Absolutely fantastic location, right in the heart of the Waterfront area. The hotel restaurant is excellent as well.

We booked this accommodations with high hopes given the good reviews but unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to standard. We got the room on the ground floor with a full kitchen but the fridge was full of mould. For the mould to get this many, black and clearly visible to the human eye, it should have been there for a while. As we were just staying 2 nights, we just decided it was safer not to use the fridge. Housekeeping puts a lot of effort into tidying the room, the beds and tables but it's odd that they have left the fridge alone. Otherwise, the location was great - one of the better value for money accommodations in Sea point, and guests are free to get coffee/tea from the coffee machine at the communal area anytime.

Perché qui era la spazzatura data dalla scuola, quindi viveva una settimana, molto buono, pulito, buon servizio, ci sono persone che ti aiutano a tagliare la scatola, pronti a fare i soldi, lavorano molto entusiasta. Perché ho prenotato il più economico a 12 persone online, più della metà di loro erano giovani ragazzi europei, hahaha.Ho aggiunto 80 Ray per cambiare la stanza speciale di difesa per le ragazze che vivevano prima, perché il volo era di meno di dieci ore. Ho scelto un'altra ragione per cui ci sono un negozio di alloggio, e ci saranno molte attività nel gruppo, lezioni di pranzo gratuite, passeggiate, viaggi di montagna e così via, e naturalmente anche viaggi di un giorno pagati, e così via. Il prezzo è economico, se posso essere integrato nel gruppo è ancora una buona scelta.

Отель оставил исключительно положительные впечатления. Он расположен немного в стороне от самого Кейптауна, но для меня это оказалось большим преимуществом. Здесь царят тишина и уединение, ощущение спокойствия и полной безопасности — даже в позднее вечернее время можно чувствовать себя абсолютно комфортно. Территория вокруг отеля прекрасно развита: рядом есть разнообразные магазины, где можно найти всё необходимое, уютные сувенирные лавки, рестораны и кафе. Отдельно хочется отметить кофейни — кофе там действительно очень вкусный и атмосферный. Номера светлые, чистые и ухоженные, с потрясающим видом на океан. По состоянию номера — ни одного замечания: всё продумано и удобно. Уборка на высоком уровне. Персонал заслуживает отдельной похвалы — всегда вежливый, внимательный и готов помочь в любое время суток.

This bed and breakfast is in the ideal location to visit Simon’s town and its coastline however the actual set up of the bed and breakfast is a huge let down. We arrived to find our room was not ready, once it was the place still looked unkempt, there was a bucket in the bath, the furniture had not been returned to its original locations well and the complimentary items seemed used. On our second night there was load shedding a common occurrence however there seemed to be no precautionary measures taken and we had to use our phone lights to climb the three flights of stairs to our room only to find the rechargeable light (obviously for such occasions) had no batteries and was therefore useless. As South African citizens we fully understand the uncertainty of power but for the cost and normal clientele of this accommodation we really expected there to be more in place. The meal times had been adjusted for the convenience of the staff who were on the premises compared to the welcome sheet details we received on arrival. The whole place seemed to be being run by support staff with no obvious manager on site for the three days we were there (we stayed over a weekend which I would assume to be a prime time) There is about 4 parking sports in front of the building but they were not being used to their full potential and often we had to park a little further away. Overall the location was the main positive. Considering the price we would have hoped to have better amenities and hope that the profile for this accommodation can be amended as there are no pools on the property unlike what the description had lead us to believe. Luckily the charm of Simon’s town and the beaches made up for the serious lack of attention to detail and luxury you would assume a place this price and in this location would have. 3/10 would probably not go there again.

I would like to share my experience of staying in this apartment. We lived there very poorly because it’s a self-service setup with only two plates. If I’m using one plate for something else and my partner is using another plate, I no longer have a plate to prepare another dish. We literally had two plates in the house, as if it were a hotel where they would cook for us—we wouldn’t need more dishes for anything. How can I buy groceries for two plates, with literally one spoon per person and one teaspoon to share in the morning for our coffee, and one cup per person? Additionally, we did not have a broom, and it was very difficult to clean after ourselves. We had to wait for cleaning/maintenance to come for at 10am while we skip the dirt or use a tissue to clean, even though we don’t want to invite anyone in we had to choice , We can’t even scrub the floor on our own; we had to wait until we sleep and wait for them. No shower caps , no toothbrushes to toothpaste to start the stay ,not even little enough to get comfortable when you check in ,,I don’t recommend it for travelers who land late at night , it’s not helpful at all you sleep dirty here until shops open , they run out of heaters and leave you freezing in the room , check out time is 10am so it your flight is 6pm on the same day be prepared to roam around the streets like a homeless while you Stayed a night with them , what happened to 12pm check out time and 2pm as latest ??? My partner was working night shift and had to be kicked out at 10am with his flight at 6pm ! He asked to rest for 2 hours and check out at 12 they charged 50% of room rate for sleeping for 2 hours not even half a day. This apartment is not helpful at all and they prioritize charging you more instead of availing themselves for help , bedsheets are changed after 3 days which means if you on your periods as woman and you mess up the bedsheets you have to sleep with blood for the next 2 days -Why ??? I believe beds should be changed everyday as per the room rate calculations for each day unless they mean we pack our own bedsheets for emergencies…additionally there was a construction that would grill the roof while you sleeping at 8am so again my partner couldn’t sleep after working night shifts WITHOUT A WARNING!!! We regretted staying here and one traumatic issue of plates : I wash after every meal because no extra plates to push for another day , washing using my hands since there was no scrubbing 🧽 . I felt like i didn’t pay enough to stay here .

L'hotel si trova proprio accanto a dove prendi l'autobus ”sali e scendi” che è molto buono. Si trova tra la ”Piazza del Mercato Verde” e la ”Via Lunga”. In questa piazza, la mattina presto vengono allestite bancarelle che vendono artigianato. Ho letto lamentele riguardo al rumore la mattina durante l'allestimento delle bancarelle (visto che devono montare presto e smontare dopo le 17) ma in realtà non è fastidioso. Ho avuto una brutta esperienza poiché alle 19 sono stata derubata nella strada tra l'hotel e la chiesa che si affaccia sulla Plaza. Mi hanno rubato il cellulare. Ci sono molte persone che ti chiedono di comprare loro del cibo o di dar loro del cibo, stai molto attento. Il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale e disponibile. Le camere sono essenziali. Il letto è comodo, il bagno è un po' stretto, non molto comodo. Il giorno del check-out non c'era nessuno alla reception dell'hotel che mi serviva. Erano le 5:50. C'era un gruppo in arrivo per il check-in, ma non c'era personale alla reception per assisterli. La piscina è piccola, è sul tetto, ma lo spazio è davvero molto piccolo. La palestra ha le basi. La colazione è corretta, frutta, uova, affettati, formaggi, pane e cereali. Puoi sederti sulla terrazza o all'interno. Su richiesta avevano anche pane senza glutine.

The unit is spacious with large balcony for relaxing across the bedroom. The staffs were nice and accomodating. However the noise outside can be heard especially at night.

Great place. Amazing amenities. Wonderful location right opposite Canal Walk. Could do with an AC. Should have a reception at 9 palms, not having to go to the Crystal Towers to collect keys. Wifi password should be given to guests at check in
