Great location to explore Dunedin city. Room is large and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly. We will be back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort. The accommodation was amazing and perfectly located right next to the Queenstown Trail, making it an ideal spot for the Great Walk with stunning lake and mountain views. We were initially a little worried about potential noise from nearby construction, but it didn’t bother us at all during our stay. The receptionist was also very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Queenstown — we would happily return.

I recently stayed at Scenic Hotel Southern Cross and had a very pleasant experience. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its excellent location – it's within walking distance to many of Dunedin's main attractions, including the Railway Station, Baldwin Street (the world’s steepest street), and Queen’s Gardens. Whether you're in town for sightseeing or just want convenient access to key places, this hotel is ideally situated. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were warm and welcoming, making the entire stay hassle-free. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring the city. Another plus is the on-site hotel parking, which is a great convenience, especially in a central location like this. Overall, I’d recommend Scenic Hotel Southern Cross for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel in Dunedin with friendly service and all the essentials covered.

Very happy with our Accomodation at Aria on Bank Dunedin. The self contained unit for a couple was modern, very clean, fresh & well presented. Free (No fee) use of laundry ( washing machine & dryer) for all tenants to use. Our room was missing a frying pan which i needed to cook. I contacted the front desk, the gentleman receptionist immediately ran & I mean ran to our unit to confirm it was missing & sure enough none to be located. He left & returned a couple mins later with a replacement frying pan & utensil. Outstanding service. AAA+++ RATING for service & excellence.

Ho avuto un bel soggiorno, sicuramente tornerò se mi ritroverò in città. Molto piacevole e caldo accoglienza. Durante il check-in forniscono proativamente informazioni utili per gli ospiti. Parcheggio proprio davanti all'unità, molto conveniente. Solo pochi minuti di auto al supermercato e l'albero famoso in città! Molto pulito e tempestivo dell'unità, con ben attrezzato l Servizi di cucina.Come la doccia con acqua calda per l'inverno. Il bagno caldo al cima della strada vicino alla ricezione sarebbe bello provare quando c'è ancora luce del giorno, coz un po' troppo buio e freddo di notte, a meno che poche persone non abbiano un po' di chit chatting e guardando stelle? Questo potrebbe essere un po' romantico?

I am truly very grateful to the owner for providing a room that exceeded our expectations, and both my friends and I really enjoyed it. As soon as I stepped inside, I saw the most beautiful scenery outside the balcony. The room is very spacious and clean and comfortable. This is the best check-in experience!

Cromwell is a beautiful place and this motel was perfect for our stay which included a trip to the Carrick Winery restaurant and a walk along the Cromwell to Clyde trail. The host gave us great tips on where to eat breakfast and overall was a super stay

We've been touring around the lower South Island for a little over 2 weeks, staying at motels for generally about 2 nights at a time. The Sierra Motel ranks as one of the nicest we have seen in the whole trip. The exterior looks dated but the interior is fabulous - large, clean, comfortable, and modern. There is a large TV (with basic Sky - would like to access Netflix), king bed, two lounge chairs and a good work/dining space as well as a large shower with two shower heads, and a large outdoor area with an exterior table and 2 chairs. We enjoyed a G&T outside our unit in the fading afternoon sun - very pleasant. Booking through Trip.com also gave us a very competitive price and 25% better that anything the motel would offer, so we were very happy indeed.

My recent stay at Oakridge Resort Lake Wanaka was overall a very positive experience, thanks to its fantastic amenities. After long days spent exploring the stunning surrounding landscapes, the hot pools were an absolute highlight. Soaking in the warm water under the stars was incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind tired muscles. This was definitely a standout feature of the resort and something I greatly appreciated. If I were to be particularly picky, the only minor annoyance during my stay was a faint but persistent hissing sound coming from the telephone line in my room. While it wasn't overly loud, it did become a little distracting when trying to get to sleep. Despite this small issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Oakridge Resort.
