"The room was cozy and clean, and there were plenty of outdoor play facilities, which the children loved. The supermarket and barbecue area within the park were also reasonably priced. The only thing we weren't satisfied with was the clay oven chicken restaurant (pictured). We went to the restaurant around 4 pm to order a clay oven chicken set meal, and repeatedly asked the owner to reserve a table for us. We especially liked the view from the fifth outer table, so we chose that table. We paid and the table was reserved, so we took the children to play in the water. When we returned at 6:30 pm, the table was occupied by other customers. We told the owner, but instead of helping us resolve the issue reasonably, he told us to sit at another table. We had specifically come over two hours in advance to scan the code and order for that table; we wanted to sit there. The owner's attitude was extremely rude. He even said, "It's just a little over 100 yuan, take it or leave it. I'll just refund your money." [Is this about refunds? Is this just about a little over 100 yuan?] The customers arrived two hours in advance to reserve a table and arrange dinner. However, they were treated this way by the owner, and their children's playtime was disrupted. They received a refund, but it was already almost 7 pm when they finally got their food.
