Hotel con colazione a Yerevan

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Il miglior hotel che abbiamo soggiornato nel Caucaso! Amo il servizio professionale dal desk front, camere molto pulite, sorprendente colazione e dopo 2 giorni di colazione all'hotel, il personale molto attento nella zona del colazione rimmi anche il mio soprannome! È stata una piacevole sorpresa! Avevo sempre apprezzato il momento e mi dispiaceva di andarsene.

L'hotel è nuovo, visibile in design moderno e pulito nelle camere. La posizione è solo super tutte le attrazioni principali sono in disponibilità passo per passo. Vorrei sottolineare in particolare l'amichevole e attento personale, che è sempre pronto a aiutare e rendere il vostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Molto soddisfatto della vostra scelta e con piacere consigliare questo hotel a tutti coloro che pianificano un viaggio!

Отличное расположение отеля, в пешей доступности к площади Республики. Очень внимательный и услужливый персонал. Завтрак выше всяческих похвал. Разрешили бесплатно выехать из отеля на час позже. В номере чисто, тихо, удобный матрас. Работает круглосуточный ресторан и рум сервис. Ночью голодными не останетесь)

Hotel stay was very nice and the room was very large and clean

Facile raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni: Piazza della Repubblica in 5 minuti, il mercato delle pulci locale in 3 minuti, il supermercato Carrefour in 3 minuti. Detto questo, l'ambiente circostante è un po' buio e silenzioso, con un cantiere proprio accanto all'hotel. Camera spaziosa, una bottiglia d'acqua gratuita all'arrivo. La cosa che non mi piace è l'aria condizionata piuttosto calda (inutile da regolare). Alla fine ho dovuto aprire le finestre, ma poi sono entrate le zanzare. Un'altra cosa non così bella è che la colazione a buffet iniziava piuttosto tardi, alle 8:00. Le escursioni giornaliere di solito iniziano alle 9:00 (e in un'altra località a circa 10-15 minuti di distanza). Questo significa che ho dovuto fare colazione in fretta, entro 15-20 minuti.

Ho appena fatto il check-in e volevo lasciare la mia recensione ora, dato che domani è il mio ultimo giorno a Yerevan e sarò impegnato. Ho prenotato una notte tramite Trip.com: tutto è esattamente come descritto. La camera è pulita, accogliente e ha alcuni extra utili: un divano che si trasforma in un piccolo letto, un mobiletto aggiuntivo, un bidet in bagno e persino tè e acqua di benvenuto offerti. Anche il materasso è super comodo, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. Il personale è molto accogliente e gentile. Non c'è ascensore, ma sono felici di aiutarvi con i bagagli e qualsiasi cosa di cui abbiate bisogno. La posizione potrebbe essere un po' difficile da trovare la prima volta, dato che l'hotel si trova all'interno di un complesso residenziale. Ma una volta arrivati, è facile da raggiungere. Basta cercare la stradina subito dopo Armeconombank, seguirla fino in fondo e, quando raggiungete il cortile, guardate alla vostra destra: vedrete l'edificio. Questa recensione arriva dopo aver cambiato molti hotel nell'ultima settimana e, onestamente, questo si distingue per il suo valore, comfort e servizio. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Thumbs up to all the staff .The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.

La stanza era enorme e sembrava grande. Il mobilio era comodo. Internet era eccellente. E 'vicina al circo e al Monumento della Madre Armenia, ma non camminabile verso altri siti turistici. Un problema che avevo era l'isolamento del rumore. La porta è molto alta e c’è una grande lacuna sotto la porta, che credo possa portare più suoni dalla sala, e ho sentito anche le pesanti passi degli altri ospiti qualche notte. Se non sei un sonno leggero e non ti dispiace guidare o prendere un taxi, direi che è davvero buono.

Отель соответствует заявленной цене проживания, но не соответствует заявленному количеству звезд. Впечатление хорошее, но отсутствие чайных ложек на завтраке создает некоторое неудобство.
