Hotel 4 stelle a Yangzhou

I do not usually write reviews but I will for this hotel. The whole hotel front desk crew (not just one member) was excellent - in particular Mr Sun LY, made us felt very welcome and easy. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was sumptuous. Highly recommended and I will stay again if I am back to YangZhou.

Hotel is on Pishi Street, iconic cobbled stones street that is for shopping and photo taking. Hotel staff called the day before checking in, and pulled us into a wechat group that tells us the landmark to take car to, what to do if we drive, and some recommendations for food if we need. They also ask if we have a ETA so that they know and are ready for us. When we reached, their staff brought me to my room, helped me carry my box luggage up to the 2nd floor of the side alley. He helped me set up the aircon (it was originally set to heater mode) and also set up wifi. There is water provided in the fridge at lobby. Apparently the lobby will be locked after 10.30pm and have to access from small side glass door by keycard. Cute and furry cats in the lobby. They provided fruits on the 1st day of stay. Place is convenient and very clean. They provided facial products and even eye masks. Very well put together place and totally justify the price you pay. We just have to wechat them and they will immediately respond. Upon check out, the girl at the counter helped me bring down my heavy luggage again. I had some issues with the lock of the door the 2nd day and they immediately rectified it, and also switched me to a next door room. Thank you to the young chap and young girl at lobby for all the helpful help. Thank you for the lovely stay. Will recommend u to friends if they ask for recs.

I've stayed at many hotels due to frequent business trips, but this hotel is definitely the best. Among the reception staff, Tian Tiantu and Changchang were particularly kind. I have an appointment in a place where it's burdensome to walk because I have an appointment. I asked for a taxi, but they personally transported me to the hotel vehicle so I could travel to the location for free. There are also some where you can have a simple meal late in the evening, and in my experience, breakfast is more diverse than hotels of similar size. It wasn't the kindness of one staff member, but all the employees were good. Even when I checked out and left the hotel, they picked me up to the train station. They also packed a gift containing Yangzhou specialties. Next time I go on a business trip to the same area, I will definitely use this hotel. I would like to thank all the hotel staff who helped me during my stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities provided. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. While there were a few minor areas that could be improved, such as [mention any small issue if applicable], they did not significantly affect my experience. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. I would also consider staying here again on my next visit.

Rimasto in diversi hotel per il mio viaggio in Cina 2-week a Nov, e devo dire che tutti noi pensavamo che questo fosse il più prezioso per soldi e hotel preferito. 😊 L'unica cosa da fare è probabilmente perché la sua posizione non è così vicina alla zona turistica principale, che significava che spesso dovevamo prenotare didi per visitare luoghi come Dongguan Street/ Slender West Lake ecc. Ma significava anche che l'ambiente era tranquillo e meno ricco per un soggiorno pacifico. Ho una camera gratuita e mi piace quanto spaziosa e comoda è. Piacere di sorpresa vedere sacchetti di caffè gocciati forniti nella stanza, che è raro per gli hotel cinesi. La stanza è stata anche mantenuta pulita in ogni momento. Il mio amico ha anche fatto uso del servizio lavanderia gratuito qui. In generale, un soggiorno molto piacevole qui per 2 notti!

賈浩the manager was very helpful and his staff too. The hotel is situated in the old town part of Yangzhou. We visited Dongguan Street and the nearby canal system. They are well worth checking out for history and local food. To me stinky tofu was a must. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. We loved the various steamed buns and dumplings. My family is originally from Yangzhou so I loved the food here. Some westerners might find the restaurants a bit basic and not decorative enough. Also Chinese men are still spitting in the open too much. Slim West Lake was wonderful. We had tour guide 呂琳 to talk us through the various attractions in the Lake. We were very happy with the tour.

酒店簡介：分成東西兩座建築羣，中間有一條巷子和一座連通東西的廊橋，巷子南端是停車場，北端出去後直接就到個園南門（唯一既能進也能出的門）。 東部建築羣叫街南書屋，內含街南客房、酒店大堂、揚州圖書館閲讀驛站（街南書屋）、小玲瓏山館（內含春川茶寮）；西部建築羣叫長樂客棧，內含長樂客房、洗衣房和健身房、華氏園和逸圃部分房間，無大堂。 套餐贈送的四選一項目介紹：1）春川茶寮離街南客房很近，園林風景好，服務一流。2）國風旅拍，也是在小玲瓏山館，攝影師雖然是男的，但審美不下流，態度也禮貌。成片質量不瞭解。3）芍葯園子書場，自己搜評價吧，打發時間可以，個人認為不如去蘇州光裕書廳或揚州少堂書場。4）東關街藝術展，在東關街最東邊城樓，離酒店較遠，且周邊無順路景點。門票包含登城樓和山海經投影秀，花裏胡哨且和揚州關係不大。不如免費登蘇州相城城樓城牆。 衞生：客房使用的木材石材牆紙都是高檔且耐臟的，雖然裝修老，使用痕跡較多，但打理得還算乾淨。因為周邊植被和水體多，難免有非常小的飛蟲從門縫或別處進來，叮人比較癢，但插上電蚊香就沒問題了。 隔音：門外別的住客經過説話能聽到，不過一般不會逗留，且一棟樓也沒幾户人，走道有張貼保持安靜的標識。住宅區本身是被一圈建築圍起來，很僻靜。 設施齊全性：我訂的是兩晚499元的長樂大床房套餐，實際入住的是街南大床房。美的熱水壺、松下吹風機、海爾洗衣機烘乾機，使用體驗很好。浴室全天出熱水很快。靠窗有個大書桌，喜歡看書的有福了，不愧是書屋，而且幾百米內就有閲讀驛站借書，可以掃碼辦讀者證進入。 問題：不是智能温控馬桶，也沒有一次性馬桶墊。衹有棉拖鞋沒有塑料拖鞋，衹能光腳洗澡。雖然浴室鋪了防滑地板、浴室門有擦腳毛巾，但還是不方便，可能冬天會體驗更差。 房間是無密碼wifi，另一個有密碼的客房wifi，服務人員也不知道密碼。網速較慢，查大眾點評加載很慢，導致還是得用流量。 建議：增加採購一次性馬桶坐墊套和塑料拖鞋，這兩樣東西都不貴。 沒有換鞋凳，建議在入户放一次性拖鞋的那個位置擺放。坐在太師椅上換鞋，對於不便彎腰的老年人來説很勉強，雖然我不是老年人，但酒店還是要以人為本。 部分插座口都打火燒焦了，供電不穩定，應該是裡頭零件老化，建議更換新插座。 設施美觀性：房間內色調全是紅棕色和米黃色，單調而壓抑，住進去有種這輩子完了的感覺。不要説古風酒店都這樣，附近晚清珍園酒店就不是這樣。 採光也一般，因為住宅區類似四合院，衹有書桌前窗户對着天井（不過有拉開窗户上方的天井帷幕，挺好的）。房間燈光全開了還是較暗。 建議：大書桌和卧室角落大理石枱麪增設仿真羅漢松，對清掃阿姨來説好打理而且不生蟲。遮光窗簾顏色更換成亞麻藍或綠。太師椅坐墊套顏色換成香檳藍/竹葉綠/素雅白，並多加一個坐墊，目前兩個太師椅衹有一個坐墊。卧室主燈和電視燈換成流明更高的自然光燈。基本不涉及硬裝，應該能做到吧。 服務：總體還行，即便酒店佈局繁瑣和設施條件有限，但每個人還是會盡力完成工作。接駁速度快而且會順路指一下酒店內園林的位置，14點前到店也會盡量安排空餘客房入住。大堂到客房是石板路，會帶路到客房並順便幫拿行李。客房座機呼叫前台後的處理速度很快。 外賣垃圾放房間擔心招蟲子，問前台哪裡能丟垃圾，前台説可以放門口外面，第二天打掃衞生的阿姨一起收走，挺方便的。但是凌晨兩點的時候門外有聲音，早上起來發現原本放在牆角的外賣盒莫名到了走道中央，容易被誤會亂丟垃圾。 退房前最後半天的時候以為不會再續礦泉水，但是嗓子幹得難受就還是問了前台，然後很快就送過來了，送水的人還會核對一下是不是這間房需要水，很細心。 服務態度和情緒最穩定的是週三和週五幫忙拉行李的女生，表揚。春川茶寮的服務也非常優質。 服務不好的地方： （一）週三傍晚打電話和前台（男）説需要洗澡用的拖鞋，前台不知道聽成什麼東西了，讓人送來小童棉拖鞋，不僅沒法用來洗澡而且也穿不上。我和送東西的人（女）説要塑料的，她説沒有，但是多給了拖鞋備用，服務意識挺好的。 問題在於前台明知客人是成年人且沒帶小孩，卻覺得客人要穿小童拖鞋，成年人的腳有這麼小？？該前台不能實事求是、光憑刻板印象和腦補做事，導致不僅沒做好本職工作，還不尊重具體的人。 且該前台週三中午接駁的時候唐突來了一句“你敢住園林那邊？”，讓人迷惑。雖然後來看到酒店的差評裏説長樂房型陳舊陰森，而這人主動提出免費升房的街南房型確實離大堂較近，不僅方便了我也方便了服務人員。但那些差評説的問題都不是客人膽量的責任，而是當時酒店設施的責任。預設客人膽小、認為問題在於客人膽量，不僅不禮貌也推卸責任。 我問過此人職位，此人回答是來幫忙的，那就是臨時工關係户，也可以解釋為何此人相比其餘人員更加缺乏管束：1到客房提行李路上抽煙，讓同行的同事吸二手煙。雖在遇到客人時主動及時停止，但亂丟煙頭，且被指出吸煙時大言不慚。2沒有端正服務人員對賓客的態度，而是類似領導對下屬的態度，語言和肢體動作不端正，手臂指來指去地讓客人怎麼做，我屢次讓其保持一米距離但拒不改正。3提供打車訊息沒有問題，但其把“主動提供服務”錯誤理解為腦補客人要去做什麼，並執着於讓客人回答其問題，不能理解服務行業是誰問誰、誰回答誰。而且客人回答了也沒用，已經説過去KFC並非吃飯，但此人在KFC時還在教客人掃碼點餐，不僅聽力或記憶力有問題，而且輕視客人基本智商。 雖在被客人指教後至少口頭上有道歉並端正部分態度，但如果是性格更加忍氣吞聲的客人，體驗還會更差。綜上，此人服務質量衹能算及格：有完成工作但程度較重地影響了客人體驗。 建議：酒店經理清楚認識酒店整體風氣比關係户更重要，按同等的培訓和獎懲標準對待正式員工和臨時工，避免壞了一鍋粥。 （二）週四下午三點去前台問洗衣房位置，前台（女）指着大堂的地圖（地圖上衹有園區，沒有園區內具體路徑）説是到8號樓再到華氏園。下午五點半我分別去到路牌上的“2～8號樓”（並非單獨8號樓）的入口假山和華氏園的入口，都沒找到洗衣房，路過的後勤人員也不知道洗衣房在哪。 打電話給前台（女），我已説清楚自己位於路牌顯示的“2～8號樓”入口假山，那個位置確實看不到單獨8號樓和所謂的“梅花門”，而前台依舊衹會説8號樓和“梅花門”（實際上是海棠形狀的洞門，這會造成誤解，因為梅花是五瓣、海棠是四瓣。作為園林酒店的工作人員，應該學習園林基本知識）。 前台光説終點長啥樣卻不説路線，不僅沒有幫助，還反倒發出不耐煩的聲音並不樂意再説話，搞得客人要反過來給服務人員道歉，她才開口派人帶路，就離譜。 而帶路那個人（男）到了之後就走得飛快，完全不看客人是否跟上，加上園林內岔路和遮擋物多，容易跟丟，雨後路滑也不便於快走。即便不知道客人還有腳傷，這個服務意識也是非常缺根筋。 那天回酒店前本人已經步數很多還全身淋濕，原本的訪古計劃也泡湯了，回酒店洗澡後還得休息兩個鍾才勉強有力氣出門，本來就很失落疲憊。按理説，前台主動提出上門取衣服、洗完送回來的服務才是最人性化的。但是下午三點那個前台光指地圖，我也理解前台工作忙，所以即便自己狀態不好，還是優先自己處理，實在找不到地方才打的電話。 就連本來心情就差的我拿着幾件濕衣服繞來繞去十幾分鍾還找不到地方都沒罵人，而下午五點那個前台站在原地接了幾分鐘電話就鬧脾氣，6。我體諒酒店人員，能接受自己跑一個來回洗衣服，但不能接受這種服務質量。被噁心得徹底沒心情，連出去吃飯和原本計劃的春川茶寮都沒精神去，衹能吃外賣和泡麪應付、退房前半天匆忙使用權益，糟糕的服務態度切實造成了負面影響。 建議：街南書屋區域增設洗衣房，提供裝衣服的大袋子（我是自己帶了袋子，沒注意看有沒提供，最好有吧）。最好主動提供上門取送，實在不行也應該在第一次問洗衣房位置的時候就派人帶路。 還有檢查前台座機是否噪音較大，我這話筒和吐字打給別的酒店都沒問題，而這家不同前台人員接電話都偶爾聽錯物品和數字。 綜上，這家酒店綜合體驗（設施和服務）不僅比不上同價位的珍園（街南大床房工作日價格378，珍園大床房工作日價格399），甚至比不上附近一公里內某家同樣日期150元以內的。唯一不可取代的優勢就是區位優勢，逛完個園後很快就能回客房休息。至於酒店內園林，其實遊客白天也能逛，茶飲可以消費入座。區位劣勢是東關街屬於景區，實惠且能吃飽的餐廳不多，衹能步行到更遠的地方或者點外賣送到前台。如果前台能主動派人送到客房會更好。 不過還是相信這家酒店能夠改進，比如以前有差評説的從停車場拖行李走石板路到酒店很顛簸，現在也是有接駁車和行李專用平板路了，請繼續努力。
