Hotel con parcheggio a Tianjin

Impianti: la stanza non è grande ma è completa, specialmente l'effetto di isolamento sonoro è super buono, la finestra è chiusa e il timone fuori dalla porta è scomparso. Il letto grande è molto comodo, il riscaldamento in inverno è molto comodo. Salute: la stanza è pulita, quasi nessun angolo morto è pulito.Alcune persone si spaccano quando si spaccano le tavole nel cortile esterno. Ambiente: posizione nella città antica, posizione centrale, non temere di giocare tardi. Servizio: il capo ha bisogno di un favore, una persona per colazione, e frutta.

A very new hotel with everything superb duper new!  Pros - clean and new (but towels, linen due to new cause a lot of dust flying everywhere.) Housekeepers are very friendly and polite. Front desk, also friendly but need more practicing on check-in procedure (standardize). Room very spacious and comfortable!!!! Oh ya, the breakfast just perfect!!! Lovely and full!!! The laundry room makes our trip just perfect!!!  Cons - Location far away from Subway Station (1km away). Road along the way from Subway to Hotel not so smooth, inconvenient to walk with Luggages (Suggest to take DiDi ehailing)  However, locations available for many foods/restaurants. (McDonald’s within 1 mins distance, and 3-5 mins away for restaurants/coffee shops nearby.) you may also enjoy the rental bicycle (blue color pay with Alipay) to anywhere, superb convenient too!!

Enjoyed our two night stay.The hotel staff is beyond amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Check in was smooth and fast , the staff is very kind,fast and helpful in answering any questions and addressing any issues. On second day, had an emergency travel to Beijing, Ms Pang Ping and Wang helped organize transport to airport to get subway to Beijing, she kept checking in to see where we had reached on our return back and organized for a car to pick us up since we arrived late at night. She handed us over to the evening staff smoothly to help us with the late night arrival back to the hotel. Mr Wang our driver to the airport spoke English and was helpful in giving us directions to the subway and train station. The driver, Mr. Chen, very kind man, was already at the airport by the time we arrived to pick us up. When we got to the hotel, he helped to get a refreshment from the hotel restaurant. We had an early morning flight and Ms Song Jia and Ms Wang Qian were very kind to give us a wake up call at 4:30am, organize for us a car to the airport and helped me us with our luggage . The hotel stay overall was comfortable and nice. Slept in the business double room. The rooms are spacious, very clean and are cleaned daily. There’s a self service laundry room at the hotel. Excellent service and staff.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Excellent facilities and totally worth the stay. Recommended for travelers who want a quiet night stay and also close hotel to the airport 🥰😘

Ho prenotato una camera con vista panoramica sul fiume Haihe e ho ricevuto un'accoglienza calorosa. Dopo aver presentato la mia richiesta, Melisa Li mi ha portato a vedere la tipologia della camera. Il servizio era molto attento e la vista fuori dalla finestra era molto buona la camera non è aumentata molto durante le vacanze del Primo Maggio. Il telefono del servizio clienti ha ricevuto risposta in pochi secondi. Dopo che il segnale wifi non era buono, ho immediatamente aggiunto un router alla casa. Ho una buona impressione di questo hotel.

Awful, terrible and unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with this hotel! Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway. When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in, we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return. First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful. They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room. Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service. No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China. Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts. All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin. PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

Ho appena concluso un delizioso soggiorno al Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua City. Per coincidenza, ieri sera Tianjin era ricoperta di neve: quando ho guardato fuori dalla finestra, i fiocchi di neve svolazzavano delicatamente come fiori volanti, proprio come descritto nella poesia di Han Yu: ”danzando tra gli alberi del cortile come se fossero fiori”. Gli alberi lungo la strada erano rivestiti di un candido manto argentato, creando uno splendido scenario invernale che contrastava magnificamente con l'atmosfera calda e accogliente dell'hotel, aggiungendo un ulteriore tocco di calore e fascino poetico al mio soggiorno. A proposito di calore, il sistema di riscaldamento dell'hotel era eccellente, mantenendo la temperatura perfetta. In una giornata fredda e nevosa, entrare nella mia camera ed essere avvolta da un calore così confortevole ha immediatamente dissipato il freddo invernale, il che è stato incredibilmente premuroso. La camera stessa era spaziosa e confortevole, con eccellenti dotazioni hardware e una disposizione ben progettata che mi ha fatto sentire eccezionalmente rilassata. In particolare, la camera più grande, che ho ricevuto in precedenza, mi ha permesso di ammirare con calma il paesaggio innevato dalla finestra, assaporando questo momento di pace e meraviglia, tipico dell'inverno. Un elogio particolare è stato rivolto alla Sig.ra Feng dell'Ufficio Prenotazioni. Ha offerto un servizio cordiale e attento durante tutto il soggiorno e mi ha gentilmente assegnato una camera più grande, permettendomi di ammirare il paesaggio innevato da una posizione più comoda. Questo gesto premuroso ha migliorato notevolmente il mio soggiorno! Anche la colazione è stata una piacevole sorpresa: offriva un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo con un'ampia varietà di piatti, dai piatti tradizionali cinesi alle opzioni occidentali, per soddisfare ogni gusto. Dopo un pasto abbondante, ammirare la neve è stato incredibilmente piacevole. Nel complesso, il mio soggiorno è stato assolutamente perfetto: fuori dalla finestra si ammirava la bellezza invernale dei fiocchi di neve che danzavano tra gli alberi come fiori volanti, mentre all'interno si respirava un'atmosfera spaziosa e confortevole, con il giusto calore. Grazie al servizio attento e alla deliziosa colazione, il Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua City è sicuramente un'ottima scelta per viaggi di piacere o di lavoro a Tianjin. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti! Il Four Seasons Tianjin offre il perfetto connubio tra fascino storico e servizi moderni. Ho prenotato una delle loro spaziose suite, arredate con gusto. Ho ricevuto un servizio di prima classe dal mio arrivo in hotel fino alla mia partenza. La signora Dephne Ng., la direttrice, è stata molto disponibile e mi ha riservato una calorosa ospitalità. È molto professionale e si assicura sempre che io riceva tutto ciò di cui ho bisogno. Sono rimasto davvero colpito dal livello del servizio e dall'attenzione ai dettagli. Anche il personale è stato incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile, facendo di tutto per rendere il mio soggiorno piacevole. La camera era pulita, spaziosa e ben arredata, con tutti i comfort di cui avevo bisogno. La colazione a buffet era eccellente, con un'ampia varietà di deliziose opzioni. Ho apprezzato anche la posizione dell'hotel, comoda per raggiungere numerose attrazioni e vicinissima a vie dello shopping, grandi magazzini e ristoranti. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un posto fantastico con un servizio eccellente per soggiornare a Tianjin.

La camera era spaziosa, l'ambiente era splendido, il servizio super attento e i servizi erano di prima classe e confortevoli. È la seconda volta che soggiorno qui e anche il prezzo è molto ragionevole.

Vicinanza tranquilla con pochi ristoranti vicino, tra cui McDonald's. La stanza è pulita, le tole sono sanitarie e sigillate in borse. Un po 'di traffico, come è accanto ad un'autostrada multistrada, ma non era rumoroso. Le strutture sono di base, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione MRT più vicina, circa 40 minuti a piedi per passare alla stazione ferroviaria di Tianjin, linea diretta 9. Amplia parcheggio gratuito davanti all'hotel. Buona per un soggiorno di notte o breve.
