Hotel 4 stelle a Saranda

What an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil , The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone ❤️

The room was clean, the staff was super helpful and nice. The pool outside was amazing and open for a long time, they provide towels. The breakfast was amazing with lots of different options. The only thing missing was a thicker blanket. And the time for checkout is pretty early.

Un posto così bello e un personale meraviglioso, in particolare la receptionist Tanna, che ci ha fatto sentire così a nostro agio e ci ha persino suggerito posti dove andare e fare. Il cibo fresco e il personale delle pulizie eccezionale, mi pento solo di non aver dato consigli, ma lasciando questa recensione spero che darà loro un aumento di stipendio

I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. This is the kind of hospitality you remember. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Azura to anyone looking for a place where exceptional service comes from the heart. The couple who own the place were really welcoming and made sure to help us out with even minute things like a charging plug. The road to the hotel is steep and scary but the views are definitely worth it all. Recommended to enjoy the sunset from the sea view room.

Our stay at Hotel Havana in Sarandë was overall very pleasant — the location is great, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there and felt comfortable throughout the stay. However, some elements of the listing can be a bit misleading. The hotel’s restaurant is currently closed, and the breakfast is very limited, almost portioned exactly per guest, with coffee available only as americano. I fully understand that this may be due to the end of the tourist season, but it would be helpful if such information were clearly mentioned in the announcement so guests can plan accordingly. Despite these small issues, we still had a good experience, and the hotel has potential to offer an even better stay with just a few improvements.

Grande servizio con grande host e grandi strutture (bagnola soprattutto e stanza pulita) Anche se siamo arrivati tardi, che era 3 AM, gli ospiti ci hanno aiutato a controllare facilmente. Siamo svegliati tardi e il tempo del colazione è finito, ma l’ospite ci ha chiesto se volevamo colazione. La piscina all'aperto era grande per nuotare. Anche 15 minuti dal terminale degli autobus ci hanno fatto venire qui facilmente

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti qui in maggio, e sinceramente saremo tornati! Bello hotel, e favolosa spiaggia! La nostra camera era bella e pulita e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva (compresa l'acqua nel frigorifero e il tè/caffè). E' stata pulita ogni giorno ad un livello elevato. Il colazione (gratuito!) era fab, molte scelte e bello e fresco! La spiaggia e il letto solare erano fantastiche, bellissime e proprio davanti all'hotel!!! Mangiavamo cena nel ristorante e il cibo era davvero buono! La crema grigliata e la salata mediterranea sono stati un punto di riferimento per me :-) ma ciò che rende davvero questo posto è il personale - amichevole, gentile, utile e davvero concentrato sul buon servizio! Grita a un giovane capo che è anche un pittore e un decoratore (quando non è un cameriere) - così utile e amichevole il personale alla reception (molto utile) e il meraviglioso personale nel bar della spiaggia che lo ha fatto così possiamo guardare il calcio : -) la posizione è anche fab - fuori città, ma solo 30 minuti a piedi e così bello e tranquillo! Wpuld altamente raccomandato!

Very different from the showed pictures. Our room really needed a refurbished. When we arrived they said we were not allowed to use the kitchen when clearly the description said we could. No cookware available. After speaking with reception they agreed to give us 3 glasses and forks and only one pot.

Un hotel a richiesta e giustamente così! Super posizione a sud della spiaggia con incredibili viste sulla promenade e sul mare. Il 6° piano è il modo di andare! La colazione era un po' sottostante, ma non lasciare che ti spegni la prenotazione ( finché si può garantire la stanza giusta!).
