Hotel 3 stelle a Saranda

Il posto era molto moderno, arredato con gusto, pulito e molto tranquillo. Tutto il personale era molto gentile e disponibile. C'era solo un aspetto negativo dell'hotel: avevamo prenotato il soggiorno con colazione inclusa, che veniva servita in un ristorante di fronte all'hotel, il che andava bene per noi, ma limitavano la quantità di cibo che potevamo ordinare 😓 solo una bevanda, un piatto e due fette di pane a persona ☹️ se si sceglievano le uova, erano consentite solo due uova a persona. Io non mangio molto la mattina, ma se qualcuno lo fa, il mio consiglio è di non includere la colazione nella prenotazione.

Good hotel with a fantastic view . I had a 1 bed apartment fully furnished with everything you need for your stay . The view was breath taking as it is situated on a hill & rooms spacious and come with balconies . A bit far from the main attractions but taxi’s are available . The service was good but there is no restaurant so you have to order food from outside or go out to eat . There are a few nice places near by to eat and drink . If you are going to ksmail you can get a bus from down town for about €5 , over all a pleasant stay

The owners at the reception were very friendly and they are very understanding and they tried to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is 15 min away from the port by foot and everything is available within 5 min walk. Some of the apartments are nicer than others but the superior apartment was amazing and had everything one would need.

Un hotel molto buono e fresco con un'atmosfera accogliente e una posizione conveniente solo 5-10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge. Sono vicini i caffè e i negozi, ma non ci sono strade rumorose intorno. Il personale è amichevole e utile, la pulizia della stanza è eccellente, le tole sono di buona qualità. Se sei fortunato con i vicini e seguono le regole fondamentali della vita della comunità, il soggiorno può essere perfetto. Un altro grande plus l'hotel ha il proprio parcheggio.

The place was good enough for the money, 15 minutes walk from the Sarandë center / bus stop, which is big disadvantage if you want to take a taxi they would charge you a lot. But it’s calm and not far from a rocky beach. The amenities are clean and good. Balcony was nice specially morning view of the sea. Considering it’s blocked by trees and buildings. The area is quiet and you can sleep nicely. The bed in the bedroom is comfy however not ventilated so you would need to turn the AC a bit earlier to keep the apartment cool. PS no washing machine and the owner would charge you for each wash.

I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. This is the kind of hospitality you remember. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Azura to anyone looking for a place where exceptional service comes from the heart. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Siamo stati qui per 3 notti in un gruppo di sei e abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza. L'hotel è moderno, pulito e in una grande posizione con splendide viste sul mare. Le camere erano spaziose, confortevoli e pulite quotidianamente. Il personale era amichevole, accogliente e sempre disposto ad aiutare con qualsiasi domanda.Il colazione era fresco e offre una buona varietà ogni mattina. La posizione è eccellente, con facile accesso alla città di Sarandë, Ksamil, ristoranti, supermercati e la spiaggia. In generale, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. In definitiva, consiglierei l'Hotel Orchids a coppie, famiglie e gruppi che visitano Sarandë, e mi piacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo.

La posizione dell'hotel era eccellente e conveniente, e la pulizia era buona in generale. Tuttavia, l'esperienza di servizio era deludente. Non c'era acqua potabile fornita nella stanza, che era inconveniente per gli ospiti. La colazione era inclusa, ma vi erano molto limitate opzioni vegetariane, quindi non può essere la scelta migliore per i viaggiatori vegetariani. Le strutture erano medie, ma l'ospitalità e il servizio si potevano certamente migliorare.

The room is a bit hot at the beginning because the AC and the fridge were turned of when we arrived so they took time to run properly. The pool was fun however since it’s a outdoor pool so it wasn’t that clean, just at an acceptable level. Some lights weren’t lighting The toilet is not very clean - it smells. The shower sometimes doesn’t have hot water and sometimes worser, doesn’t have water at all. But one good thing about it is that the toilet and the shower are separated, that’s especially useful when we’re travelling in a group of 5 as we can use different areas at the same time. View is beautiful - sea view Good location, many beaches and restaurants around it.
