Hotel 4 stelle a Nanchang

Non c'è assolutamente niente di male che possiamo pensare di dire su questo particolare Ji Hotel. Tutto era perfetto. Inoltre, quello che diremo è che se potessimo dare più di 5/5 per il servizio, daremmo 10/5. Il personale era molto umile, piacevole e utile per il fallimento. Il servizio era meglio quello che riceverete nelle catene hoteliere internazionali molto più costose. Arriviamo molto tardi la notte e siamo stati famevoli. Essendo stranieri, non avevamo un app per ordinare cibo, ci ordinavano e non volevano che li rimborsassero per il cibo che portavano in camera nostra, che ci sorprendeva perché avevano robot che di solito lo fanno per loro. Ci chiese se ci fosse un negozio di comodità vicino, e uno dei suoi impiegati ci andava personalmente al negozio dall'altra parte dell'edificio per aiutarci con la traduzione.

L'arredamento generale dell'hotel è di gran gusto, le camere sono spaziose e dotate di collutorio. Il letto è comodo e il bagno con doccia separata è molto pratico. Il personale di servizio è cordiale e disponibile in qualsiasi momento. La colazione include le tipiche tagliatelle miste di Nanchang e la zuppa di carne in terracotta. Il tè pomeridiano, disponibile dalle 11:00 alle 22:00, offre porridge, tortine, semi di girasole, vari tipi di frutta e tè. Dopo le 22:00 c'è anche la merenda di mezzanotte con tagliatelle miste. Praticamente tutto ciò che serve per mangiare, bere e divertirsi è a disposizione, e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo.

I had a wonderful stay at this Atour Hotel in Nanchang. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Despite the language barrier, communication was handled very smoothly, and the team made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. What impressed me the most was their exceptional service even after I had already returned home. I loved the pillow I used during my stay because it was so comfortable, and when I asked if it would be possible to purchase one, the staff kindly arranged everything and helped send it to my home country. Their willingness to go the extra mile and assist with my special request truly exceeded my expectations. The hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness of the entire team made this a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanchang and would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you for the outstanding service!

The hotel was new, clean and very comfortable. Located in the modern area of the city HongGuTan it is a bit far from museums or sightseeing locations but with plenty of services around the area with a wonderful shopping center just next door. You can walk to the river to enjoy the views and the light shows. It takes just 2 minutes to get to the metro station with lines 1 and 2 that can take you anywhere you need.

Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables. 4. Service: The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. 5. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. The Drawbacks: 1. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:

La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente, molto vicino alla stazione metropolitana e alla stazione ferroviaria. La colazione non solo ha fornito cibo cinese, ma anche tosta, latte e gioielli. Sono arrivato presto mattina. Mi aspettavo solo di lasciare il mio bagaglio e poi tornare a controllare alle 2:00, ma mi hanno fatto entrare, immediatamente. Ho apprezzato davvero la loro atteggiamento caldo e cordiale nei confronti dei clienti.

Se si corrisponde a prezzo, quasi seicento e cinque sono sicuramente invalutati, ma a cinque, questo non è comprensibile. L'atteggiamento di altri camerieri e fratelli è buono. Ma non posso chiamare la reception e chiedere il posto. In generale, ho confermato di nuovo se c'era un posto. Ha detto che c'era un posto di linea davanti all'hotel. Il fatto è che il fatto era pieno, e poi ha fatto un sacco di corse indietro e tornato a cercare un posto. Non è stato piacevole uscire a comunicare con me 😕👎 dovrebbe essere un manager, indossare un costume nero.Più tardi, vedo che sono l'atteggiamento dell'utente di Trip.com un po'migliorato...Ho trovato diversi posti per mangiare, il sapore è davvero generale, il muscolo è vivo, servito.

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). Il trasporto è comodo, il parcheggio è abbastanza, la colazione è ricco, la signorina Reception ha anche aggiornato la stanza.Molto soddisfatto, molto grazie!
