I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this Atour Hotel in Nanchang. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Despite the language barrier, communication was handled very smoothly, and the team made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. What impressed me the most was their exceptional service even after I had already returned home. I loved the pillow I used during my stay because it was so comfortable, and when I asked if it would be possible to purchase one, the staff kindly arranged everything and helped send it to my home country. Their willingness to go the extra mile and assist with my special request truly exceeded my expectations. The hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness of the entire team made this a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanchang and would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you for the outstanding service!

When booking this hotel on trip.com make surety check if you are booking the Walton ACA or Wellton as they are sister hotels but. in two separate buildings. The Walton has only 6 floors and the Walton more. It was little confusing when we first arrived as to which hotel we had booked. We decided to stay in the Wellton hotel. reception was very nice and patiently explained the hotel situation. Very friendly and good sense of humor so its wasn't a bother to us. They brought us up a welcoming fruit plate. nice touch. the room was nice and clean. big enough. The was super comfy. they offer soft and hard pillows. The hotel offers breakfast in the other building but we never woke up early enough to catch breakfast so can't comment on that. Its within walking distance of the Mix C (10-15 mins walk) and to the ferris wheel. check out was smooth. overall a good stay.
