The location is excellent—close to shopping malls and delicious local food streets, making it super convenient for dining and traveling . The hotel is new, modern, and spotlessly clean . Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with smart facilities, comfortable beds, and high-quality amenities .
Staff are friendly, professional, and responsive, providing thoughtful service throughout check-in and check-out . The breakfast is delicious with a great variety, including local specialties . High-speed Wi-Fi, gym, and self-service laundry are all well-equipped .

Justin è stato molto utile e bello nel consigliare ristoranti che la gente locale normalmente visiterà invece di luoghi turistici, e anche mandarmi la posizione che ci aiuta a raggiungere la posizione più facile .
L'esperienza complessiva è molto positiva e sarò certamente di nuovo in visita."

"Entrando in hotel, sono stato accolto da un profumo gradevole e delicato. Anche la Rolls-Royce con il numero 8888 mi ha colpito. La camera era piuttosto spaziosa e confortevole. "I was extremely happy with my stay at 汕头国宾大酒店. The hotel’s elegant Chinese-style design is full of charm, and staying here was truly one of the best parts of my short trip to Shantou. My room was very clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a local Chinese dessert from room service, which was a very thoughtful touch.
A special highlight was dining at 璇宫 on the top floor. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent — the food was delicious, the view was fantastic, and the service was especially warm and enjoyable. Special thanks to Manager Chen Yanyu (陈燕玉) and her team for their wonderful hospitality. I would happily stay here again.
我对这次入住汕头国宾大酒店的体验非常满意。酒店整体的中式风格设计典雅大气、很有韵味，而入住这家酒店也确实成为了我这次汕头短途旅行中最美好的部分之一。房间非常干净整洁，而且客房服务还贴心地送上了本地特色中式甜品，让人感觉十分温暖。

We went to shopping and eat at MixC Shopping Mall twice during our stay.
The MixC is just a few hundred meter away.
Also Longyan South Road-Food Street and Food Stall-is 1.5 km away and not far from MixC.
This street will be alive at night and crowded with people looking for food and snack.
Service and cleanliness of Sheraton Shantou is up to Sheraton standard which we always choose for our trip abroad."

"Vienna Hotel Shantou is conveniently located and only a short distance from the train station. Overall, Shantou is not as well developed as Shenzhen city. Still, it was a pleasant trip to Nan-Ou, average laid-back island, 107 sqkm, and alot of dried seafood to buy."

"房間非常寬敞，住起來非常舒適，被子很乾凈，一次性浴巾準備很充足，都是免費的，民宿在一樓院子裏，進出都有大門密碼，很安全，老闆人很好，很熱心，很幫助我們，雖然沒前台放行李，但是她給我們開了一間房放行李，還説可以回來稍作休息都行，但我們趕行程就沒再多留了。下次有機會還會再來住。衹是有有點也有些缺點，我稍微提下意見，一個是水壓問題，剛開始洗很正常也很大，可是洗一會兒就變小了，這個要查一下原因。第二馬桶跟洗漱台離得有點遠，有點不方便。第三，廁所地漏有點怪味串上來。"
