Questa volta ho portato la mia famiglia a soggiornare al Ningbo Zhen Ting Hotel e l'esperienza è stata davvero fantastica! La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, proprio di fronte a Tianyi Square, comodissimo per fare shopping e mangiare, e anche vicino alle principali attrazioni. La reception è stata accogliente e attenta, vedendo che eravamo con bambini, ci hanno subito aiutato con i bagagli e ci hanno consigliato ristoranti nelle vicinanze. My recent business trip to China hit a snag when I found myself running low on RMB, turning simple tasks like eating and shopping into real challenges. I first tried to exchange my euros for Chinese RMB at my company-booked hotel, but they couldn't help. As a last resort, I walked into a nearby Atour Hotel to ask if I could exchange euros for RMB there. The moment I entered, the front desk agent greeted me with a warm smile and a cup of hot tea. That instant warmth and genuine Chinese hospitality put me completely at ease. After I explained my situation, she sketched a clear map to nearby banks and then, seeing my confusion, kindly offered, ”Let me take you there!” She accompanied me to several banks, but none handled foreign exchange on weekends. Undaunted, she persisted until we found one that could exchange my currency. As if her help wasn't enough, it suddenly started pouring while we were inside. She rushed back to the hotel in the rain and returned with an umbrella, saying, ”I didn't want you to get wet. Please keep it.” I was truly amazed by her kindness to a non-guest. So, when I returned to Beilun, I didn’t hesitate to skip my company's hotel and chose Atour instead. It was absolutely the right decision. The room was well-equipped and spotless, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the service was thoughtful in every aspect. My thanks again to that front desk employee. Her kindness didn’t just solve a practical problem—it left me with a lasting impression of the warmth and sincerity of Chinese hospitality.

L'hotel Atour Xintiandi mi ha offerto un soggiorno molto piacevole, l'aria condizionata funzionava molto bene, la stanza era pulita e confortevole, e il personale era molto utile. L'hotel è vicino alla stazione di metropolitana di Raffles City e Waitan Bridge, e una breve bicicletta al centro della città. Tuttavia, la mia camera era tranquilla. This is the last point of my business trip. The hotel is good and quite chill with Industrial style decoration. My room was without the freezer, but the receptionist said if I requested during check in, she can arrange to upgrade for the customers. Breakfast is good and have a wide variety to taste. The location is close to both Ningbo Airport and the high speed train station.

The room was amazing, it was very confortahbe, big and had a very good bed. The breakfast buffet was very big and the staff was very nice (not a lot English, but with translator everything was perfect ;))

The nature around the hotel is amazing, but the facilities are quite old. It’s good place to have rest from the city noise. Very comfortable house, with nice balcony and huge bathtub. Breakfast was also tasty. There is nothing around the hotel within a walking distance, so we felt bored as we like active leisure. Also there is no lighting so you cannot really walk around in the evening. it is better to stay in the room after 7pm as the pathway to the house has no lights as well. I wouldn’t suggest this place for families with kids below 4 years old because of steep stairs and lack of baby equipment like cribs. But it’s a great place for couples to spend one day together in the nature. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We did some lovely walks in the nearby area, but honestly we were just as happy sitting out on our patio, soaking in the trees and the peace. We brought our own BBQ, and the team was really flexible in helping us find a great spot to set it up. It was exactly the nature escape we needed — a perfect break from city life.
