Hotel con palestra a Ginevra

I was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him! The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities. Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine. I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well. The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

I was extremely surprised by the quality of service. Everybody was extremely nice very helpful. The room was spacious big bathroom, extremely clean Great amenities gym sauna. The room had an everything you can wish Washer dryer microwave oven coffee machine and more I will definitely go back there. Had a great experience.

Tutto è stato perfetto, dal servizio impeccabile alla pulizia impeccabile delle camere. Il personale era estremamente accogliente e sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. Le strutture erano moderne e ben tenute, e la colazione inclusa nel prezzo era varia e deliziosa. La posizione dell'hotel è ideale, vicino alle principali attrazioni turistiche. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel e ci tornerò sicuramente durante il mio prossimo soggiorno.

Il servizio era un'area di grande insoddisfazione, e mi sentivo incomodo e mi sono esposto durante il colazione quando un membro del personale, in particolare vestito in una camicia blu, decise di dovermi insegnare come usare una spazzola e un forno al contatore del buffet. Questo comportamento intrusivo non solo è stato condescendente, ma anche culturalmente insensibile, soprattutto verso l'ospite predominantemente asiatico demografico. La sua costante supervisione sulla mia spalla era inutile e sgradevole. Devi prendere e tornare alla stessa posizione la mangiata e il forno, altrimenti verrà a guardarti e a mettere di nuovo le mani. Inoltre, il personale del servizio frontale non aveva caldo e amicizia, e la loro atteggiamento era deludentemente insufficiente rispetto all'ospitalità che si aspetta da un hotel così altamente qualificato.

This hotel is ok if you are not coming in hot summer. Bad AC! Indoor temperature is even higher than lobby/other public area. And if you happen to have room on 7F, congrats! You pay higher room rate but you have to carry your own luggage from 6F to 7F (it’s a loft)

Molto buona posizione, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e interscambio di autobus (può prendere autobus a Chamonix o alcuni altri destinazioni), e molto alcuni ristoranti circostanti, così facile da mangiare. La struttura è molto amichevole, offre una mappa della città e presenta il modo di andare al traguardo, informato che può ottenere il biglietto barca gratuito al lago Geniva con la prenotazione e inviato a noi per e-mail. In generale raccomandato!

L'hotel situato vicino alle Nazioni Unite, il trasporto pubblico è gratuito per viaggiare a Ginevra, il personale dell'hotel aiuterà a registrarsi quando si accede. La stanza era pulita, ma i mobili erano un po' vecchi come previsto. Il colazione è stato offerto con semi-buffet, una varietà di scelte alimentari, la qualità dei cibi è stata bello.

Nice facilities and spacious room. It took us about 15 minutes to walk from the airport terminal to the hotel so it is a good option for Geneva airport transfer.
