Hotel a 4 stelle in Otago, Nuova Zelanda

View was more than spectacular..recommend booking a lake view room, was able to sleep with the window open and the view of the lake all day and night was breathtaking.. food in restaurant so/so, easy walk into town to find everything you need

free parking provided, near pak n save just that need drive to city area. but fully furnished with simple cooking equipment, washing machine and dryer. satisfied there is a thai restaurant downstair, food are delicious

Due to the flight cancellation, we have to stay one more night in Queentown, a very good recommendation. The staff were so nice, and very good breakfast. We had a wonderful night. Near to the airport, only 25mins walking or 8 mins driving. For bus, you have to transfer twice.

The ambiance of this place was quite unique, with dim lighting and not many electric lights, which gave it a rustic charm. One of the highlights was the ability to cook meals, which added a nice touch of convenience. Plus, there are plenty of shops nearby where you can easily pick up groceries or essentials.

酒店環境特別好，老闆娘是一位中國姐姐，特別好，還給我牛奶，這裏很安靜，而且離景區很近，十米的地方有個麥當勞和加油站，100米的地方有一個炸魚薯條也是國人開的很好吃但不友善，總之酒店很乾凈衞生，地理位置好，方便快捷，停車很方便

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché ci aspettava di godere della sua vignetta/alimenti. Altrimenti avremmo dovuto stare a Queenstown con molti ristoranti e pub. Come arrivare la sera, abbiamo messo una nota per la speranza di vivere la loro vignetta e cibo (o almeno cibo da dita) quando abbiamo prenotato l'hotel, e ricevere un'e-mail che non possono garantire, ma faranno il possibile per servire le nostre esigenze. Da allora non ci è stato inviato alcuna e-mail. Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel circa le 6:00, nessuno era nel desk, quindi abbiamo dovuto andare al bistro per scoprire che hanno lasciato la chiave in una scatola sicura senza alcuna notifica o inviandoci alcuna e-mail con la sua password. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po' che la signora bistro facesse una telefonata a chi le interessa, che era tutto a posto, e, peggio, abbiamo sentito che il bistro era riservato ad un evento di gruppo, in modo che non potevamo usare la struttura. Abbiamo dovuto guidare 15 minuti in una città vicina e comprare cibo da un supermercato. Credo che l'hotel ci avrebbe dovuto informare che l'evento di gruppo non ci ha fatto uscire dal servizio bistro/alimento e dobbiamo prepararci per il nostro cibo. Quando ho controllato, ho lasciato una nota sulle questioni e mi hanno aspettato che mi inviassero un'e-mail per esprimere le loro sincere scuse. Anche se mi piaceva tanto la stanza quanto l'intero posto, penso che il cottage Kinross abbia bisogno di professionalità per gestire il loro programma di soggiorno. Potrebbe essere stata molto più piacevole, l'esperienza di soggiorno memorabile.

Molto pulito e facilmente accessibile dall'aeroporto di Queentown. Il personale di contro è anche accessibile e amichevole. Simple e buono da usare come base per esplorare la città di Queentown. Il parcheggio è sufficiente, anche se l'hotel mette in evidenza che vi sono limitate durante le stagioni di picco.

La stanza era molto spaziosa e aveva un grande luce naturale, che apprezzo molto, e mi sentivo confortevole durante il giorno, e la stanza era molto bella. Tuttavia, il WiFi era estremamente povero. Anche i social media di base continuavano a buffer, e cercare di guardare uno spettacolo di notte era quasi impossibile avrebbe pausa ogni pochi minuti. Poiché non c'è molto da fare in giro la sera, questo è stato piuttosto frustrante. Un'altra cosa che si sentiva un po' scomoda è stata la posizione dello specchio vicino al letto di sopra. Non si sta affrontando direttamente il letto, ma se si gira verso il lato, si sta guardando direttamente in esso. So che questo non può disturbare tutti, ma in alcune culture (come feng shui), avere uno specchio di fronte al letto è considerato cattivo per il sonno e il comfort generale, quindi mi sentivo un po' strano. Il bagno era anche un po' irritante il fan automaticamente si accende con la luce e non può essere switchato separatamente. Era piuttosto alto, quindi anche utilizzando il bagno si sentiva incomodo dopo un po'. Il parcheggio era decente in dimensione, ma uscire era scomodo. Ho dovuto invertire molte volte perché lo spazio dietro non era molto ampio. In generale, la camera stessa è bella, ma il WiFi e alcuni dettagli di layout potrebbero davvero servire di miglioramento.

The room was very spacious and offered a nice view, which was a highlight of the stay. Free parking was also convenient for guests travelling by car. However, the property feels quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with some areas not as well maintained as they should be. Another downside was the shower pressure, which was very weak and made showering less enjoyable. The hotel is within walking distance of Queenstown City Centre, but the walk is a bit longer than expected, especially when returning uphill.

Where do I start - from arriving until leaving we had the most amazing stay here. We had a family room which was so spacious - the beds were huge and it’s cosy! The blowout curtains had us sleeping in more than it should’ve 😆 We had breakfast with our stay and it did not dissapoint there was such a selection from savoury to sweet and more! Love it coffee and juices included just amazing The gym was so well equipped mlre than I’d expect so was pleasantly surprised and the equipment was all up to scratch and working smoothly The spa was beautiful 🤩 The sauna was also good but it wasn’t as hot as would usually expect It would be amazing if the bigger pool was heated so more ppl could enjoy swimming around together but it wasn’t like a cold plunge perfect for those who enjoy it after a sauna The location is beautiful right near town a little walk away and parking was well priced and easy enough to organise Thanks so much for having myself and my family It made our stay that much more memorable
