春節入住，感覺很温暖，進入大廳挺震撼。前台工作人員顏值高，態度特別好，後來知道是店長，職業素養真的棒，給人如沐春風的感覺。早餐種類也不錯，有我喜歡的大米粥和米線。有孩子喜歡的古城酸奶。還有書法，剪紙，棉花糖等手工，氛圍感拉滿。房間熱水一秒熱，絕了。暖氣很足，穿短袖就行。開業不久，毛巾啥的都很新，乾淨。比長治的同級別酒店都要好，下次來一定再住。

太原歸途途中路過長治，搜尋酒店看到有歡朋，之前住過多個城市的歡朋，留下的印象都不錯，加上這家去年開業，於是選擇了這家，入住前專門留言“高層、朝陽”房間，還收到攜程專門發來短訊，已轉達酒店，還提前付款了房間費用，在我看來就是鎖定了房間，不管有沒有人住，房間已被我付款費用預訂了。到達酒店時，已是晚七點多了，經過溝通，前台一位女士説現有的已沒有了，現在調換朝陽、高層房間就需要升級了，説“我們的房費很貴的”，本來很平常一件事，聽到這句後很生氣，反問“再貴也得有個價吧？”，結果一看也就475，也就這個價，我以為過千了。經過溝通，我不需要加錢升級，但需要給五星好評，讓我加微信，截圖給他們，我拒絕加微信！説實話，不需要要求，我也會給五星，因為設施比較新，其他服務業不錯，環境也可以，停車很方便，最值得別的酒店學習的地方是洗漱區可以和休息區隔開，加上附近還有兩家需要排隊等才能吃飯的熱門飯店。
