Hotel 4 stelle a Yerevan

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

So many restaurants near by Super market right in front Many tour spot were easily accessible Many tour bus starts from the square near by But more Air BNB facility If you are big group it might be good to stay Living room tv didn’t work and curtains were see though At night I couldn’t stay in the living room because of no privacy Except that facility was good

Questo non è un hotel a 4 stelle, è un solido 3 stelle! L'hotel è pulito. La colazione è buona. E questo è tutto. Il personale non apre la porta né aiuta con i bagagli: questo è un problema vostro. La ventilazione del bagno non funziona. L'insonorizzazione delle camere è assolutamente incredibile. Si sentono i vicini che si svegliano, che fanno la doccia, che mettono a bollire l'acqua e, ovviamente, che usano il bagno. Avevamo una camera al secondo piano: la strada è vicina, non si possono aprire le finestre e il rumore della strada è pazzesco. E la ciliegina sulla torta: l'edificio è in fase di ristrutturazione e il rumore del trapano è insopportabile. In generale

Все понравилось. Персонал отзывчивый. Ресторан на крыше шикарный. Завтрак очень понравился.

Замечательный отель! Удобное расположение в самом центре. До любой локации удобно добираться пешком. Очень чисто, убираются на совесть! Вежливое обслуживание! Администрация также всегда на связи, быстро отвечает на вопросы. Нужно учитывать, что в некоторых номерах окна замурованы со стороны улицы, то есть там стена, а окно формальное. У нас было такое в спальне, поэтому не критично. Небольшое пожелание насчет подушек, хотелось бы подушки побольше и не по одной на человека, чтоб был выбор. В целом проживанием остались довольны! В следующий раз возможно также остановимся здесь!

Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Yerevan. The location is truly top-tier - right in the center and extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offers very good value for money overall. It has the feel of a solid business hotel: efficient, comfortable, clean, and reliable. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with any request at any time, which made the stay especially pleasant. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and welcoming. Breakfasts were also surprisingly good: varied, tasty, and very well serviced. Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a hotel I would happily return to.

Dopo aver contattato Ctrip, l'hotel mi ha assegnato una camera al quarto piano, il che è finalmente tornato alla normalità. L'insonorizzazione generale dell'hotel era pessima, ma la colazione era davvero buona e la posizione era discreta, molto vicina alla cattedrale e a pochi passi dalla piazza principale.

Le foto non rendono giustizia a questo posto! È davvero incantevole e fresco, e la nostra camera sembrava appena ristrutturata o comunque tenuta con molta cura, e sia la camera che la biancheria erano impeccabili. La camera era molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata, così come la reception. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile (abbiamo avuto qualche problema con i vicini rumorosi e ci hanno aiutato con delicatezza). La piscina è davvero grande e bella, con molti lettini e una vista mozzafiato sul Monte Ararat. La colazione era ottima, preparata al momento e con un'ampia scelta. L'hotel non è in centro, ma la posizione è comunque comoda: andavamo in centro a piedi e poi tornavamo con lo Yandex (che di solito costa 1600 AMD). Ci torneremmo volentieri!

Da buono: una bella camera accogliente, una piscina classica sulla strada, all'interno era un affascinante spa, solo nel hammam profumato cane bagnato. Bene ragazze piacevoli sul resepshen e il ragazzo che era nel dislocamento (22.05.26 in 22:00-23:00). Il secondo giorno c’era un altro uomo, e lui era il più sconvolta possibile con la mia richiesta - portare una sedia nella stanza. Mi ha offerto di toglierlo dal lobby e di tirarlo fuori. Credo che un servizio simile sia inaccettabile per un hotel che richiede 5 stelle. Dei danni: molti oli gettati quando si cucina omelet, lo stomaco era in shock. Per il colazione non c'è pesce, s/s crocodile. La Commissione ha inoltre adottato una serie di misure per la promozione della competitività e dell'occupazione, che sono state adottate nel corso della riunione del Consiglio dei ministri del giugno scorso.

Отель по своему расположению шикарен, 10 минут пешком до каскада, рядом метро и много магазинов. Но из плюсов, помимо цены, это все. Если номер еще в целом неплох, то кровать.... это тихий ужас, двуспальная кровать, с тонким матрасом, тонкими подушками, из за которых весь отпуск ужасно болела шея и невозможно было хорошо выспаться, плюс еще шторы до конца не закрывались и солнце постоянно било в глаза. Так же уборка номеров, по ощущению, только по требованию, потому что первые 2 дня у нас не убирались и только после просьбы у нас наконец то стало чисто и выяснилось что уборка то каждый день вообще. И самый странный момент, который произошел 2 раза за отпуск, к нам просто по приколу два раза зашел билбой, открыв электронным ключом, заглянул и вышел обратно, на вопрос что происходит, он ответил что то невнятное про чрезвычайные ситуации и удалился. Поэтому если будете бронировать здесь номер, знайте с безопасностью тут проблемы.
