Hotel 3 stelle a Guadalajara

I really enjoyed my stay at La Villa del Ensueño. It is a charming boutique hotel full of Mexican character, with colorful walls, beautiful courtyards, greenery and lovely traditional details throughout the property. What impressed me most was the service. The staff were extremely friendly, warm and helpful, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I also loved the complimentary evening drinks — I enjoyed both a tequila and a margarita! 🍹 Breakfast was another highlight. Instead of a simple buffet, it was a proper sit-down, made-to-order breakfast with a good selection. I had the chicken chilaquiles with both salsa verde and salsa roja, and really enjoyed it. A beautiful little hotel with lots of character and excellent hospitality. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Guadalajara. ❤️

La stanza è buona. Devi essere preparati per trascinare i denti e lavare i denti. Devi andare a piedi per più di dieci minuti!

I didn't take photos but I will give my review from my point of view as an experienced traveler. I think this hotel is very good. They clean your room every day, give you water every day, give you inroom coffee package every day (each one is for 4 cups and they have a coffee maker) they have a sofa, AC, security box, restaurant (you eat at the restaurant or order by phone) the toilet is big enough. Internet is okay. They have a big closet, a desk and a bar (like a long table) next to your bed so you can put whatever you want. They give you soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels, hot water. The hotel is clean, not noisy and the staff is friendly. It is already good but if you asked me what would you do to make it more than perfect, it would be to have a small fridge. Also next to the bed I didn't see a lot of plugs. But I was more than happy to stay there and I will stay again here. Thanks for your good service!

Alcune delle camere in questo hotel non hanno finestre. Il mio fidanzato ha detto che la piscina era sporca, quindi non l'ho usata. La stanza era. Il colazione era buono e economico. L'accento di questo hotel è la posizione e il suo fascino storico!! La sicurezza dell'hotel era molto buona e il personale era molto professionale! L'hotel ha un certo fascino!

Nessun problema con la prenotazione e il trattamento del personale, tutte le aree pulite. L'unico neo erano gli utensili da cucina (suite), inizialmente non c'erano, e quando sono stati richiesti non sono arrivati esattamente quelli che erano stati richiesti, il chiarimento è stato fatto e non hanno mai preso il resto.

E' la seconda volta che prenoto, mi piace molto la posizione, il bagno è molto buono, il parcheggio perché potrebbe migliorare, ma si capisce che non è così accessibile per la proprietà che è piccola, e comunque, ci sono aspetti minimi da migliorare, Niente che possa smarrire l'osso del soggiorno.

Durante la mostra c'era un autobus per la mattina. È molto conveniente per mezz'ora. Il servizio della ricetta è anche molto buono. L'hotel va a piedi per la mostra per circa dieci minuti. Ci sono supermercati di negozi convenienti intorno, e ci sono ristoranti.La debolezza è che un giorno c'è un grande buco nella stanza

The location of the hotel is very good right in the middle of the city center. The entrance is very small and somewhat dark, but the corridor of each floor is very bright. The room is a medium size, but not that clean. I faced a serious problem. I could not open the safe in my room.  I asked for help at the reception, but the person in charge of the safe had a day-off, and would not come to the hotel on the day and the next because they fell on weekend. I was fortunate enough to stay there for two nights.  The person in charge came to my room on the morning of my departure. This is a typical budget-price hotel. I could not have moved at all if I had stayed there only for one night because I put my passport and much cash in the safe.
