno di nuovo! Piscine confortevoli, letto, bellissimo bagno doccia e bagno, bagni in parete sono molto buon odore, saremo di nuovo giovedì per rimanere! :)

Good option for family and friends on a short stay, perfect for visiting the arena. Parking garage is small and can fill up, but should be parking on the street outside. Not the cleanest, shows signs of wear and tear, good location.

The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to Bullring and most shops and restaurants. But the carpark is a bit of a walk through a not so nice area. Plus the closer car park is not 24 hours. So one night after a dinner that finished late, I missed the closing time of the car park and had to park at the car park that is further away. For cleanliness, the room is generally clean. But the bath towels were not clean. Out of the 6 nights I stayed there, 3 nights I had to ask for replacement towels because the new towels put in my room has various stains on them.
