Hotel 4 stelle a Birmingham

The apartment was central, clean and presentable. The bed seemed smaller than a double. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were good. The TV was not programmed and we were unable to connect the tv to the internet so it remained unused. We had two main issues during our night stay. One - Continuous Horrendous noise from 11:45pm till early hours of the morning 1:30am ish then for it to start again at 4am. The noise was bottles being put in bins and bins being moved. It sounded like the bottles were being dropped from a height into the bin then the bins being emptied. We had such a poor nights sleep. In the morning we could see that the bins were right up against our windows to the apartment. Two - We eventually dropped off to sleep to be woken up by our apartment door being opened and someone saying Hello..my husband shouted and the person apologised and shut the door. It was very scary and our privacy was disturbed and our sleep, and due to the fact we couldn’t sleep in the night, it was very unpleasant. I did not feel safe. I emailed the company for an explanation but had nil response.

I stayed in a top floor deluxe suit and absolutely loved my stay at the AC Hotel in Birmingham. The room was beautifully designed—stylish, modern, and super comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish. The drinks were surprisingly great value, and the location overlooking the water made for a stunning view. I’ll definitely be back! My photo doesn't do it near enough justice

Excellent location for Symphony Hall. Friendly check-in experience, although when we left there was no enquiry as to whether all had been well with our stay. Room had all we needed but unfortunately the bathroom was very chilly. Enjoyed the breakfast, especially the cooked to order omelettes. We have stayed here before and will do so again when visiting Symphony Hall.

Il soggiorno è stato bellissimo con vista incredibile. L'atelier era pulito senza spot, e le viste su Birmingham erano veramente sorprendenti un vero e proprio accento. Il personale della reception è stato molto utile e amichevole. Grande posizione centrale di Digbeth per esplorare la città. Un piccolo nigger un problema di tovaglioli che non era stato risolto abbastanza ma non ha rovinato un altro soggiorno davvero piacevole, di buon valore.Tornerei felicemente. Grazie!

Che gemma! Lettamente diretta contro una delle entrate posteriori della grande Stazione di New Street, le scale/ascensori in un piccolo arcade di negozi (bar di nalli/sala capelli e orologi di lusso) e l'entrata dell'hotel. Il controllo in lobby non è molto impressionante, ma l'edificio e la decorazione complessiva con alti tetti, grandi scale e superfici marmo sono un po' obsoleti in tono, ancora molto preferibile a noi. La camera è molto spaziosa e il bagno con la sapone da marcia e doccia e bagno autonomo è il più grande che abbia mai fatto. Il bar, il ristorante e la zona del colazione sono situati sul primo piano, guardando la strada di shopping pedonale di New Street e il personale è molto buono. Amazing Hotel. from start to finish. Underground carpark included in my room rate which included electrical car charging via pod point. Check on was straight forward. We was allocated level 4 room Patronas which had two double beds we had requested twin room so this was perfect. bathtub with rain shower over. Espa products which where nice. 60 inch TV in the lounge area with separate sofa. breakfast in the Sky lounge on 5th floor which was superb. full traditional buffet with the added bonus of Al a carte. hotel has a brilliant ****** on the Saturday evening the had great live singers. Food in the ****** was first class and the badmr was responsibly priced. Spa area had outside hot tub. pool saina steam room. all very clean and beautiful. onto of this the hitel is situated on resort world so lots to do from shopping in the outlet. peppa pig world for younger families. tutankhamen and Titanic experiences. The National Exhibition Centre. BP Pulce. music venue. outstanding service, location and service. I will be back.

The location was great, but unfortunately, the hotel room was not. There was no air conditioning, and the room was quite hot, especially during the summer. The front desk explained that the hotel uses a natural air-cooling system, but unfortunately, it did not help much. The toilet was also separated from the actual shower room by a different door, which was somewhat inconvenient. Lastly, one of the staff members in charge of the breakfast area (Male wearing a suit that checks the breakfast list) was rude and very unwelcoming to guests. This experience made us think twice about whether we would want to come back again. Overall, while the location was great, there are several areas where the hotel could improve, particularly the room temperature and the customer service.

Spacious Rooms: The rooms are very large, offering plenty of space to unpack and relax. Great Kitchen Amenities: The room is equipped with fantastic amenities, specifically the dishwasher, hob, and microwave, which made the stay very convenient. Amazing Location: Perfectly situated with numerous restaurants, attractions, and public transport links right on the doorstep, plus plenty of convenience stores nearby. Exceptional Staff: The entire team was amazing, from the welcoming reception to the room service staff. Air Conditioning: Having proper AC was a huge bonus and a lifesaver during the hot days. Needs improvement Tiny Washroom: The bathroom is incredibly cramped. It is so small that you have to awkwardly shuffle around just to manage closing the door. Uncomfortable Bed Setup: Instead of an actual double bed, the hotel pushed two single beds together. This created a hollow, sinking gap in the middle of the mattresses, which was quite uncomfortable. Infrequent Housekeeping: We only received room cleaning once during our entire 11-day stay. Even considering it is an aparthotel, the lack of daily or more frequent room service was disappointing for a trip of that length. No In-Room Washing Machine: Despite having a kitchen setup, there was no washing machine inside the room, which would have been very helpful for a longer stay.

Il paesaggio è stato molto responsivo, molto grande e ha ospitato un checkout tardivo che apprezzo! Inizialmente mi è stato dato la stanza sbagliata, ma una volta informato il paesaggio che ha modificato e si è scusato. La stanza originale che volevo aveva in realtà un pannello di porta rotto che lui spiegava, ma non mi dispiaceva essere onesta. Adorava il bagno e il proiettore - poche cose che purtroppo dovevano essere guardate, il bagno inondato durante la doccia con l'acqua che migrava verso la destra, che mi doveva usare fisicamente tutto ciò che potevo per ottenere l'acqua verso la - È un'aspirazione. Il bagno, quando lo stai correndo, la doccia attaccata continuamente goccia anche acqua che dovevo ottenere tutto quello che potevo immergermi. Non c’è shampoo o condizionatore nel doccia, i sali da bagno sarebbero un bel toccamento, considerando che il bagno è un vero punto di vendita alla stanza. La cucina era sporca, ma va bene perché lavo qualcosa prima di usarla. Il mattino, gli operai in cui l'appartamento facevano il rumore più forte, letteralmente nella piccola terrazza sotto le finestre degli appartamenti, ma l'appartamento ha fornitura di coppie di orecchini che presto mi sono reso conto era necessario. In ogni caso, rimango sicura, ma si', ho bisogno di qualche trucco che io delineo come un feedback costruttivo. Grazie Gurmukh

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.
