Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Ascott Residence Dhaka. Grazie speciali al signor Bashar per aver fornito un servizio eccellente e una calda ospitalità per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. However, I was disappointed that I didn’t receive a room with balcony access, even though I had booked it well in advance and specifically requested it. Aside from that, the hotel staff were accommodating and courteous, which I truly appreciated. In terms of cleanliness, the room appeared clean at first glance but lacked attention to detail. It seemed like the bedsheets and duvet cover hadn’t been changed, as there were multiple stains on them. The bathroom floor also had several strands of hair, which were only noticeable if you looked closely. The breakfast was average—not a wide variety, but the food tasted good. One downside was the air conditioning; it was outdated and not so comfortable. What stood out the most was the friendliness some of the staff. Their warm and helpful attitude made a big difference in my experience.

The hotel is close to city centre and very accessible as it is just a few minutes walk from the metro station. The room is spacious and clean, which is far beyond my expectation. The restaurant provides vast variety of food. The staff in restaurant are friendly and helpful, Special mention to server Ashik, who was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
