Hotel 4 stelle a Ginevra

I was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him! The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities. Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine. I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well. The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

Located conveniently near the airport and at the terminal of 2 bus lines, this hotel is clean, comfortable and spacious. There are grocery stores nearby, and a bar and restaurant at the ground floor. The gym and the laundry room are must-haves for business travelers. The abundance of chairs and sofas on the ground floor are great for hanging out and entertaining visitors.

L'hotel è stato conveniente per un breve soggiorno a Ginevra, soprattutto quando viaggiate con un sacco di bagagli. L'hotel offre biglietti di autobus gratuito al centro della città e bus regolari per l'aeroporto. La camera dell'hotel era piccola ma pulita. Se si sceglie una camera da letto doppia in Europa, si prega di tenere presente che la dimensione del letto è spesso 80 cm invece di 120 cm in Asia.

Best hotel in Geneva. Affordable price with good location just 400m away from Geneve Railway station. Easy to find. Walking distance to Lake Geneva. Accessible to Migros and Coop. Comfortable and clean room. Most important for us as Asian is the toilet provide bidet. Like it very much. And the room also had bathtub. Great stay in Geneva before catching our flight the next day..

Hotel molto confortevole, davanti alla stazione ferroviaria, ci piaceva stare qui, abbiamo una stanza davanti al fiume con una vista fantastica! Personale molto amichevole

La stanza era pulita, le letti o mattoni erano buoni. La posizione è buona, a volte troppo forte. La colazione è cattiva: insalata di frutta fermentata, mancanza di qualità alimentare!

La posizione è molto conveniente e accessibile. È a 1 minuto a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e 2 fermate dalla stazione Cornavin. Il personale era sempre amichevole e accessibile. Anche se non ho detto che sarebbe il mio compleanno, mi hanno preparato una piccola ricchezza nel mio secondo giorno di soggiorno. Grazie veramente! L'hotel e la camera sono puliti. Molto piacevole agli occhi. La stanza è stata dotata di un socket universale che è stato utile dal momento che il mio bagaglio è stato ritardato e non ho un adattatore di viaggio con me. In tutto, ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole. Grazie N’vy!

Come hotel d'affari con il minimo minimo, letto e doccia, e la comodità di essere vicino all'aeroporto, è ok. Il buffet per colazione a CHF32 è stato molto buono. Ginevra è una città costosa per se. Questa settimana, penso che ci fossero fiere/eventi nella città che coltivavano gli hotel e portavano i prezzi. Cosa che si deve lamentare: la doccia non ha una porta, quindi il bagno si bagna. Non ci sono strutture come scarpe cortese, spazzole e pasta dentale (Sì, salvare il pianeta ...) E il mixer della doccia ti dà 3 opzioni: freddo, caldo e freddo-caldo-caldo ... Quindi, la doccia è una sfida. Pensate a questi hotel ”catena/marca”, perché è questo che si fa per far andare la loro EPS e piacere ai loro azionisti.

Although I had bed bug bites and was uncertain whether I had gotten it in the hotel or the hotel before, there was no proper procedures, only a “it has not happened before” and an alleged check by a private hire. Although its likely to be from the hotel before, there was no attempts at remedy or assistance, which leads me to believe that customer service may not be the strength of the hotel. It was otherwise a good hotel, which would have garnered higher ratings if they were to treat certain problems more seriously. (There was also a stoppage of water during my stay which was by no means the fault of the hotel, but during that time, maybe water could be provided by the hotel for if customers do have the needs)
