Hotel 4 stelle a Nanchang

There is absolutely nothing bad we can think of to say about this particular Ji Hotel. Everything was perfect. What we will say, in addition, is that that if we could give more than 5/5 for the service, we would give 10/5. All the staff were exceedingly humble, pleasant and helpful to a fault. The service was better what you would receive at the much more expensive international hotel chains. We arrived very late in the night and were starved. Being foreigners, we did not have a phone app to order food. They ordered for us and did not want us to re-imburse them for the food, which they brought up to our room, which surprised us, because they have robots that usually do this for them. We asked if there were any convenience store nearby, and one of the staff personally walked us to the store on the other side of the building to help with translation. We stayed 4 days and every day, there was something that they did to impress us.

This hotel’s location is super convenient，very close to subway station and train station. Breakfast provided not only Chinese food but also toast, milk and jams. I arrived in early morning. I was only expecting to leave my luggage then come back to check in at 2pm. But they were very kind to allow me to check in, straightaway. I truly appreciated their warm hearted attitude towards to customers.

Non smoking is non enforcer, even visitors smoking at the lobby with signs of non smoking they don't bother. Breakfast is good but no seat due to cleaning of the table is slow. It takes too long for them to clean up the table as you need to wait for a seat and sometimes even cups. Pretty disappointed with the service as I stay at Holiday Inn express in other countries which I pretty enjoy.

A beautiful hotel set amidst the main tourist area, just at the edge of Wanshou Palace, and walking distance to Tengwang Pavilion, Bayi Memorial Museum, with a metro exit on Line 1. Lots of dining options just along the streets here too. The decor gave nautical vibes especially with the lights and helm on the doors. So many OOTD spots here, from outside to inside and even within the room. Clean and spacious room with a cosy sofa area. Love the open wardrobe, with separate shower and toilet areas. I like the tiled and parquet flooring which always feels cleaner. The shower water pressure is good though takes a while for hot water to come thru. The bed is firm but pillows are too soft for my liking. They provide complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar too. The rooms facing the road, like mine is abit noisy, could hear the cars horning even when the windows are closed and curtains drawn. Not a problem for me though. There's also a self-service laundry room at the basement. The staff are also friendly, warm and full of smiles. At check out, they gave a gift with local flavours - Nanchang noodles instant pack! Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Nanchang as a tourist!

The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables. 4. Service: The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. 5. Location: The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. The Drawbacks: 1. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:

Se si corrisponde a prezzo, quasi seicento e cinque sono sicuramente invalutati, ma a cinque, questo non è comprensibile. L'atteggiamento di altri camerieri e fratelli è buono. Ma non posso chiamare la reception e chiedere il posto. In generale, ho confermato di nuovo se c'era un posto. Ha detto che c'era un posto di linea davanti all'hotel. I had a wonderful stay at this Atour Hotel in Nanchang. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Despite the language barrier, communication was handled very smoothly, and the team made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. What impressed me the most was their exceptional service even after I had already returned home. I loved the pillow I used during my stay because it was so comfortable, and when I asked if it would be possible to purchase one, the staff kindly arranged everything and helped send it to my home country. Their willingness to go the extra mile and assist with my special request truly exceeded my expectations. The hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness of the entire team made this a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanchang and would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). 那會來看汪蘇瀧演唱會就找的這家，沒想到環境這麼好，整個酒店都很舒服的感覺，房間也很大，早上到的南昌，前台也沒讓我們等多久就辦了入住真的很不錯，服務也很好
