66693****L'hotel è a metà montagna, è molto vicino al castello di Uchizar. Cinque minuti di cammino per vedere il panorama della metà città.L'attrezzatura hardware è buona e l'acqua di lavaggio è abbastanza forte.L'hotel di caverna, le strutture interne non sono fotografate, sono molto diverse.Vale la pena ricordare che questo è il percorso e il balcone. Se la città è piena di pallone caldo, la foto è un'unità.Purtroppo non siamo fortunati, non siamo riusciti a volare.

Ambiente: L'hotel in grotta è davvero unico e vale la pena provarlo. Inoltre, l'atmosfera sul tetto è fantastica, una location di prima classe per le riprese
Servizio: Il servizio del fratello Efekan è cordiale e premuroso (P.S.: se leggete i commenti e seguite LOL e vi piacciono le cuffie, potrete chiacchierare con il fratello Efekan più volentieri 😉)

SSonia RaphaelWe booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop).
📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp.
They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel.
🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅
🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot!
🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people!
Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom.
🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️.
The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼
🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request.
Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here!

📝 Notes for improvement:
- Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard
- Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is very nice. The room and toilet are large and warm all the time. The services not good. I booked the hot balloon riding in the morning I came inside the lobby for waiting but a man who is reception told me you can wait outside (Hello is so cold why I come inside). I don't understand I pay for the hotel just my room not for the lobby ? anyway when the rider pick up a person for balloon riding in the list that not my name but he say this is your guide tour must go with him but I say no this is not my guide coz I don't have a name in the list , He ask for my room no. and confirm that your tour guide go with him . Finally I go with the wrong tour the rider must to pick me up to the hotel and waiting for my tour guide again . wasting time ..I give only 0 point with the guy reception in the morning if you wanna who is your staff going to check the CCTV in the lobby on 2 Dec 2025 time 6.20-6.45.

UUtente anonimoThe room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.

UUtente ospiteOverall,I greatly enjoyed my time at the Rio Cappadocia Hotel. It is a very clean , new hotel with a modern cave feel. We had two rooms because I made two separate bookings. Both rooms were cozy and spacious, especially the second one(which was bigger in size). The rooms have beautiful carpets, the interior is simple yet attractive, and the beds were comfortable. The staff members greeted us warmly, and we were often provided with complimentary tea. The free breakfast was pretty good, including four different types of cheese, hardboiled and scrambled eggs, a few types of breads, olives,etc. Turkish tea and coffee are also provided. The hotel is conveniently located, and the room rates are reasonable.
The main issue I had was communication. Although there were no major problems, the following did not sit well with me.
Prior to traveling to Cappadocia, my initial question that I asked was what bus number to take to the hotel(upon arriving at the airport). The response was , ”For this we need to arrange a transfer for you. Give us your flight number, passport numbers, the number of people , and I will arrange it for you.” The staff member was talking about the pick up at the Gerome bus stop, and not the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
This confused me. It became even more confusing when I was told we could get help with direct transportation from the airport to the hotel....and then the mentioning of a transfer pick up from the bus stop again. I simply wanted a direct, simple answer that provided an option for direct transport to the hotel. On top of that, the staff member was not talking about the correct airport(based on the flight number I had previously provided). When I asked for help to arrange a taxi to a restaurant, she gave the driver the wrong restaurant name(after I had said the correct one). There was also an instance in which I paid for both the green and blue tours with cash, and was asked if I had already paid. They checked their system and realized that I did. I should have asked for a receipt, but they should also check their records before asking this( it was confirmed that I had paid, so it wasn't a big issue)Additionally, I wanted to postpone the green and blue tours after a hectic traveling experience, as well as after a long day doing the red tour. I was told ”Don't worry...you will be in a VIP van..the tour will be great”, instead of just acknowledging the fact that we were exhausted. I didn't need to be sold on something I had already purchased(and that I still wanted to do). We just wanted some rest time before doing the other two tours. We were offered complimentary tea one last time at the end, but the staff member told us to write a review of our stay first. We refused, and I said I would do it later. She was friendly prior to our departure, but asked why I hadn't written a review. And, she asked if we could follow the hotel on Instagram. I understand the importance of advertizing a business within such a major tourist destination, but this was a bit too much. I hope the hotel can see this as constructive feedback.
Despite the previously mentioned verbal/written communication, it was a lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

UUtente ospiteL'arredamento della camera è unico e gli interni corrispondono alle foto su Ctrip. Nonostante fuori faccia molto caldo, all'interno si sta piuttosto freschi anche senza aria condizionata. Naturalmente, l'aria condizionata è disponibile su richiesta. L'hotel può aiutare a prenotare voli in mongolfiera e i percorsi delle linee rossa e verde della metropolitana (i classici itinerari turistici). La vista dal balcone del ristorante è davvero incantevole.

UUtente ospite공항셔틀을 타고 카파도키아 도착 후 호텔에 들어가자마자 밴에서 내릴때 짐이 바뀌었다는걸 알아차리고 당황하고 있었는데 알리가 공항셔틀이 어떤 업체인지 알아보고 전화해줘서 다행히 짐을 바로 찾을 수 있었습니다.
한국 업체에 연락해봐도 연락이 닿지 않아 걱정하고 있었는데 친절히 도와줘서 정말 고마웠습니다.
그리고 마트, 식당, 버스정류장, atm 모두 가깝다고 해서 선택했는데 모두 1-2분 안에 갈 수 있는 위치였고 그린투어 집결지도 호텔 바로 앞이라서 좋았습니다.
괴레매 시내에 있는 호텔인데도 옥상에 올라가면 경치가 잘 보익고 룸컨디션도 좋고 침대도 편하고 좋았습니다!

BBareski_L'unica cosa che vorrei dire su questo stabilimento è: ACCOMODARE. Abdulrachman è molto utile durante il nostro soggiorno da organizzazione di stanza a prenotare e pianificare il nostro viaggio a Cappadocia.
La stanza è pulita, confortevole e la vista è semplicemente smerigliante.
Raccomando a tutti di stare qui e rilassarsi.
