Ottima ospitalità, personale molto responsivo, gentile e meraviglioso.Si è sentito molto benvenuto.Nessun problema. Avrei preferito un appartamento/ cucina con forno a microonde in qualche posto sulla proprietà per riscaldare fuori dai giorni freddi di cibo

free parking provided, near pak n save just that need drive to city area. but fully furnished with simple cooking equipment, washing machine and dryer. satisfied there is a thai restaurant downstair, food are delicious

The room we're in faces the lake and the mountain. It's very peaceful and beautiful. The room is cleaned everyday however we are happy with it being cleaned every other day. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. The overall experience is great and satisfactory.

Amazing hotel. Good service and friendly staff members. Nice king bed and we had an extra sofa bed which is a bonus, it was set-up for free for us as my partner sleep snoring very loudly. The location is great and easy to find. The downgrade was the parking, there was no free parking as we had to pay $20 per 24hr. So we had to spent $60 just for parking, its ridiculous expensive. The hotel should've provide it free parking. But other than that the stayed was amazing. Had a great restaurant by the wharf and the food is amazing and bonus with an amazing views.

L’atmosfera di questo posto era unica, con illuminazione di buio e non molte luci elettriche, che le diede un fascino rustico. Uno dei punti di attenzione era la capacità di cucinare i pasti, che aggiungeva un bel toccamento di comodità. Inoltre, ci sono molti negozi vicino dove si può facilmente raccogliere pasticcerie o essenze.

Anche se è un hotel auto, è pulito, la cucina è senza un motore a fumo e il forno può essere utilizzato.La nostra camera da letto, quattro persone non vivono in abbondanza, la posizione circostante è conveniente, e guardare i pinguini è molto vicina.Circa dieci minuti a piedi ci sono molti negozi alimentari.La reception è cinese e non c'è ostacolo alla comunicazione.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's conveniently located within easy reach of Queenstown Airport, restaurants, and car rental agencies. The front desk team is warm and helpful. The bed linen is crisp and clean, and the room decor is pleasing. Towels were spotless, and the in-room laundry facilities (washer and dryer) along with the fully equipped kitchen make it an ideal choice for multi-night guests. The only minor drawback is that on-street parking can be scarce in the evening. Nevertheless, I am thoroughly satisfied with my overall experience.

Siamo stati scoppiati dalla stanza e dal servizio! Le camere sono grandi, moderne, con una cucina completamente attrezzata, letti da letto di qualità, e la stanza era pulita e tesa. I vestiti fluffy erano un bel toccamento. Entrammo nella stanza una notte fredda, e i proprietari avevano girato la pompa di calore, così era bella e calda, che era molto pensabile. Ci rimarremo qui solo quando siamo tornati a Dunedin!!

The room was very spacious and offered a nice view, which was a highlight of the stay. Free parking was also convenient for guests travelling by car. However, the property feels quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with some areas not as well maintained as they should be. Another downside was the shower pressure, which was very weak and made showering less enjoyable. The hotel is within walking distance of Queenstown City Centre, but the walk is a bit longer than expected, especially when returning uphill.

Dove comincio - da arrivare a lasciare abbiamo avuto il più sorprendente soggiorno qui. We had a family room which was so spacious - the beds were huge and it’s cosy! The blowout curtains had us sleeping in more than it should’ve 😆 Abbiamo fatto colazione con il nostro soggiorno e non ha scontato che ci fosse una scelta di sapore a dolce e più! La palestra era così ben attrezzata lre che mi aspettavo che fosse piacevolmente sorpresa e l'attrezzatura era tutto in aria e lavorava bene Il spa era bellissimo 🤩 La sauna era anche buona, ma non era così calda come si aspettava di solito Sarebbe sorprendente se la piscina più grande fosse riscaldata così più pip potesse godere di nuotare intorno insieme, ma non era come un piatto freddo perfetto per coloro che la godono dopo una sauna La posizione è bella vicino alla città a pochi passi e il parcheggio è stato ben prezioso e abbastanza facile da organizzare Grazie mille per avermi e la mia famiglia. E' stato molto più memorabile il nostro soggiorno.
