It is a gas cart which has a delay and uses very little gas. Excessive usage is using more than 1/8 of a tank as its purpose it to facilitate transportation to and from the dock with specific purpose to families traveling with elderly and small children to assist in transporting family and boating supplies. It is a motorized vehicle and should in no way be used as a toy. 11. Please respect the privacy of neighboring properties and refrain from trespassing or causing any disturbances.12.
