Hotel 4 stelle a Birmingham

The property is conveniently located approximately a five-minute uphill walk from the train station. The room is a well-appointed, self-contained apartment featuring a kitchen and a comfortable living area. There is no on-site reception; however, a staff member is available in the office on Sundays to assist with key collection. A deposit is required upon arrival, which was promptly refunded immediately after check-out

I stayed in a top floor deluxe suit and absolutely loved my stay at the AC Hotel in Birmingham. The room was beautifully designed—stylish, modern, and super comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish. The drinks were surprisingly great value, and the location overlooking the water made for a stunning view. I’ll definitely be back! My photo doesn't do it near enough justice

Perfect stay and great value This hotel was an excellent choice for my visit to Birmingham. The location is perfect and very easy to get around the city from here. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick and smooth with no issues at all. My room was very spacious and kept spotlessly clean. Every basic amenity I needed was provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot summer days and kept the room comfortable at all times. Breakfast is included which is wonderful value even though I slept in so I did not get to try it myself. Overall this is brilliant value for money and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

In generale, è stato un buon soggiorno. I soli due problemi che ho avuto in questa occasione sono: 1- Il riciclaggio del doccia era quasi bloccato; mi ci fu voluto un po' di tempo per prendere il mio doccia, mentre l'acqua era inondata e dovevo sciogliere l'acqua e aspettare che fosse vuota prima di poter aprire l'acqua di nuovo. 2- non era abbastanza carta da bagno.

Grande vecchio hotel molto spazioso e pieno di carattere.. un po 'di rumore dalla strada in anticipo ma suppongo che sia un centro città ... grande colazione , pane/toast potrebbe essere di migliore qualità e così poteva il caffè ma era minore e ha fatto il lavoro . We would stay here again conveniently next to the train station and tram stop to get around .  Anche il personale carino :)

Amazing Hotel. from start to finish. Underground carpark included in my room rate which included electrical car charging via pod point. Check on was straight forward. We was allocated level 4 room Patronas which had two double beds we had requested twin room so this was perfect. bathtub with rain shower over. Espa products which where nice. 60 inch TV in the lounge area with separate sofa. breakfast in the Sky lounge on 5th floor which was superb. full traditional buffet with the added bonus of Al a carte. hotel has a brilliant ****** on the Saturday evening the had great live singers. Food in the ****** was first class and the badmr was responsibly priced. Spa area had outside hot tub. pool saina steam room. all very clean and beautiful. onto of this the hitel is situated on resort world so lots to do from shopping in the outlet. peppa pig world for younger families. tutankhamen and Titanic experiences. The National Exhibition Centre. BP Pulce. music venue. outstanding service, location and service. I will be back.

The location was great, but unfortunately, the hotel room was not. There was no air conditioning, and the room was quite hot, especially during the summer. The front desk explained that the hotel uses a natural air-cooling system, but unfortunately, it did not help much. The toilet was also separated from the actual shower room by a different door, which was somewhat inconvenient. Lastly, one of the staff members in charge of the breakfast area (Male wearing a suit that checks the breakfast list) was rude and very unwelcoming to guests. This experience made us think twice about whether we would want to come back again. Overall, while the location was great, there are several areas where the hotel could improve, particularly the room temperature and the customer service.

Situazione strategica in Birmingham, passeggiata a piedi da quei negozi, le forbici fornite sono più che sufficienti per noi se si vuole cucinare tardi, luogo consigliato per un breve soggiorno se si porta anziani

Il paesaggio è stato molto responsivo, molto grande e ha ospitato un checkout tardivo che apprezzo! Inizialmente mi è stato dato la stanza sbagliata, ma una volta informato il paesaggio che ha modificato e si è scusato. La stanza originale che volevo aveva in realtà un pannello di porta rotto che lui spiegava, ma non mi dispiaceva essere onesta. Adorava il bagno e il proiettore - poche cose che purtroppo dovevano essere guardate, il bagno inondato durante la doccia con l'acqua che migrava verso la destra, che mi doveva usare fisicamente tutto ciò che potevo per ottenere l'acqua verso la - È un'aspirazione. Il bagno, quando lo stai correndo, la doccia attaccata continuamente goccia anche acqua che dovevo ottenere tutto quello che potevo immergermi. Non c’è shampoo o condizionatore nel doccia, i sali da bagno sarebbero un bel toccamento, considerando che il bagno è un vero punto di vendita alla stanza. La cucina era sporca, ma va bene perché lavo qualcosa prima di usarla. Il mattino, gli operai in cui l'appartamento facevano il rumore più forte, letteralmente nella piccola terrazza sotto le finestre degli appartamenti, ma l'appartamento ha fornitura di coppie di orecchini che presto mi sono reso conto era necessario. In ogni caso, rimango sicura, ma si', ho bisogno di qualche trucco che io delineo come un feedback costruttivo. Grazie Gurmukh

With a very warm welcome at check-in at usual, we had a great weekend for 5 families booking 5 rooms together at a very reasonable early bid price; the pool, jacuzzi, steam room were all great; and the dinner was wonderful too!
