Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Chengde

Il servizio è stato incredibile. Ci hanno aiutato a pianificare il nostro itinerario sulla Grande Muraglia, ci hanno preparato la cena da portare con noi, hanno organizzato il trasporto... e hanno risposto a tutte le nostre domande. Parlavano un ottimo inglese, il che ci è stato di grande aiuto. Il cibo era buono e a prezzi ragionevoli. Il letto era comodissimo, anche nella camera più economica. La posizione è ovviamente incredibile, una volta fatto lo sforzo in più per arrivarci. Siamo tornati dalla Grande Muraglia a piedi in un'ora. La doccia potrebbe essere migliore, ma comunque buona! I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

Went with my wife during the October 7 day holiday . Our normal go to place was the Phoenix hotel that was booked. Place was ok. I say a 3.5/5 Service was good they told us about some tours they offer discounts on and a cool show about an emperor that has like 300 actors in it. Was cheaper than just buying it at the location I booked this because my wife said it was more “central” it was not. Kind of in the middle of nowhere tho near a temple we did visit. The other hotels are near the river and you can walk and see some real nice bridges and lighted up streets. The photos make the building look really cool. While the photos aren’t fake it’s way smaller than I thought it would be. The room itself was kind of small. Like half the size of the phoenix hotel and is only 4 floors so not much of a view. Mine was of a parking lot. Bathroom was nice the toilet was automatic and had a heated seat. No breakfast. Bed wasn’t all that comfortable and not much of a view. Did have a shopping center next door and taxis stopped near it. Kind of pricey but that was because of the 7 day holiday they had. I stayed at phoenix the week before and it was 200 rnb cheaper, nicer, more modern, twice the size, nicer shampoo/soap and had free breakfast.

Arrivati a Chengde, abbiamo scelto di soggiornare in questo hotel. È un po' distante dal Bishushanzhuang, ma molto vicino alla via commerciale locale, il che permette di vivere facilmente la vita del posto. Il bagno aveva la doccia separata dalla zona servizi e un sedile WC intelligente, la pulizia era davvero ottima. Avevamo prenotato una camera familiare, e le dimensioni erano piuttosto soddisfacenti. La colazione, a 18 yuan a persona, era più o meno al livello di un hotel economico. Tuttavia, un aspetto da considerare è che il parcheggio sotterraneo non ha l'ascensore, quindi bisogna salire a piedi. I posti auto in superficie non sono molti, circa una decina, ma il personale dell'hotel potrebbe aiutarvi a trovarne uno libero, così da non dover fare le scale. Questo è un piccolo inconveniente, ma considerando il prezzo dell'hotel e le strutture offerte, rimane un'opzione con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Se venite a Chengde, posso consigliare questo hotel.

This was without question one of the most beautiful and memorable stays I have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional throughout our stay. Every interaction felt sincere and heartfelt, which made the experience even more special. The property itself is stunning. Surrounded by mountains and nature, it offers a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a true escape from everyday life. The infinity pool was absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunset. Swimming while overlooking the mountains felt like something from a dream. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail had clearly been carefully considered, and the views from the room were spectacular. The breakfast and afternoon tea were another highlight. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and presented with great care. More importantly, you could feel the effort and hospitality behind every meal. It wasn’t just food—it was an experience that reflected the passion and dedication of the team. What truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt cared for and at home. I have stayed in many hotels and guesthouses, but this place is truly special. If you are looking for beautiful scenery, tranquility, exceptional service, and a memorable experience, I cannot recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be returning in the future.

All'inizio faccio fatica a scegliere anche la recensione è positiva, ma quando arrivo e faccio il check-in cambio totalmente opinione. L'ambiente circostante è accogliente, le camere sono pulite e senza odore di sigaretta, anche se forniscono un portacenere nella stanza (suggeriamo al proprietario di portare via il portacenere e di mettere un avviso di fumo nell'area fumatori del fornitore fuori dai locali), i servizi igienici sono luminosi e la pressione dell'acqua è buono (ma spero che il proprietario possa apportare qualche modifica al sistema di cablaggio dello scaldabagno), il cibo è gustoso e le dimensioni sono troppo grandi per chi viaggia da solo (consiglio al proprietario di impostare un prezzo per le dimensioni ridotte per non sprecare il cibo), i genitori del proprietario sono cordiali e offrono sempre un buon servizio. Di notte, l'ambiente circostante è tranquillo e ideale per riposare. è a pochi passi dal centro turistico di Jing Shang Ling, ma se avete intenzione di fare la passeggiata all'alba, il proprietario fornirà un servizio di trasferimento all'ingresso alle 3:30. Nel complesso è una buona scelta soggiornare qui.

The lobby was fancy and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly, even though they didn't speak any English Check-in as a foreign was hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was typical Chinese hotel breakfast food, just normal, but lacking in fresh fruit. It's close enough to the Mountain Scenic area to walk. I have two complaints, though. I had a windowless room, and it smelled awful inside, and the ventilation fan didn't help get rid of the smell. Also, the shower door wouldn't close all the way, so it left a huge puddle on the bathroom floor every time I took a shower. It was uncomfortable taking a shower while trying to hold the door shut as much as possible, too. The room was clean, when I checked in, though, and cleaned daily. I could hear some noise from guests in other rooms, like loud talking and toilets flushing. It would definitely be better if I had gotten a room with windows, to help get that smell out. It's easy to walk along the river from this hotel's location, though.

Ho contato almeno 12 cimici e ne ho catturate personalmente 8, quindi se non sopportate gli insetti, è meglio tenere la temperatura della stanza il più bassa possibile, perché in genere spariscono e non ci danno fastidio finché la stanza è fredda.

Sono profondamente soddisfatto dopo aver soggiornato qui. Innanzitutto, la sua posizione strategica, i comodi trasporti e le complete strutture circostanti facilitano notevolmente la mia vita quotidiana. In secondo luogo, il design delle stanze è ragionevole, l'illuminazione è buona e l'ambiente abitativo è confortevole e piacevole. Infine, il servizio di gestione della proprietà è stato premuroso e meticoloso e ha risolto vari problemi riscontrati durante il mio soggiorno. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza abitativa molto piacevole e la valuto altamente. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque cerchi un alloggio di qualità.
