The service was better what you would receive at the much more expensive international hotel chains. We arrived very late in the night and were starved. Being foreigners, we did not have a phone app to order food. They ordered for us and did not want us to re-imburse them for the food, which they brought up to our room, which surprised us, because they have robots that usually do this for them. We asked if there were any convenience store nearby, and one of the staff personally walked us to the store on the other side of the building to help with translation. We stayed 4 days and every day, there was something that they did to impress us.

This hotel’s location is super convenient，very close to subway station and train station. Breakfast provided not only Chinese food but also toast, milk and jams. I arrived in early morning. I was only expecting to leave my luggage then come back to check in at 2pm. But they were very kind to allow me to check in, straightaway. I truly appreciated their warm hearted attitude towards to customers.

Non smoking is non enforcer, even visitors smoking at the lobby with signs of non smoking they don't bother. Breakfast is good but no seat due to cleaning of the table is slow. It takes too long for them to clean up the table as you need to wait for a seat and sometimes even cups. Pretty disappointed with the service as I stay at Holiday Inn express in other countries which I pretty enjoy.

Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. 5. Location: The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. The Drawbacks: 1. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:
