The Light Forest Chalet is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath Chalet home in the NE Poconos lake region, about 2 hours from the George Washington Bridge. The home is in a private gated lake and amenity filled community called The Hideout, located in Lake Ariel, PA. You may enter the chalet from both upper and lower levels. Upon entering the lower level you will encounter the game room which includes ping pong table, air hockey table, huge karaoke machine (Bluetooth) with 2 mics, and large smart tv, tons of board games, and two comfy couches. You will find a door leading to one of the master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and TV.Up the staircase you will be greeted by a beautiful open living/dining/kitchen area with huge windows and skylights, a gas fireplace, and a large walk out deck with bbq and table. Down the hallway you will find a full bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms, one with access to the huge private rear deck. On the third floor landing you will find a large loft with amazing views of the chalets windows, with futon couch and desk/work space area. Adjacent to the loft is the main master bedroom with its own high up private deck, en-suite bathroom including large 2 person jacuzzi tub, stand up shower and electric heater to keep you warm and toasty when you exit the shower on those cold winter nights. The bedroom also has a skylight which will allow the sunlight to graze through in the mornings. The chalet comfortable sleeps 12 guests max. With a luxurious king-sized bed and a dedicated bathroom just outside, the King Loft offers seclusion and serene views from an elevated perspective. And on the lower level, the Sailboat Room (Bedroom #4) tucks a queen bed into a quiet space away from the main living area. Additionally, the basement houses a half bath alongside laundry facilities, combining practicality with comfort throughout the home.Situated in The Hideout, a premier four-season recreational community, our property offers stunning lakefront views and an array of amenities that cater to every interest and age group. The Hideout boasts facilities that include tennis courts, beaches, pools, and even an art studio, ensuring that your stay is filled with enjoyable and enriching experiences. Use of all community facilities is pursuant to the rules, regulations, guidelines, fees and availability established by The Hideout POA. This property is located within a tranquil gated community. Note that noisy behavior and parties may result in fines or ejection from the community.All drivers must show a valid drivers license and valid vehicle registration upon check in.
