Well, I haven't been to every hotel in the world, but I've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and this one is my absolute favorite.
I can never recommend this hotel enough. Their service is better than I've seen anywhere and the staff is beyond friendly!
We stayed here for three weeks a year ago, and they all still remember us!
The laundry service is unheard of in any other place. You place your dirty clothes in a basket in front of your door, and LATEST the next day it's returned, your clothes clean and ironed.
The restaurant is open all day, and you can either order food or eat for free small snacks (drinks, fruits, congee, biscuits....). At 10 pm there is the evening meal, where you get a big bowl of noodles (you can choose the noodles and the sauce).
The buffet breakfast is very generous with a lot of choices.
Every evening, someone passes by the room to hand out yogurts.
The check-out is at 2 pm...! Has anyone seen that anywhere else?!
When you come back to the hotel after a day out, the staff will greet you with a ”Welcome home.”
Truly love this hotel!

In primo luogo, il traffico è davvero conveniente, molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, e le attrazioni e così via sono molto comode.L'hotel è in generale molto pulito e igienico, dal lobby al soggiorno d'ospedale fanno sentire la gente molto chiara.Letti comodi, dormire fino al mattino, la qualità del sonno è particolarmente buona.
Specialmente, devi fare un giro per la reception, Li e Li Xiaolin. L'atteggiamento del servizio è super buono, molto attento e attento. Sono pazienti da gestire il soggiorno alla risposta alle domande. La gente si sente molto calda.La prossima volta che vengo a Nanjiang, sceglieremo qui e consigliamo anche ai amici che vengo a giocare a Nanjiang.

UUtente ospiteI had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare.
The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed.
The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

UUtente ospiteThis hotel was absolutely fantastic. The environment, cleanliness, and service were all top-notch. The dinner dishes were of a high standard, the breakfast was satisfying, and there were even laundry facilities for long-haul guests. Finally, there was airport shuttle service. Both of my friends were upgraded to suites. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back again or book other hotels in the same group if I had the chance.

Rronnie simonUnfortunately, the hotel is like a building site outside. Lots of roadworks which are very noisy. There aren't proper pavements to be able to walk anywhere safely. The staff are very helpful. The room was comfortable, but the view was nothing to write home about. The name Garden Hotel is a little misleading too. There is a small patch of fake grass out the back of the hotel, with a few tables. Very disappointed by the Nanchang Garden Hotel.

DDavid AyrVery modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). I highly recommend this hotel!
“Dear Lucas and colleagues at Jinjiang Capital: first of all, once again Lucas, I would like to thank you very much for your help in getting me some warm clothes to deal with the extremely cold weather in Nanchang. Your assistance went beyond the call of duty and I admire and respect you and the dedication you have to your work. Additionally, I would like to thank all the staff there who have made a special effort to help me, in the context of my failure to learn Chinese language to any decent degree. Last night and this morning colleagues helped me with getting a taxi to catch my train, making sure that all things were in place to make it easy for me. The colleague who went with me to Floor 1 assisted in making sure that the taxi was going to the correct railway station. JJason Zhou WSLocation: The location is not right smack central to all the popular tourist spots but it's close enough to get to 万寿宫 on foot (5 minutes). Also, it is close to the river and if you are lucky enough, you get a room with a fantastic river view!
Cleanliness: The hotel I am not sure if it's new or what but it's very nicely maintained. The beds are good, the sheets are clean and everything is really superb.
Service: Maybe it's just me (Singaporean) cause I am very impressed with their receptionist services like helping me out with payment, booking of car etc etc but all these according to my local friends, they say it's just the basic in service industries~
Facilities: Honestly, if you are here looking for a gym or a pool then sad to say, it's non-existence, even the breakfast I would recommend not to get it unless you are traveling with elderly and they need something to eat early in the morning then for that price point, it's still reasonable. Otherwise, go out hit the streets and there are tons of fantastic food options for you to choose from.
Lastly, overall impression is superb and it's definitely super value for money. In fact for the price I paid I would say it far exceeded in value. Which is the reason why, I will always choose this hotel when I am back in Nanchang~ (I tried other hotels, to be honest, the rooms are not as great)

UUtente ospiteThe apartment is very charming and offers a truly breathtaking view. The location is strategic, with easy access to the metro and all essential services, making it ideal for getting around the city without any hassle.
That said, with a few improvements, it could easily become an outstanding place to stay. First of all, cleanliness needs attention: dust was present on almost every surface. The check-in process is also not very intuitive, especially for international guests. Without the help of a young man at the building entrance, we would not have been able to access the apartment.
One particularly disappointing aspect was the check-out management. Although check-out was scheduled for 12:00 PM, the electricity was cut off at 10:00 AM, leaving us without heating, hot water, and even the possibility of making a simple coffee for an hour. This significantly affected our final impression.
Finally, we had to follow up two days later to receive our security deposit, something that could easily be avoided with a more efficient management system.
In summary, the apartment has great potential, an excellent location, and a spectacular view, but it needs more attention to operational details. With better organization and care, it could truly reach the next level.
