Nn_Close to train station and zoo, room to the backyard and quite spacious, has fully equipped kitchen, but no hoover, with warning that one shall not produce smoke/steam, as the detector is directly connected to the fire station, and warms about fine it would cause. Need to clean the kitchen, otherwise fine 50 euro. Cleaning team needs better briefing and communication. Room door was opened by cleaning staff twice before check out time. Free tea and coffee available at nice lobby lounge.

UUtente ospiteNot a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on Trip.com, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and “offered to upgrade” for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didn’t want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why Trip.com advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.

UUtente ospiteWir waren für eine Nacht in den Haus. Es war ein Weihnachtsmarktbesuch, daher dieses Hotel. Es liegt direkt gegenüber vom Augustusplatz. Das Zimmer war gut aber im Nebenhaus gelegen, welches nicht barrierefrei zu erreichen war und auch nirgendwo vermerkt wurde. Der Eingang zum Hotel war nicht so leicht zu finden, die Rezeption ist im 6. Stock. Es ist ein sehr großes Haus mit vielen Zimmern. Das Parkhaus haben wir zum Glück auf Eigeninitiative reserviert, sonst hätten wir irgendwo parken müssen. Auch dazu gab es keinen Hinweis vom Hotel. Da der Andrang zum Weihnachtsmarkt bekannt sein wird. Würde das Hotel wieder buchen aber auf die Zimmerwahl achten

UUtente ospiteA great hotel in the pedestrian zone. Parking behind it in the public car park, it was about 12 Euros. Up to the hotel and pleasantly surprised at the location, it’s modern and nice decor. Everything worked perfectly in our standard courtyard room. Staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was perfect. Free tea and coffee was appreciated. We liked staying there so much that we are planning to return on holiday.

RRPSMThe hotel is very well situated and fantastic bar upstairs we didn’t use the breakfast place, but it’s looked very good. The air-conditioning is very good. It’s one of the few hotels in fact the only hotel in Germany that we stayed at that had a good air conditioning. There’s a parking at the hotel but we use the one in the central Plaza and that cost €20 a night. Everything was comfortable it’s a hotel. I would recommend.

AAndrea MazWe were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel. Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful! We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable. The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town. Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received. Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels. Don’t hesitate….value for money! Picture is of the tram…5-6 mins walk and approx 20 mins into centre of town every 15 minutes ish

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è davvero buono situato circa 10-15min a piedi dalla stazione centrale, ma ci sono anche 2 linee tram che vi portano più vicino, che è un grande plus. Le strutture sono spaziali, pulite e confortevoli! Inoltre hanno le luci per immagazzinare il bagaglio. Il personale era molto bello, sarebbe rimasto lì! :)
