Trova hotel a 3 stelle a Santa Clara County

This is the worst of my experience in any of the properties by Marriott so far. I made a corporate booking and stayed here for 7 days. Here is some feedback on the extremely arrogant and weird staff from this hotel ... 1) When I reached for check in, I waited in the queue for 30 minuets along with 3 more members and the staff responsible for providing keys was roaming here and there with his mobile carelessly for 30 mins. 2) There were a total 2 towels in the room and kitchen was not properly cleaned. The room was not properly checked and a heavy noise was coming from AC entire night , due to which I can't sleep. It took them 2 nights to fix the issue. 3) WORST ONE -- I selected the hotel as there was kitchen in the room , so that I can prepare my dinner. But for 7 consecutive days those arrogant staff didn't provided any room service including cleaning of kitchen utensils ,trash removal, or new towels. I went to front desk and complained 3 times in 7 days but those shameless and weird staff tried raising their hands and kept on cross questioning me with stupid questions like-- when did u came, whom u complained for room cleaning, why can't u ask the people cleaning rooms to clean ur room etc etc .. I talked to the workers who used to clean rooms, they told my room number is excluded from their list for any kind of servicing. I talked to the staff in hotel again but those shameless people seating in front desk hardly did anything. (thinking no one is supervising them and no one can can force them to do any work.) The person said they provide room service once in 2 days so wait for next day , but nothing happened in next day also. The guests in hotel are getting treated on the basis of their race... Finally I gave up and ordered all my dinners from Uber Eats for 7 days , as no-one came to clean the kitchen.. Finally trash in the kitchen started smelling badly in entire room. 4) Free Breakfast: they have minimal items on the name of breakfast, and they don't have any information on ingredients of the breakfast along with any allergic information. I questioned about couple of items asking do they have egg , and duffers reacted saying we don't know ... I requested front desk to add information on ingredients and allergy, but as usual they made fun of me and said we don't have any such provisions, if you have issues don't eat them. We had a GREAT manager and staff and they were very apologetic for all of our issues over our 3 night stay... 1. The key fob was broken in our(1st) 1st floor room. After the front desk, having to let us in 4 times and me having to go to the front dest for new rolm keys 5 times, that is clear out of our room the second night and moved us to a third floor room even further away from the swimming pool (our only request was to the pool). After we got situated into our room, we continued to have issues over the remainder of our stay. We were not alone as I personally witnessed to other families coming to the front desk with the same issue. 2. The breakfast was honestly pretty depressing. One of my 12 year old boys ate a cutie orange for breakfast while the other grabbed a cup of orange juice. I grabbed a small yogurt and a cup of very watered down coffee. They offered cuties, unripe, bananas, premade small omelettes (not appealing), tater tots, two flavors of yogurt and tiny little cups of canned fruit. 3. AMAZING happy hour appetizers we're amazing, to me at least. There was this yummy chicken dish, taquitos, homemade guacamole by the chef himself, Watermelon, bottles of water and cans of soda that you can purchase for $3 dollars. We stumbled upon this, not knowing it even existed. We are pretty happy about this!! 4. The swimming pool was our biggest reason for this hotel. I even called to confirm that it was a nice pool that was definitely heated. I wish they would've disclosed that the pool goes from 3 1/2 to 4 feet (at its deepest). Also, the pool was cold. no just pulled was heated to 84°. It was 90° outside and at 4 PM. The pool was cold... 5. The rooms were average maybe a little smaller than 300 ft.²? The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were average with showers only. 6. Do not get room 301 on the third floor. Do not get any room that is adjacent to the elevators. I was woken up continuously throughout the night of carts, hitting the walls in the elevator, which is adjacent to my hotel room wall. 7. Cockroaches.... I was sitting on the edge of the hot tub with my feet in and yes, a cockroach cleansed on my leg. Course, I jumped up and after that we saw way too many of them running around on the floors near the hot tub and swimming pool. They were underneath the chairs lounge chairs. Did not see them as much during the day as when we went to the hot tub at 8:30 PM.. I guess they like to come out at night?? Anyway I brought a video to the front desk where I was told that they were aware of this and had just recently sprayed for them. we all know that these like 3 inch cockroaches need a place to live as well, I would just prefer that it was not near me or my immediate surroundings.. the front desk and manager were very apologetic and sympathetic to my feelings to this. Fast-forward to the following morning ... I was at Six Flags with my boys and got a phone call from the front desk supervisor telling me that they were comping my whol

I always stay here as a staycation or if my friends are visiting. The room is very clean, spacious, and a great location. There’s a Safeway within walking distance, chick fil a, and other restaurants. The front desk, Jamie was very kind and helpful with our check in. She gave us complimentary parking as a one time courtesy so that was greatly appreciated. One suggestion I have is to change the pillows or provide more comfortable pillows because the ones in our rooms were very flat and uncomfortable to sleep in.

La stanza è super grande, è una suite.C'è un letto da divano nella sala soggiorno.E la cucina, con un forno elettrico.Non c'è problema di cucinare.E'quasi colazione, si può fare nella stanza.Parcheggio per se stesso per il costo del codice nel parcheggio, $24 ore e $20.

La camera ha superato le mie aspettative con un letto molto comodo, una doccia calda con pressione rinfrescante e modello di pulizia, molto pulito, comodo e una TV HUGE. Mi è stato colpito quanto fosse facile proiettare Netflix dal mio iPad alla TV. Il servizio Internet era veloce, non complicato e senza guai. Tutti i membri del personale con cui interagiva sono stati parlanti, amichevoli e impegnati a servire. Viaggio spesso e vorrei che ogni hotel incontrasse questo livello di eccellenza.

E' stato bello e facile, ha fatto la prenotazione per i miei genitori che aspettavano che mi dassero un intero giro, ma è stato bello e facile. Ho fatto la prenotazione sotto il nome di mio padre e nessun problema. Grazie!!!!!!!

Ho avuto la rona e ho dovuto isolatarmi dalla mia famiglia per quello che è finito per essere un soggiorno di sei notti. Questo Residence Inn era perfetto per un soggiorno di lungo periodo. Mi ha aggiornato in una suite a due camere, due piani, al check-in e mi ha lasciato tenerla per tutto il tempo. Era più grande di alcuni appartamenti che ho vissuto a un prezzo molto ragionevole per la Silicon Valley.Ha tutto quello che potevo avere - cucina completa con frigorifero/forno/microonde/tostapane/utensili. Non riuscivo a pulire la mia stanza, ma il custode mi ha portato delle tovaglie nuove e mi ha fatto curare la rimozione del bagaglio. Il desk era molto responsivo. E'un posto per camminare per fare cose. CVS, Starbucks e Panera sono in giro per la strada. Ho dei pasticci consegnati alla mia porta.

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti al Hilton Garden Inn SJ/Milpitas. Mi piace la stanza nuovamente ristrutturata, pulita e il personale era amichevole. Tuttavia, purtroppo ho avuto un incidente relativo durante il mio soggiorno che voglio condividere. La prima mattina del mio soggiorno, qualcuno ha colpito la nostra porta alle 8 e l'ha aperta. Supponiamo che fosse un'abitazione, ma la persona non si annunciava come ”abitazione” come di solito. Fortunatamente, abbiamo avuto la chiusura della porta di sicurezza, quindi la persona non poteva aprire la porta ampiamente. Non ci siamo pensati molto e ci siamo ripresi a letto. Non potevamo vedere chi fosse, mentre la persona chiuse la porta quando ci siamo alzati per controllare. Poi, alla mattina, alle 9:30, sono andato giù per colazione. Quando sono tornato in camera, mio figlio mi ha informato che qualcuno aveva ancora colpito la porta e questa volta la persona poteva aprire la porta e camminare all'interno (Questa volta la serratura della porta di sicurezza non era in posizione, quindi sono andato fuori per andare a letto e mio figlio era ancora a letto). Era un uomo, e quando vide mio figlio, presto uscì dalla stanza. Ero comprensibilemente turbato e immediatamente chiamato il dipartimento di fronte a riferire l'incidente. Il personale ha condotto un'indagine per scoprire chi era l'uomo e mi ha chiamato un'ora dopo per informarmi che era un nuovo custode. Tuttavia, mi sembra difficile credere che un custode non sapesse annunciarsi prima di entrare nella stanza di un ospite, e non ho mai ricevuto una scusa dalla direzione dell'hotel o alcuna spiegazione ulteriore di ciò che è successo. Era terribile e sospetto che non mi avessero detto la verità; non sarebbe potuto succedere nulla in quel 30 minuti che mio figlio era solo in camera mentre andai a trovarmi veloce. Mentre apprezzo la pulizia della stanza e l'amicizia del personale, questo incidente mi ha reso incomodo e preoccupato per la sicurezza del mio soggiorno. Spero che l'hotel prenda provvedimenti per garantire la sicurezza e la privacy dei suoi ospiti in futuro.
