Hotel 3 stelle a Contea di Orange

When we visit our children and grand children we stay at Ayres Suites. I recently found trips .com. What an easy reservation process , easy check in and check out. They had the best rate and we appreciate their hard work to get us affordable rates…

Sono rimasto allo stadio degli angeli per vedere il gioco di baseball.Per meno di dieci minuti di parcheggio dallo stadio, quindi penso che sia il hotel più conveniente per vedere il gioco di baseball allo stadio degli angeli.

In generale, ero soddisfatto della posizione, delle strutture, del colazione e del servizio generale. Tuttavia, non ero soddisfatto del servizio di manutenzione e pulizia. La manutenzione è stata fornita quotidianamente, tranne nei fine settimana, ma la qualità variava da giorno a giorno. In alcuni giorni sembrava che solo le tole fossero sostituite; in altri giorni le casse erano vuote, ma i tessuti erano dispersi sul pavimento; ci sono anche giorni in cui la custodia era stata completata. Non sono sicuro perché vi sia una tale differenza nella qualità del servizio. Spero che possa essere fornita una maggiore coerenza. Inoltre, anche dopo il servizio di pulizia, ho notato piccoli pezzi di spazzatura sul pavimento, ma non era mio, e non potevo capire perché fosse sul pavimento della mia camera da letto. In generale, è stato un buon posto per stare e sono stato soddisfatto in generale, se i servizi di manutenzione e pulizia sono migliorati, potrebbe diventare un alloggio ancora migliore.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui o 4 notti durante il nostro viaggio Disneyland e Disney California avventura, e la nostra esperienza non era altro che eccezionale. Il personale della reception era costantemente utile, consapevole e chiaramente esperti di ciò che fanno, si può dire che si sono orgogliosi del loro lavoro. L'hotel stesso era senza spot e ben mantenuto. Un colazione complimentare viene fornito ogni giorno. Mentre il colazione non era abbastanza per il mio gusto personale, riconosco che è una questione di preferenza. La nostra stanza era completamente attrezzata con una microonde, un mini frigorifero e anche un bagno. Il condizionamento d’aria e il riscaldamento lavoravano perfettamente insieme, e abbiamo goduto di una bella vista della città. Abbiamo soggiornato in molti hotel negli anni, e questo è facilmente uno dei migliori.

Il vantaggio principale è ”risparmio”: pulire la linea dall'aeroporto all'hotel e trascinare il bagaglio non è scontato.Ma è molto difficile tornare dalla stazione di parcheggio, la stanza non è piena, semplice, ma non è molto buono isolamento del suono.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

The water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!

The hotel was nice, the room, a  mini suite, was spacious. Most of the front desk staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. But at times I realized my concerns were completely being ignored so I just quit speaking and walked away. The breakfast staff was wonderful. But getting housekeeping service, even when repeatedly requested, was nearly impossible. Even just getting clean towels was very difficult and frustrating.  In addition, our room could have been cleaner when we arrived. The refrigerator and kitchen cupboards were very smeared rather than clean.  The name which includes Maingate, insinuates that the hotel is close to the Maingate of DL. We were unpleasantly surprised to learn that, in actuality, it was a two mile walk. Thankfully ART provided excellent service from two properties down from ours.

Very clean! Not too far from Disneyland and we were able to find parking both days which is a must for me. My only issues were when checking in, the man that helped me was extremely kind but the woman on the counter next to him was very rude and took my ID away from him and stared at it and then at me very accusatory. I don’t know if she thought it was fake or what but it was awkward and very rude. My other issue was that when we came down for breakfast around 8:30 (breakfast ends at 9:30) they were almost completely out of food (all that was left was some potatoes, cereal, and oatmeal) and when we asked the kitchen staff if they were going to restock it we were rudely ignored until finally she said what they put out already was all that they were going to for the day. Overall the location and the room were pretty great it was just some of the staff that ruined it a little. (Except for the man who checked us in, he was very kind!). Not a terrible experience but if I’m paying this much I would expect better service.

El hotel está bien situado para ir a Disney, con paradas de autobús, buenos servicios alrededor y el hotel recién reformado muy limpio,,, solo tiene un problema, el tema de insonorización está muy mal, si te toca una habitación de la planta baja vas a oír todas las pisadas y la TV de los vecinos de al lado, pero si solo vas a dormir como yo cuando hemos venido de Disney, no vas a tener problemas ya que llegas reventado. El desayuno ligero y la cafetera deberían de poner alguna más profesional y no la de cápsulas,, pero el precio del hotel es insuperable,,, calidad precio no vas a encontrar nada mejor por la zona.
