Hotel 4 stelle a Chengde

Passando per Chengde, ho trovato un hotel dove soggiornare per una notte. I servizi di questo hotel sono nuovissimi! Per le famiglie che viaggiano con bambini, è semplicemente un tesoro. Non è esagerato dire che è l'hotel più attento alle esigenze di genitori e figli che abbia mai visto. Il letto può essere recintato. Se ci sono molte persone che vivono insieme, si può chiedere al personale di aiutarvi a unire i letti, il che è molto comodo. La colazione è molto abbondante e non ci sono piatti precotti. È sana e sicura da mangiare. L'hotel ha anche preparato stoviglie appositamente per i bambini. Questo dettaglio è molto apprezzato! Consiglio vivamente i loro panini fatti a mano.

I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

L'hotel è tranquillo ora e la camera è molto spaziosa e pulita. La posizione è perfetta (diritto nel centro della città). Il ristorante è super bello e il prezzo è ragionevole. La struttura è molto attraente, molto attraente e molto utile.

Went with my wife during the October 7 day holiday . Our normal go to place was the Phoenix hotel that was booked. Place was ok. I say a 3.5/5 Service was good they told us about some tours they offer discounts on and a cool show about an emperor that has like 300 actors in it. Was cheaper than just buying it at the location I booked this because my wife said it was more “central” it was not. Kind of in the middle of nowhere tho near a temple we did visit. The other hotels are near the river and you can walk and see some real nice bridges and lighted up streets. The photos make the building look really cool. While the photos aren’t fake it’s way smaller than I thought it would be. The room itself was kind of small. Like half the size of the phoenix hotel and is only 4 floors so not much of a view. Mine was of a parking lot. Bathroom was nice the toilet was automatic and had a heated seat. No breakfast. Bed wasn’t all that comfortable and not much of a view. Did have a shopping center next door and taxis stopped near it. Kind of pricey but that was because of the 7 day holiday they had. I stayed at phoenix the week before and it was 200 rnb cheaper, nicer, more modern, twice the size, nicer shampoo/soap and had free breakfast.

房間很大，專門為旅行者設計，地面、傢俱簡潔實用方便打掃，利於衞生長期保持，有利於旅行者。床很舒服，訂的雙人間，床夠大，床品潔白衞生。餐廳足夠大。下午到的晚，就在餐廳裏點餐吃飯，我們點了兩個菜問服務員夠不夠吃，她説我們餐廳菜量大，如果不夠吃再點，菜量確實很大，兩個菜沒有吃完，菜做的好吃，也很便宜。早餐很豐富，餐廳的豆漿是自己現磨的很好喝。晚上還點燃了篝火，可以跳舞。服務很好。 衞生：很好👍 服務：周到、温馨。

Questo “Songshu Inn” (“Squirrel Hotel” sul segno reale) è vicino all’ingresso nella “foresta di sette colori” - un luogo sorprendente divertente e familiare per visitare l’estate, bene, almeno per le famiglie che non provengono dalla prateria reale. La maggior parte dei viaggiatori nazionali, ma dovrebbe essere presa in un luogo così meno conosciuto a livello internazionale, ma abbiamo finito per rimanere un giorno in più per visitare i parchi tematici vicino. Come qualcuno che aveva trascorso più di un anno in hotel d'affari/resort in tutto il mondo, voglio dire che l'ospitalità del personale dell'hotel ha davvero superato le mie aspettative.

Arrivati a Chengde, abbiamo scelto di soggiornare in questo hotel. È un po' distante dal Bishushanzhuang, ma molto vicino alla via commerciale locale, il che permette di vivere facilmente la vita del posto. Le camere dell'hotel sono arredate molto bene, le strutture sono nuove di zecca e la vista dalla finestra è fantastica. Inoltre, la stanza era dotata di uno XiaoDu (assistente vocale intelligente) e tende smart, cosa che i bambini hanno apprezzato tantissimo. Il bagno aveva la doccia separata dalla zona servizi e un sedile WC intelligente, la pulizia era davvero ottima. Avevamo prenotato una camera familiare, e le dimensioni erano piuttosto soddisfacenti. La colazione, a 18 yuan a persona, era più o meno al livello di un hotel economico. Tuttavia, un aspetto da considerare è che il parcheggio sotterraneo non ha l'ascensore, quindi bisogna salire a piedi. I posti auto in superficie non sono molti, circa una decina, ma il personale dell'hotel potrebbe aiutarvi a trovarne uno libero, così da non dover fare le scale. Questo è un piccolo inconveniente, ma considerando il prezzo dell'hotel e le strutture offerte, rimane un'opzione con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Se venite a Chengde, posso consigliare questo hotel.

L'esperienza complessiva è stata estremamente confortevole, e la qualità generale ha rispecchiato gli standard del marchio. Le procedure di check-in e check-out sono state semplici ed efficienti, il personale è stato professionale e ha risposto prontamente a ogni nostra richiesta. La pulizia quotidiana della camera è stata impeccabile, anche gli angoli erano ordinati, il bagno era asciutto e senza macchie, e la stanza ben ventilata e priva di odori. La biancheria da letto era della giusta consistenza, né troppo morbida né troppo dura, e la camera era ben insonorizzata, permettendo un riposo notturno indisturbato. La zona circostante offre buoni collegamenti per gli spostamenti, ed è comoda per lo shopping e per cenare. Le strutture dell'hotel erano in ottimo stato. Considerando la categoria, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccezionale. È una scelta senza pensieri per viaggi di lavoro o di piacere, e lo prenderò sicuramente in considerazione per il mio prossimo soggiorno.

Il personale è stato molto cordiale e hanno fornito una gamma completa di prodotti per bambini, inclusi braccialetti antizanzare. Ancora più soddisfacente del servizio, i volti sorridenti! L'hotel si trova a meno di due chilometri dal Piccolo Palazzo del Potala, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, il che lo rende molto comodo. L'hotel dispone di un giardino in miniatura e di una terrazza con vista sul paesaggio circostante. Le camere sono piccole, ma ben attrezzate, pulite e silenziose. È stato un soggiorno molto soddisfacente. Un aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato sarebbe l'ampliamento della scelta della colazione e un ulteriore miglioramento della qualità.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole finché la temperatura è bassa. Ci siamo accorti che, finché il riscaldatore è acceso, le cimici che infestano la stanza escono a frotte e attaccano attivamente qualsiasi fonte di luce nelle vicinanze. Ho contato almeno 12 cimici e ne ho catturate personalmente 8, quindi se non sopportate gli insetti, è meglio tenere la temperatura della stanza il più bassa possibile, perché in genere spariscono e non ci danno fastidio finché la stanza è fredda.
