Hotel 3 stelle a Contea di Orange

When we visit our children and grand children we stay at Ayres Suites. I recently found trips .com. What an easy reservation process , easy check in and check out. They had the best rate and we appreciate their hard work to get us affordable rates…

In generale, ero soddisfatto della posizione, delle strutture, del colazione e del servizio generale. Tuttavia, non ero soddisfatto del servizio di manutenzione e pulizia. La manutenzione è stata fornita quotidianamente, tranne nei fine settimana, ma la qualità variava da giorno a giorno. In alcuni giorni sembrava che solo le tole fossero sostituite; in altri giorni le casse erano vuote, ma i tessuti erano dispersi sul pavimento; ci sono anche giorni in cui la custodia era stata completata. Non sono sicuro perché vi sia una tale differenza nella qualità del servizio. Spero che possa essere fornita una maggiore coerenza. Inoltre, anche dopo il servizio di pulizia, ho notato piccoli pezzi di spazzatura sul pavimento, ma non era mio, e non potevo capire perché fosse sul pavimento della mia camera da letto. In generale, è stato un buon posto per stare e sono stato soddisfatto in generale, se i servizi di manutenzione e pulizia sono migliorati, potrebbe diventare un alloggio ancora migliore.

Sono rimasto allo stadio degli angeli per vedere il gioco di baseball.Per meno di dieci minuti di parcheggio dallo stadio, quindi penso che sia il hotel più conveniente per vedere il gioco di baseball allo stadio degli angeli.

Non può davvero battere la posizione - è solo 5 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio di Toy Story e è più facile entrare nella Disneyland perché la sicurezza è fatta al parcheggio (ci è più grande la folla alle porte di sicurezza al parco)

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

La stanza è grande e pulita.Wi-Fi è anche forte.Ma se le onde radio esterne sono deboli e le Wi-Fi sono deboli, questo è un livello difficile.La stanza è pulita ogni giorno.La colazione è opzionale.Ci sono microonde per ogni piano.Il frigorifero è grande e facile da usare. Il vento è molto normale.L'autostrada è vicino, ma il rumore non è importante.Se c'è una possibilità, voglio rimanere di nuovo qui.L'unica reclamo è che il secchiere con la lavatrice è debole, a meno che non sia asciutto due volte, non si asciuterà completamente, quindi ci vuole tempo. Agevolare la posizione commerciale e turistica!

The water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!

The hotel was nice, the room, a  mini suite, was spacious. Most of the front desk staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. But at times I realized my concerns were completely being ignored so I just quit speaking and walked away. The breakfast staff was wonderful. But getting housekeeping service, even when repeatedly requested, was nearly impossible. Even just getting clean towels was very difficult and frustrating.  In addition, our room could have been cleaner when we arrived. The refrigerator and kitchen cupboards were very smeared rather than clean.  The name which includes Maingate, insinuates that the hotel is close to the Maingate of DL. We were unpleasantly surprised to learn that, in actuality, it was a two mile walk. Thankfully ART provided excellent service from two properties down from ours.

Non troppo lontano da Disneyland e abbiamo trovato un parcheggio entrambi i giorni, che è un dovere per me. Le mie uniche domande erano quando mi sono entrata, l’uomo che mi ha aiutato era molto gentile, ma la donna sul conto vicino a lui era molto rude e si è presa il mio ID da lui e mi ha guardato e poi mi ha guardato molto accusa. Non so se pensasse che fosse falso o cosa, ma era orribile e molto brutto. Il mio altro problema era che quando siamo arrivati per colazione alle 8:30 (la colazione termina alle 9:30) erano quasi completamente fuori dal cibo (tutto quello che rimaneva era qualche patata, cereali e avena) e quando abbiamo chiesto al personale della cucina se andavano a fare qualcosa. La sua esperienza è stata molto grande, ma solo alcuni dei suoi dipendenti hanno rovinato un po’. Non è una terribile esperienza, ma se pago questo, mi aspettavo un servizio migliore.

L'hotel è ben situato per andare a Disney, con fermate di autobus, buoni servizi intorno e l'hotel appena riformato molto pulito,, ha solo un problema, il tema dell'insonorizzazione è molto male, Se tocca una stanza al piano terra, senti tutte le tracce e la TV dei vicini accanto, ma se dormi solo come me quando siamo arrivati da Disney, non avrai problemi, perché sei scoppiato. La colazione leggera e il caffè dovrebbero mettere qualche più professionale e non quella delle capsule,, ma il prezzo dell'hotel è insuperabile,,, qualità prezzo non troverai niente di meglio per la zona.
