After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

MX Mansion has given me the best overall service experience. You can really feel that the hotel places strong emphasis on service quality. Location: Strategically located in the heart of Ningbo, the hotel is just a stone’s throw away from Cheng Huang Night Market, the pedestrian street, shopping malls, and many popular restaurants. Super convenient for exploring the city. Staff: Check-in was pleasant and smooth, with friendly and warm staff at reception. They were very helpful in giving us navigation tips around the area. The team even went the extra mile to make our wedding anniversary special. A big thank you to Ms. Lu (吕小姐) for her thoughtful service! Amenities: The self-laundry area and gym are tucked away in a corner, so they’re convenient to use without disturbing guests. Room: Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It feels like the hotel has been newly renovated. The environment is comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast: The breakfast spread is good and offers enough variety if you prefer to dine in the hotel. Note: During winter, the hotel uses a centralised air-conditioning system, which means the rooms are set to heating mode. There are rooms with and without windows, so do consider your preference. Since it wasn’t peak season, I was allocated a room with a window panel that could be opened, which I appreciated. 漫心府给了我很好的整体入住体验。从各个细节都能感受到酒店对服务品质的重视。 位置： 酒店位于宁波市中心，位置非常便利，步行即可到达城隍庙夜市、步行街、购物中心以及多家人气餐厅，出行十分方便。 员工服务： 办理入住过程愉快顺利，前台员工亲切热情，还贴心地为我们提供周边导航信息。更难得的是，他们特地为我们的结婚周年做了小安排，让这次入住格外难忘。特别感谢吕小姐的用心服务！ 设施： 自助洗衣房和健身房位于较角落的位置，既方便使用又不会影响客房安静。 房间： 房间宽敞、干净得无可挑剔，看得出酒店应该是近期翻新过，整体环境十分舒适。 早餐： 早餐种类不错，如果喜欢在酒店用餐，这里的早餐能满足基本需求。 小提醒： 冬季是中央空调统一供暖，房间会处于暖气模式。另外，酒店有带窗和无窗房型，可根据自己的需求选择。由于我入住时并非旺季，酒店为我安排了一间带可开启窗户的房间，非常贴心。

Incontrato dalla bellezza delle montagne, questo hotel è un vero gioiello, offre una vista panoramica delle foreste di bambù da ogni stanza. La zona di pranzo comune è un piacere visivo, decorato con mobili deliziosi e bagnato in grande luce naturale. Il nostro soggiorno è stato sollevato dal personale veramente caldo e accogliente, che andavano oltre e sopra per fornire consigli chiari per esplorare la zona. Nonostante la mancanza di auto, la posizione strategica dell'hotel ci ha consentito di iniziare un piacevole avventura a piedi. Un'escursione scenica dall'hotel ha rivelato un'acqua disgustosa gemma che ha aggiunto un strato di fascino al nostro soggiorno. Inoltre, un passo rilassante verso la montagna ci ha portato a un villaggio affascinante, che si trovava sul bordo di un vasto lago, creando il luogo perfetto per un giro tranquillo. La nostra esperienza generale in questo giardino non era altro che magica, e i dettagli pensativi, combinati con il personale amichevole e le meraviglie naturali che circondano l'hotel, lo rendevano un ricordo memorabile. Possiamo dire che questo posto ha superato le nostre aspettative, e già stiamo pianificando il nostro ritorno. Molto raccomandato per coloro che cercano una perfetta miscela di natura, comfort e ospitezza calda.

Ho prenotato tre camere, con una sala scena del mare aggiornata, la disposizione della stanza è semplice, lavastoviglie una volta, igiene pulita, la colazione è anche molto deliziosa, corrisponde al gusto, principalmente il capo è davvero molto buono, super raccomandato!!Mi dispiace non avere fatto molte foto

一條絕對真實的評價 環境：民宿在一個世外桃源小山村裡麪，開進村的時候有早櫻和龍鱗壩很好看，酒店門外就是棲霞山古道徒步起點，對徒步人士非常友好，民宿整體環境避世且美麗，有一個高台可以俯瞰村子，可以看到古橋流水，視野很棒，晚上天氣好可以肉眼觀星。 設施：房間設施齊全，中央空調➕取暖器，山裡晚上冷也不怕，基礎的房間就很大，雙床房有一個小庭院一樣的前廳，朋友一起來的話可以在裏面喝酒打牌，大床房更大一點是一室一廳的設計，活動空間更大，且完全可以當做親子房住三個人，衞生間乾濕分離，吹風機給的是戴森，不錯不錯。 服務：前台小哥和小姐姐都非常熱情，到達很晚還等着我們，出遊前提前加微信問需不需用餐，出門徒步前熱心詢問水有沒有帶夠，兩天的早飯都不一樣，水果超級甜的，臨走還送了我們小蛋糕，真的超棒！ 地理位置：如果是來棲霞山古道徒步那非常方便，如果是去四明山徒步需驅車約四十分鐘左右，徒步完還可以去溪口古鎮逛一圈並用餐，距離懸巖村開車約1小時，最近早櫻開的很好，我們去的時候陽光明媚真是lucky！ 如果你出於四明山腳下的民宿比較簡陋，或者想徒步兩條路線，非常推薦這家民宿，店裡還有非常可愛的哈士奇養樂多和旺仔還有肥貓貓可以擼！ 希望下次還有機會來！！大家都來住！！

Il hotel è stato aggiornato in una suite gratuita all'arrivo, la stanza è stata spaziosa con un bagno che vi permette di rilassarsi e godere della vista sul lago. Il personale offre un servizio clienti eccellente, con un supporto orologico disponibile con un semplice messaggio su WeChat. I miei figli amavano il gioco soft all'interno e nutrivano i pecocchi, i conigli e le gemme. La piscina all'aperto con gli slidi sembra che sarebbe fantastico per i bambini nei mesi estivi. L'isola di Zhoushan con spiagge incredibili è 1h 30min di distanza, favoloso giorno fuori se siete rimasti per qualche giorno. Sarei felice di rimanere di nuovo!

La natura intorno all'hotel è sorprendente, ma le strutture sono piuttosto vecchie. E 'buono luogo per riposare dal rumore della città. Molto comoda casa, con bel balcone e enorme bagno. Anche il colazione era delizioso. Non c'è nulla intorno all'hotel a piedi, quindi ci siamo sentiti stanchi come ci piace il tempo libero attivo. Non c'è luce, quindi non si può andare in giro la sera.È meglio rimanere nella stanza dopo le 7:00, perché la strada verso la casa non ha nemmeno luce. Non suggerirei questo posto per le famiglie con bambini di età inferiore a 4 anni a causa di scale rigide e mancanza di attrezzature per bambini come i giochi. Ma è un grande posto per le coppie di passare un giorno insieme nella natura. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile.

We had a really excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza. We were upgraded to a family room which was very spacious and perfect for our needs (traveling with two young children). The facilities (especially all of the child-friendly amenities) were great - a huge play area for the kids, lego area, cinema room, crafts, and arcade. My son loved the go-carts on the rooftop. The view and location of this hotel is spectacular - right on the water. We'd love to come back in the summer and enjoy the outdoor pool. My husband is vegetarian (no fish or meat) and there were tons of options for him at the buffet - I was unsure of this when booking, but honestly there were so many excellent and diverse options for him. We'd say one of the best buffets in terms of vegetarian options we've experienced in China. For the rest of us, who could enjoy the seafood - this was also incredible.

With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth.
