Hotel 4 stelle a Tianjin

La migliore decisione che ho preso per un meraviglioso soggiorno di una notte a Tianjin è solo una pietra gettata lontano dalla strada antica, dalla banca del fiume e dall'occhio di Tianjin. La stanza è enorme e pulita. Il letto è comodo. Tutto è perfetto!

L'hotel è situato nelle periferie, ma c'è una stazione di metro a 500 m dall'hotel. Ci vorrà circa 1.5 h per arrivare al centro della città con metro o circa 50 minuti di taxi (DiDi). Il metro è ben situato in un centro commerciale grande dove si può trovare tutto quello che si può avere bisogno (questi dolci da Holiland sono sorprendenti!) Il colazione è molto delizioso e si può sicuramente trovare qualcosa di delizioso da mangiare sia dalla cucina locale come alcune cose di stile occidentale. La stanza era pulita e spaziosa. Mi è piaciuto il soggiorno e ho avuto la possibilità di rilassarmi.

Ho scelto questo hotel quando sono venuto a Tianjin per la prima volta. Quando sono arrivato all'hotel, sono rimasto attratto dal suo aspetto, sembra un castello. C'è un ampio parcheggio di fronte e la stazione della metropolitana è a pochi passi. C'è un 7 Eleven nelle vicinanze, molti ristoranti che vendono cibo un centro commerciale, il che è molto comodo. Il check-in è stato veloce e i camerieri erano gentili. La camera è spaziosa, nuova, confortevole, pulita e fresca. Sono molto felice di poter avere ricordi così meravigliosi quando sono venuto a Tianjin per la prima volta.

A disposizione: casa intelligente con servizi igienici, abbastanza buona ~ Igiene: abbastanza pulita, ogni angolo è pulito bene Ambiente: Un nuovo hotel rinnovato in 24 anni, con un buon ambiente Servizio: la ragazza alla reception, Jin, è molto entusiasta e attenta. Risponde a tutte le domande e risponde rapidamente a qualsiasi esigenza. Le ho chiesto il suo nome e volevo lodarla, ahah!

特別好，從衞生到服務都很好。房間乾淨整潔，雖然面積不是特別大，但是空間設計很合理，不會覺得憋，反而很通透亮堂。前台和負責衞生的工作人員也都很親切，下次如果再來天津還會選擇這個酒店！！

Awful, terrible and unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with this hotel! Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway. When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in, we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return. First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful. They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room. Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service. No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China. Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts. All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin. PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

Amore questo hotel. Il desk front è molto bello. Ho avuto un piccolo problema con la mia prima stanza. Il dest front ha cambiato la mia stanza. L'hotel ha anche molte fuzioni intelligenti che è divertente di avere. La posizione è molto conveniente per ogni posto. Resterò qui la prossima volta.

My stay was simply impeccable. I chose the Presidential Suite and it exceeded every expectation. Spacious, bright, with panoramic skyline views and a stunning bathtub, the suite perfectly blends modern design, comfort, and luxury. The facilities are outstanding: a skyline pool, elegant relaxation areas, and a panoramic gym that makes even a workout feel special. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely professional throughout my stay. Excellent food and a truly delicious cappuccino (not always guaranteed for an Italian abroad!), with high-quality ingredients and great variety. An elegant, premium experience in Tianjin. I will definitely return.

Durante il mio viaggio d'affari ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno. Uno dei problemi è che l'hotel non si rimuove in aria condizionata durante la stagione primaverile. Durante gli ultimi due giorni del mio soggiorno, il tempo si è reso più caldo e la temperatura della stanza è aumentata, rendendola piuttosto stufa. L’hotel ha fornito un fan, che ha aiutato un po’. La posizione è conveniente in alcuni modi, con un centro commerciale proprio al contrario dell'hotel, anche se è un po' lontano dal centro della città. Il colazione era piuttosto decente in generale.
