A solid, modern choice for a short trip. The property is fresh and has some really cool features, like the robot that delivers food directly to your doorstep—it's a very convenient and cool touch. Highlights: Love the dual-pillow options (soft/hard) and the 24-hour front desk that helps manage the laundry for you. We were also grateful for the free room extension until 1 PM. Drawbacks: No ground-floor staff to help with bags since the lobby is on Level 2. Wi-Fi signal is weak, and the breakfast is the same every day (though there are many eateries nearby). Smells: You’ll notice the wet market smell outside and the strong essential oil scent in the lobby, but it’s manageable since you aren't at the hotel lobby all day.

What an excellent hotel. It appears to be relatively new, so it was a real treat to sleep in fresh, crisp sheets, and I loved the supportive, firmer mattress. The blackout curtains and double-glazed windows were excellent too, making it easy to get a great night's sleep off the plane. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but the Italian drip coffee bags provided in the room were more than enough to get me caffeinated and ready for my meetings. Room service being delivered by a robot was an unexpected novelty and definitely added a bit of fun to the stay. The front desk staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to help me order takeaway and organise a DiDi to the nearby train station, making everything effortless despite the language barrier. The weather outside was hot and humid, but it never affected my comfort inside. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, cooling the room with a natural feel and without the usual noisy rattling that many hotel units have. The DIY laundry was another unexpected bonus. With the humid weather requiring more outfit changes than I'd anticipated, being able to wash and dry my clothes was incredibly convenient. The gym was also well equipped and a great alternative to running outside in the heat or getting lost. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on future trips.

All good especially the service and food for breakfast. The best breakfast selection for all the Hampton hotels by Hilton I have stayed . Special thanks to Ms Joy from the front desk who provided very informative and well recommended places to eat for local foods in that area . Her patience must be commended !👍

The service and the rooms are exceptional considering the price. Rooms are super clean a d comfortable. They even gave me a nice upgrade. Special mention that the reception 格格 was very helpful. Actually the whole team was. Super patient with me when teaching me to ise the chinese apps. Location is perfect.... in between the food street and the major shopping mall. One thing to note the lift is shared with other tenants of the building so its not fully occupied by the hotel but they organize it well and the service and quality of the rooms make up for this slight inconvenience.

Localizzazione saggio non credo, si può ottenere qualcosa di meglio. I 2 più grandi centri di Shantou sono a 5 minuti a piedi. Tutto è buono. Solo lamentarsi è che le camere che si trovano davanti alla strada possono sentire il rumore delle auto a volte la notte, anche la mia stanza aveva un grande pilastro in mezzo, quindi il letto più vicino alla finestra deve guardare la TV in un angolo. Mi chiedo perché non può mettere la TV sul pilastro.

No regrets paying more for this beautiful homestay! 花多点钱住这里一点遗憾也没有！ My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room. It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness. Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside. Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible. Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need. Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!! All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

Sono stato qui a Shantou per un breve viaggio di fine settimana e sono rimasto nel Golfo d'oro per due notti, e sono stati completamente prenotati, ma mi hanno dato una bella sala di tessuto Hello Kitty (un leggero miglioramento dalla mia prenotazione originale). La zona molto occupata con la costruzione accade vicino, così potevo sentire i suoni durante il giorno e i suoni di recreazione del parco la sera dalla mia 10a stanza. Tuttavia, le tende di illuminazione e di smantella erano buone. Anche la pressione dell'acqua per il doccia era buona. Il fumo puzza nelle stanze perché alcune stanze permettono di fumare, ma la mia stanza non fumava, quindi all'interno della mia stanza era senza odore. È strano che alcuni taxi non riescano a trovare l'ingresso del parcheggio e abbiano avuto problemi di arrivare direttamente alla porta dell'hotel.
