DDin I.My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail.
I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue.
Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. One minor observation is that the barrier around the pool felt quite high.okay
Special thanks to Ishteaque Mohammed, Executive Sales and Marketing. He assisted me before the booking process. I had many questions and concerns prior to confirming the reservation, and he provided clear, helpful information that made the booking decision easy and reassuring.

NNicolaas Maria BosIt's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities.

UUtente anonimoHotel Shuktara provided excellent service, with clean, safe - newly painted small basic rooms but with everything you may need. Cost effective option situated in Dhaka, behavior of the staff was excellent and Shahin was very kind. Hotel staff was available if you have any questions or concerns. They were always helpful, provided small currency exchange, daily room service, held luggage after check out and can coordinate CNG or rickshaws. There is 24/7 front desk and security outside the building. Buffet breakfast was plentiful of options which varied a bit every day. Free water refills at restaurant during breakfast, water bottles provided by daily housekeeping, tea kettle and mini fridge in room, WiFi worked great. Location was good to explore some of Dhaka during the day, however it’s unadvisable to be out in the area late. There’s two restaurants in the building, Starlight provided great attentive service and was a very hygienic restaurant. I can recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an affordable budget accommodation in Dhaka.
