Hotel con colazione a Yerevan

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan è una buona opzione nel suo segmento, soprattutto se si apprezza hotel freschi e appena aperti. L'hotel è stato aperto solo di recente, e si può davvero sentire tutto è assolutamente nuovo, pulito, e fresco, dalle camere alle aree comuni. Le camere si sentono moderne, confortevoli e ben mantenute, rendendo il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole. La posizione può essere leggermente discutibile a seconda di ciò che stai cercando. È ancora molto centrale e a pochi passi da quasi ogni punto principale della città, ma forse un po' più lontano dalle principali aree di cammino e di svago rispetto ad altri hotel centrali. Questo è il ”lungo” di Erevan qui significa camminare intorno a 10-minute, quindi è tutto molto relativo. Il personale e il servizio erano davvero incredibili, tutti molto benvenuti, attenti e veramente disposti a ospitare gli ospiti in ogni modo possibile. Cercano davvero di aiutare e rendere il soggiorno comodo. In generale, un'impressione molto piacevole e un hotel mi piacerebbe assolutamente rimanere di nuovo.

Это был прекрасный опыт. Из-за задержки рейса мы прибыли в отель уже в 6:00 и нам разрешили поздний выезд в 14:00. Мы успели очень вкусно позавтракатть. Завтраки сытные и хорошее качество продуктов. До нашего следующего рейса было несколько часов и мы оставили свой багаж в камере хранения отеля и пошли гулять. Отель находится  в паре минут пешком от Площади Республики, где мы побывали и также прогулялись по паркам рядом.  Затем вернулись в отель и в отличной обстановке  в уютном внутреннем дворике отеля вкусно поужинали в ресторане Jivan. Вообщем, отель закрыл нам все наши потребности. При этом хочу отметить особенно внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Самое приятное впечатление от отеля. Благодарю всех.

Hotel stay was very nice and the room was very large and clean

Posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria centrale, a circa 30 minuti a piedi dal centro città. Letto molto comodo, buona ricezione. Consigliato sia per chi viaggia per lavoro che per piacere in città.

La stanza era enorme e sembrava grande. Il mobilio era comodo. Internet era eccellente. E 'vicina al circo e al Monumento della Madre Armenia, ma non camminabile verso altri siti turistici. Un problema che avevo era l'isolamento del rumore. La porta è molto alta e c’è una grande lacuna sotto la porta, che credo possa portare più suoni dalla sala, e ho sentito anche le pesanti passi degli altri ospiti qualche notte. Se non sei un sonno leggero e non ti dispiace guidare o prendere un taxi, direi che è davvero buono.

L'hotel mi è piaciuto molto. Il personale è stato accogliente e disponibile, e la camera era pulita e spaziosa. C'erano tutti i comfort: pantofole, shampoo, bagnoschiuma e sapone. C'erano anche un bollitore, acqua e tè/caffè. La posizione era perfetta! A 25 minuti dall'aeroporto. A cinque minuti c'è un grande supermercato con un ufficio di cambio valuta. Il centro città e Cascade sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi. La colazione era in stile europeo (uova strapazzate, grano saraceno con verdure, pancake e salsicce) ed era deliziosa. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Grazie!

Ottima soluzione economica! Lontano dalle principali attrazioni della città, ma con servizio autobus nelle vicinanze (scaricate l'app Yandex), supermercati e un piccolo chiosco dove acquistare una scheda SIM. Personale cordiale, ma con una conoscenza dell'inglese molto scarsa.

Questo hotel è un po' distante dal centro, circa 30 minuti a piedi. La zona è piuttosto desolata e per raggiungerlo bisogna attraversare un ponte; nelle vicinanze non ci sono praticamente servizi. C'è comunque un bar all'interno dell'hotel. Le camere sono pulite, con arredamento nuovo, biancheria da letto e materasso di buona qualità, e il prezzo è accessibile. Il deposito bagagli è a pagamento. Nel complesso, sono rimasta soddisfatta del soggiorno.

Отель по своему расположению шикарен, 10 минут пешком до каскада, рядом метро и много магазинов. Но из плюсов, помимо цены, это все. Если номер еще в целом неплох, то кровать.... это тихий ужас, двуспальная кровать, с тонким матрасом, тонкими подушками, из за которых весь отпуск ужасно болела шея и невозможно было хорошо выспаться, плюс еще шторы до конца не закрывались и солнце постоянно било в глаза. Так же уборка номеров, по ощущению, только по требованию, потому что первые 2 дня у нас не убирались и только после просьбы у нас наконец то стало чисто и выяснилось что уборка то каждый день вообще. И самый странный момент, который произошел 2 раза за отпуск, к нам просто по приколу два раза зашел билбой, открыв электронным ключом, заглянул и вышел обратно, на вопрос что происходит, он ответил что то невнятное про чрезвычайные ситуации и удалился. Поэтому если будете бронировать здесь номер, знайте с безопасностью тут проблемы.
